I got a laptop on eBay for $30 bucks. Nevermind that it is a dinosaur that has a six by eight inch screen, no cd drive, and has no battery but might work for wordprocessing if I found the right old plug for it at a radio shack or something. I'm sure you can find something for cheaper on eBay than the stores though. PS: Yes I had a serious falling out with the love of my life yesterday. No I will not be in a relationship, it is something I no longer have as something I can validly consider depending on circumstances. I know love has had its day, and it's time for me to look for other values in life instead. It's odd I know, considering I put such importance on personal love before, I can't tell more because of the delicateness of the matter. I guess that's the simple explanation.

Oh man...general psych is boring enough without having a horrible teacher. My general psych prof was this big, fat, balding guy who always had staind on his polo shirt and stuttered. He was constantly 20 minutes late for class and lectured word for word from the book. It's a goodthing I have a passion for psychology because if I was lukewarm on it before that class, he'd have squashed all of the interest in me. Just know that when you're sitting in that class, I feel your pain!

It strikes me as being incredibly freaky that I was in the process of writing an update when yo left me that last note. Heh. All is well with me, as the update will convey. The flowers we decided upon were a huge arrangement of various flowers, including five large gerbera daisies. It was absolutely beautiful, and VERY cheery!

yello! the beasties song on my audblog was "body movin'". i'm not sure what album it's on, but i recently bought their anthology ("the sounds of science"), and i cannot recommend it highly enough. it was $24 for a 2-disc set and i have been playing it nonstop for about 3 weeks. the "body movin" version on the anthology was remixed by fatboy slim, whom i also enjoy very much. ~kristin

I used to believe in soulmates...maybe I still do. I'm honestly not exactly sure anymore. It's hard because I think when you truly think you're in love with someone and that they're "it", you tend to feel as if that person if your soulmate. Then goddess forbid something should go wrong with the relationship and it leaves you wondering if you're really qualified to judge the whole soulmate status. Did that even make any sense? My point is that I THOUGHT I'd met my soulmate, and now I think that even if I do believe in the concept, I wouldn't necessarily trust myself to say that the next person I fall in love with actually IS my soulmate.
