Where are you? I'm so sorry. I hope things are better for you.
from skinnylizzie :
Oh dear, I have totally and utterly forgotten the password to your diary...would you be able to send it again please? My email is sunkissedstars AT hotmail.com if you want to send it there.
from sduckie :
What the?! So sorry, can't imagine what you must be feeling, but just sending you a hug... Duck
from blazingstar :
I forget, did I send you the password to my other diary?? Let me know!
from blazingstar :
You're right, a lot of it is just the newness of the relationship. I know I was a lot more interested in sex with Paddles early on, and he was too...and yeah, it's weird for Eric to be fine about going so long without it right?? I mean, he's a GUY! But the first time it happened I ended up asking him if he was still attracted to me because I thought he was over me already or something...and he definitely reassured me about that. But he works like 12-hour days and his job situation is kinda up in the air, which makes him feel bad about himself which makes him not want to have sex I guess...but I'm sure if I mention it we can schedule something, haha. I'm just too shy. Oh also about the school thing, good for you for applying to grad school! That sounds like a really cool program. I'm impressed because I could barely even think about applying when I was still in college because it just seemed like too much work...and this year I didn't apply either even though I have no excuse...which will make it even harder to apply next year. So good for you! PS. Is this the longest note ever?!
from octoberbloom :
Thanks hun. Nice that someone out there is supportive. How are you?
from starkitten01 :
Hi! No, I was at the one before that, in S.D. (darn it) *however* I'm happy to have been at the S.D. show b/c that was the night of the presidential election results, and she found out the results while onstage, and expressed to everyone how special the night was to be sharing with us. It was very memorable and unique!! : ) I'm really glad to have been there, and feel so fortunate! <3
from liquid-mojo :
Thank you, so far the trip is a blast. My mom is doing well too, she's in vacation mode, so there is much less stress for her and as such she's feeling much better.
from blazingstar :
I'm glad you understand!! But I'm sorry you're going through a tough time. I think you were so right in your last entry when you said that you wouldn't hold this stuff against someone else so why do you hold it against yourself? We're being too hard on ourselves. It's helped me just to realize that. Now when I start thinking something negative about my life I try to relax and focus on the good things...and yes, setting goals is a good idea too!
from octoberbloom :
Hey hun, sorry I didn't reply. I have seen the new trailer :D And Edward does look kinda hot in it. I am super excited, though we don't get the movie here until December 19th. Gah. How are you? Phil xxx (who needs to catch up with your diary)
from requiel :
Yay! that is awesome.
from liquid-mojo :
Thanks, I'll be sure to update as soon as find out anything. I should probably start the exercise and diet thing too, I think my last weigh-in was at 260, so I'm exactly twice your size. O.o
from liquid-mojo :
Scorpions are indeed bad ass. I'm probably getting one as a tattoo on my vacation...
from bitterwineuk :
what have you got as your link? Sometimes it needs to be very well defined. If you want some help email me over what you have and I can fix it for you. always happy to help. x
from requiel :
Garth??? Are you serious? Do you not own a mirror? You are so freaking adorable. I'm so sorry things are not going like you wanted. Marrige takes work, it's not always happy times, it's more like a roller coaster.
from blazingstar :
Wow, how long has he known about the diagnosis and not told you? I mean I can understand if he found out really recently and didn't know how to bring it up...
from liquid-mojo :
shut up, you are so not garth. if you were president you woud be "Baberaham Lincoln"...
from liquid-mojo :
Kinda sucks, but I think I'll live. I'm going to send you an e-mail. I'll be needing your password now that you are locked up. =p
from octoberbloom :
Okies, I emailed you. evilquistis is my email, just in case you think I'm some weird random spammer. :D
from blazingstar :
Ooh teach me how to make amazing pancakes! And also good idea about doing a sex entry, I wanna do one too.
from octoberbloom :
*grins* sorry hun, I can't share Edward with you... he's just for me. :P Oh, why do fictional boys have to be nicer than the real ones? :P Heehee. Anyway, I'm back from the project from hell (which will be in my diary tomorrow, I hope), and so I'll note you properly soon. Off to sleep now. Heh. I need it. Nite xxx
from blazingstar :
Oh wow, is this the guy you were gonna go on that hike with or what? Juicy stuff going on in your life, woman!!
