I TOTALLY understand your FM love, although my obsession is geared toward DMB. To me, it's incredible that one can be moved, touched, and even changed just by the power of music. Every time I go to a DMB concert, I cry. Those 3 hours are sheer euphoria. Screw people who don't understand! Anyway.. just wanted to let you know I totally feel ya and you aren't alone. ;)

get someone to take your ass to wal-mart and buy some generic sleeping pills. losing sleep makes depression 100xs worse. you could also see your doctor and either get him to prescribe a sleeping pill like ambien or trazadone which is an antidepressant that knocks you the fuck out. if you need to talk, i've dealt with insomnia and this crap for a long time. you know my sn. :)