from sduckie :
Yes, it is important to have dreams, and follow them... this can even make your partnership better, when you think about it. A happy fulfilled person is much easier to be with than an unhappy person who never got to follow their dreams... don't give up!! There may be an alternative or a compromise where you can have everything you want... you just might not see it yet :)
from bitterwineuk :
Keep up the dream though, it can happen. Circumstances can change so don't give up. In response to your comment, yes, I will be putting all my photos on facebook from now on. It's more private but the people who are my friends are those who I am more than happy to share with. x
from liquid-mojo :
Yeah, seriously, damn lists... =p I'm not sure about the hot weather, I mean yeah my ethnic origin is tropical, but I've been born and raised in a 4 seasons climate. I guess I'll have to adjust though, because if the opportunity presents itself I can't let myself miss out on it... :)
from blazingstar :
Oh what a beautiful photo of you in your wedding dress!! Can I add you on facebook?
from sduckie :
Yeah, it was stupid because in my profile I say that I like gentlemen, he writes to me that he is a gentleman and the next words he typed were those... he needs to take a class on how to talk to women!
from requiel :
"you can't trust a stripper" HAHAHAHA!!! That was freakin funny.
from blazingstar :
Wtf?! There's no way they can make you stay for six months. FIGHT IT!
from octoberbloom :
Wow, I appear to be stealing your notes page. Mwahaha. Did I tell you that I got to the end of Breaking Dawn? I have done more than that though...I read it again, and the second time was *much* better than the first. I no longer hate it, just mildly dislike it in places. Like, when Jacob is arsy. (what a suprise there...) Still, it's not as bad the second time around, not so confusing, but still childish. I know what you mean about Bella, though, it's kinda hard to like her through some of it. Blah. I really don't want that to be the end though, there just wasn't enough. I think what bothered me t the end of the second read was the absense of a true conclusion. I mean, it's awesome that it's left open for another book, but still. It didn't really *end* did it? Oooh, that and I missed the whole Jessica, Angela, Mike filler bits. Anyway, now that I've completely spammed your notes page, I'm going to run away (with a smug grin, of course) and I'll speak to you next time :D Sorry for ranting before. *hugs* Phil xxx
from octoberbloom :
Lookie here : http://www.stepheniemeyer.com/nm_extras.html and then go to Rosalie's News. It's awesome. Nooo...Stephenie Meyer isn't allowed to die. She has to write forever.
from octoberbloom :
Oh poo. I caught half of your note in mine... blah.
from octoberbloom :
The first chapter was awesome. Different tho, very different. Not intense. Funny. It's good. Not long til the next book for you. I can't believe I have to wait an extra two days. I'm really bugged about that. Gah. I can't say I love Edward... not really. Though definitely more than Jacob. :P Stephenie Meyer *is* making Midnight Sun into a book. Apparently it's half done. I can't WAIT. I love Edwards perspective of things. So much more goes on. I really wish that she'd do the same for New Moon and Eclipse tho. I'd LOVE to read about what Edward did in New Moon. So many unanswered questions! Have you been on Stephenie Meyers website? If not, you should really check it out. She's put extras on the site, bits of the book that didn't make it, e.t.c... but she's also got Rosalies phonecall to Edward..when she tells him that Bella is dead. You neeeed to read that. :P Phil xxx I did read the first chapter to Midnight Sun. I really hope she decides to make that into a book, in large part because I love Edward and would be happy to hear more of what the thinks (and I would HOPE it would be slightly more...Well, less innocent than Bella's take). :) Is the first chapter intense?
from starkitten01 :
Aww, you're very sweet to say that. I'd never expect anyone else to make it happen, he was a hope only b/c we are supposed to be together and he makes good $$.. But yeah, I guess I'm really used to it. I've already accepted that I'm not going and I'm ok with it. The problem with leaving (unfortunately) is that now in my current situation I have next to nothing and my *only* option would be to move in with the dysfunctional relatives I've spoken of.. That would so not work :-( I guess I don't really have much of a choice at the moment.. :-/ But it's Ok. I'm alive, lol.. Hope you had a wonderful week! <3
from blazingstar :
You're right, everything will work itself out in time. I know there are other people for Paddles, in fact I know I'm NOT the one for him. It's hard right now but he'll get over it. I can't wait for him to start dating someone new. That will help a LOT.
from liquid-mojo :
The first version of the Touch was probably a Verizon exclusive at first, but eventually, Sprint and Alltel has it now too. My version is the Touch Cruise, which the next model up more or less. Although I was disappointed that it was packaged with Asian GPS software instead of US software, I wasn't too surprised since I bought it from an import/export electronics store and most world phones out there are marketed in Europe and Asia. I'm not that good at resolutions either and I'm awfully good at procrastinating. Still, I think I'll start my list out with easy enough things and go from there. :)
from octoberbloom :
Hahaha. Same. Team Edward for me too. They're gonna screw the movie up, I know they are. I'm not sure about the cast, at all. None of the cullens look right to me. I mean where is Emmett's curly hair? Why does Jasper look like a poodle? How are they gonna make Taylor Lautner tall enough to look like Jacob? And as for Edward...GAH! What's with all the overly hairy photoshoots? A body of marble should nooot have black chest hair. Ugh. I was iffy about Bella, but I'm relaxing about it a bit now, I think she'll be ok. And Edward will do, as long as they lay off the body hair :P Anyway, not happy :P I'm sorry. I rant. All in all though, I can't wait to see it. I have a group of my friends pretty addicted to the whole series now we're all going to go and watch the openeing previews, if we can. Can't wait. And as for Breaking Dawn next week, I've booked vacation time off of work. I am that obsessed. Have you read the first chapter of it yet? My friend has it in her version of Eclipse. Yeah, I knew about the ring, they've done the bracelet too. I really wanted to get one (but one of the ones with the certificate of authenticy with it. I'm a bit of a geek :P I'm probably gonna end up going all overboard. Books, t-shirts, jewellery, you name it, I'm pobsessed enough to buy it. I'm even going to Forks when I'm in the states next. Haha. Hmmm, I'm not even going to ponder how sad I sound right now :P (Oooh, I have the first chapter of Midnight Sun, too) P xxx
from octoberbloom :
Beats me. I don't quite understand it myself. Shes just talking crap, as usual. I doubt she even understood that she wasn't making any sense. Yeah, I've read The Host about 6 times now. It gets better, believe me. My friend David has got me a signed copy. Super happy about that. Not long till the new book comes out, yay! Tell me, what do you think. Jacob or Edward? (I had to ask, it's always what people ask first *roll eyes*) and what do you think about the movie? P xxx
from starkitten01 :
A general admission ticket to see Madonna in concert later this year ($58). I have been a fan since '84 and never have been able to go. So yeah, I'm hurt. And kind of sad to say I'm used to it, though. As far as the games, W.O.W. is one of them :-( Another is some sort of sniper one, and then there's online poker.. To name a *few* that I know of :-( I can TOTALLY understand what you're going through, because I've been through it all myself. Still going through it.. Hang in there! I feel your pain!! <3
from zkandaloza :
Hey thanks for your note. I'll try not to feel so guilty next time:) I can't wait to see your tatoo. I wanna get me one too!
from octoberbloom :
Hey there, how are you? Sorry for not replying sooner, I keep forgetting to check my notes. I loved Twilight, myself, though I think New Moon was better in some ways. I totally relate to Bella. On clumsiness, if nothing else. I'm a complete disaster. I don't need to move to fall over. It's that bad. :P It's not just that though, some of her mannerisms, and her sarcasm. I can *definitely* relate to the sarcasm. Anyway, I can't wait for the next one. 2 weeks! :D Hey, did you read The Host? Phil xxx
from beautyjunkie :
Just wanted to let you know the beautyjunkie diary was back! Thanks :)
from octoberbloom :
Hey there. Thanks. It's good to know. I'll add you too :) Phyl xxx
from blazingstar :
Oh man. I should email you. We haven't slept together but this still feels too personal to talk about here, haha. I'll try to find your email address right now :)
from blazingstar :
You're right, WHAT TOOK US SO LONG?! I just talked to AGS on the phone for an hour and a half, and it felt like only 10 minutes. And oh man...the physical chemistry between us is unbelievable, I had no idea until this past week...because he was always so careful to keep his distance. Holy shit. What took us so long.
from blazingstar :
Hey thanks for your support :) It really means a lot! It definitely feels like I'm making the right decision, even though it is pretty unexpected. But honestly I barely even feel like I'm MAKING a decision - it feels so right that it's just happening on its own. It's hard to explain...I'll have to do a more detailed update soon. I'm sorry about your problems with Chris - it must really suck to lose such a good friend. It seems like you've done what you can though. I hope that one day he realizes he should get over it and start talking to you again, sheesh!
from zkandaloza :
Hey I've been away from internet for a while but I'm back now. I saw your Wedding pictures, (on myspace) you're so beautiful! I requested to be your friend. Looking forward to catching up on your diary (and about 1000 more). Congrats by the way on your marriage! Best of luck!- Lety
from bitterwineuk :
you're more than welcome, I do miss him a bit but not in the way that we coulda have something good, just I miss the way we used to mess about and have a laugh. He was there when I needed someone and I thank him for that but wouldnt change what I have now for anything in the world. We're all doing well, keeping healthy and happy and only got 4 months left til I'm a mum of two. :)
from bitterwineuk :
I know how you feel about your friend. I've been in a similar situation myself this year and though I know a real relationship would have never worked with him, I do miss having him as a very good mate. The trouble is things were sexual so that makes it even more complicated and I made it clear how I felt about him and he didn't want the same. The thing is I did move on and he hasn't spoken to me since I told him I'd met someone and we were really happy. He took it bad and we left it that we wouldnt speak again until he found out I was pregnant through joining up for friends reunited. He did send a good luck message but that made me feel guilty all over again and I was rather annoyed that he was trying to be matey again after 6 months of not wanting to know. I think you are right on the closure thing and that it would be so much easier if we could just forget but us women don't forget easily. x
from requiel :
HA!! Welcome to my world. Hub only has to think about cutting back and he loses. All I have to do is think about cutting back and I gain. Totally sucks.
from starkitten01 :
Thanks, you're completely right too. I just needed to realize that's just the way it is and stop letting it get to me so much.. Also, thanks for letting me know about the page.. In IE when I check it, it never looks like it's unreadable.. :-/ I changed some of the measurements, let me know if it's any better now! Hopefully it is... Or I'll make more adjustments.. <3
from starkitten01 :
Thank you for saying all of that. You know, I cried yesterday after that happened. How hurtful it was! And then I sat there thinking after a while.. what kind of a person *says* that to someone who simply couldn't afford thousands of dollars? What does it say about her character in the end, that not only did she allow that to destroy our friendship in the first place, but that she is still willing to make me feel like shit over it all now? It doesn't say anything good about her at all. I wound up telling Tyler, because I was so upset. He actually was very supportive, believe it or not. You're right, you know, about everything you said in your note. It all made sense, and that really helped me because she really had me manipulated that *I* was the horrible one in all of this. I know that's not the case, I couldn't help the way things were, and it doesn't say much about her that she could hold that against me.. Thank you again for all you said! It meant a lot to me.. <3
from sduckie :
High school... ugh... yes... hated it... I think it can easily be the hardest time in anyone's life... ! But... it gets better the more time that goes by!
from starkitten01 :
From your entries alone, the *last* thing I think of when in reference to you is "loser". Girl, you are funny as hell, and your entries always are of great interest to me. You seem like one of the cool chicks that everyone likes, your personality *shines*! :-)
from liquid-mojo :
Even in high school i thought high school was insignificant. maybe you should start thinking that way too...
from requiel :
No one as adorable as you could ever be a loser or a dork. You may feel that way but I think after reading your diary for so long I can tell you are so NOT a loser or a dork.
from sduckie :
Are you sure she thinks that about you? I think everybody feels like a dork inside, including the trendy types. Hence the need to try extra hard to be trendy...
from starkitten01 :
Thanks for your note. No, I didn't find it rude at all. The truth is, there is an age difference between us, he is in his 20's, I am in my 30's. Much of his problem is that 1)this is his first serious relationship, and 2) He is still very immature and can be quite selfish. I blame myself for a lot of things because I entered into a relationship with him *knowing* that he was inexperienced at relationships and compromise. I also knew that our age difference could most definitely cause problems, and I went into it anyway. I feel now like "my bad".. you know? Every time something goes wrong, I look in the mirror and remind myself that I only have myself to thank for making poor decisions in the first place. No, we aren't married, nor are we engaged.. anymore. I broke off our engagement last summer, and as it stands an engagement is not going to be reconsidered (for obvious reasons). I pretty much told him re the whole baby thing, that I'm not having a child because HE feels it's the right time, and if he is that dead set on a child, then maybe he should start looking for a partner who is ready to have a child as well, because it's not me. He hasn't brought it up since. Maybe it shut him down, though I don't know for sure. Anyway-- I really do appreciate the advice and thanks for that offer, if something big enough should come up, I appreciate knowing I can drop you a line and ask what your husband would say about the matter!! :-)
from sduckie :
What a cute doggie!
from blazingstar :
Hey! Thanks for your advice about the road trip :) I'm really excited about it. We're still not sure about our route but I would LOVE to go through Denver and Utah...such beautiful stuff out there! I'll keep you posted :)
from starkitten01 :
lol-- believe it or not, the freeloaders had their mail *Forwarded* to our place without even asking, AND they left a NUMBER of their boxes so that they'd have the excuse to come back any old time they want to bug us. And each time they come by, they make sure to take ONE SMALL BOX so that they can stretch it out as long as possible. Have you ever heard of such *relentless* bug-jobs in your entire life??!? I'm still in shock that it's really happening! Anyway, hoping you're doing well! <3
from starkitten01 :
Thank you so much for your note! It really is touching to me to know that there are people out there that understand what I'm going through.. And I'm also VERY glad if I can be of any "help" to others to avoid having these same problems come their way-- I'm glad you had that talk with your guy, and that you guys have a solid agreement! :-) As for me, still no luck getting these deadbeats out.. *yet*.. (*sigh*).. They have a key to a new place to room with someone, and STILL they haven't left! Can you believe the balls on them? Ughh.. Hoping this finds you well! <3 StarKitten01 :-)
from requiel :
Holy crap! You are gorgeous! You are the skinniest little girl I've ever seen. All the pics were beautiful. Congrats again.
from skinnylizzie :
Being infernally nosy I couldn't help but look at your pictures and you look STUNNING! The whole day looks incredible and you look so happy together :)
from bitterwineuk :
me again. OMG, YOU LOOK STUNNING IN THOSE PICS!!! Couldnt leave a comment as I wasnt on your friends list but you look gorgeous. Walter is a very lucky man and you make a wonderful looking couple. :)
from bitterwineuk :
I love Forrest Gump and hope that the move goes well. It's really going to come round quick for you guys and I am glad to hear you sounding so happy. :)

i'm all for stripper shoes... oh and belated congratz on the wedding. :)
from requiel :
Congrats on the wedding! I'm so glad everything is ok now. I hope you have a wonderful life together. I would totally get the shoes. Thanks for the note about my sis. I was so mad yesterday. This is such a great place to rant. Oh and I usually love vampires, just not the emotional ones... Ha! I'm better now, I think I'm just going to pretend she doesn't exist for a little while. That should help. ;)
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Of course you can still read! I moved to my own domain. I'll email you the link. :)
from unclassy :
yay for marriage! So glad everything went well and g-ma is doing better. And that you and Walter dealt with your emotions and moved past them. Strippers tend to cause conflict on many levels (and yet, yes - they have cute shoes! what did these particular ones look like?) congrats on the new wife-dom :D And as for me - well, in some scary way I can easily picture myself married to Brett. But its a long time off IF it has any reality to it. :)
from sduckie :
Hi thank you for the note. I will sit with it for a while, that's a good plan. You and I have never met before... I just found your diary and added you to my favorites... so nice to meet you and congratulations on getting married. :) Duck
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Congratulations! Married life can be wonderful so don't let the skeptics get to you.
from bitterwineuk :
Congratulations on getting married. I am so happy and wish you and Walter much luck for wedded life. I know it's not easy but things on bachelor parties (is that what you still call em in the US?) are in theory best forgotten. It's down to male ego's, with drink, sanity seems to go out the window and it's a case of impressing the mates. I'm glad you talked about it and moved on from it though. xxx
from unclassy :
was thinkin about you this weekend wishing I could see you walk down the aisle!!! I cant wait to hear all about it, surely you are all kinds of busy right now! :)
from startafresh :
awwwwww, hun. Whats wrong? So sorry to hear you sounding upset like this but all the best with the wedding. xxx
from requiel :
Whatever happened, I'm so sorry. ((hug))
from skinnylizzie :
Oh, I came here to say good luck and I hope everything goes okay, but then I read your entry and somehow it doesn't seem appropriate now...I hope things are okay for you x
from blazingstar :
Oh no, what happened? I understand why you don't want to talk about it now. Hope you're ok :(
from blazingstar :
:) Thanks for your sweet note. Everything's gonna be fine, I was just freaking out a bit. Hey, you're almost MARRIED!!! Good luck with all the last minute stuff, and I hope the weather is perfect!
from requiel :
Marriage is a lot like a roller coaster. On the highs you can't seem to get enough of each other then there are the lows where you have to work on your relationship a bit. 19 years have taught me a bit about it. You don't always love each other the same way, sometimes it's more sometimes it's less. It takes work but it's so worth it.
from skinnylizzie :
Oh, hurrah for Walter's job! :D
from diary--user :
I've moved, so my new address is 2401 Williams Ave #5 Sioux City IA 51106
from diary--user :
I think you should tell Walter exactly how you feel, about being worried about money and having his siblings' earnings rubbed in your face, if possible. I can understand how hard this subject must be to talk about, but I really think every girl deserves a right-hand ring! If it's your money, spend it on YOU. Simple. Oh, and next time Walter wants to buy something, maybe mention to him how he'll never stop wanting and things don't make him happy. And, you don't have to add this but, studies show that money can make you happier up to a certain point. Like if you are poor to middle class, then it will make a difference. But once you reach a certain wealth level, more money isn't going to change things. I feel poor right now too, Chuck makes about 23,000 a year. I know how you feel.
from unclassy :
are you getting hitched the 24th? Thats the day my cousin is getting married too if so, not sure why I feel the need to share lol. what are you fave all time books? I am just curious, I need something new to read and the post secret books are just not "reading" material to me. I already re-read perks of being a wallflower. enough of that!
from skinnylizzie :
Wow, I can't believe it's only two weeks to your wedding! I feel like it was just yesterday you started planning it...mind you, if *I* feel like it's gone fast, I can't imagine how it feels for you!
from requiel :
Wow, that is so dang cool! Congrats to you both.
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Congratulations, Walter!
from princesscee :
Congrats to Walter! That's awesome! I would LOVE to have that, what do I do now? feeling. I have lots and lots I want to do, just no time. Thanks for the optimism, I frankly think the paper sucks, but I'm so done with it right now. Have a lovely time off of school!
from reflect-me :
Check out my myspace (jen_is_a_star) Still no marriage, or ring just yet. The bubba is 9 months old now!! Boy, time flies! She keeps me pretty busy. I will try to do up an entry SOON!!!
from blazingstar :
Woohoo, good for you for standing up for yourself to the crazy woman!
from enurta :
I met a crazy lady like that yesterday too. She was lost and treated me like I was retarded or something. After that she started yelling for no reason. Crazy fucking peopleyou try to help someone, and they end up treating you like shit.
from blazingstar :
Aww, thanks, I love yours too :) It's weird because I LOVE just reading about people's lives, reading day-to-day stuff, what people are doing and thinking and worrying about or whatever...but when it comes to my OWN diary I'm like "This shit is boring!" Haha...Happy Wednesday!
from princesscee :
Pizza... take it out when the crust starts to get golden color, and/or all the cheese has melted. :) And yes, you have a lovely personality. Your posts make me giggle quite often. It'll be fine.
from skinnylizzie :
*do it IN person...sorry, I haven't long been up!
from skinnylizzie :
But...but you do have a personality! Your diary often makes me laugh, and sometimes it makes me sad. You're really passionate about things you care in, and how could you achieve all of that without a personality?! And I think it's harder to get a personality across through writing to people on the other side of the world that you've never met than it is to do it a person...that's what I think, anyway.
from skinnylizzie :
A really hot girl eh?! Now there is something I couldn't be described as if everybody saw that godawful photo of me!
from blazingstar :
It's totally a guy thing, I don't get it either. Testosterone probably!
from enurta :
i understand why it offends you. but take it easy. if he calls you a hoe tell him he is YOUR hoe. hahahahah :D that is what i do to my hubby.
from unclassy :
how did I miss your birthday?!?!! what the heck. Heres some belated wishes for you tho: happy birthday!!! xoxoxox and, man if I had the $ to come to your wedding I would LOVEloveLOVE to. You'll be a GORGEOUS bride!! And I am a big fan of long hair, think its supa hot - but yes - the whole bum thing is so very true, unfortunately.
from enurta :
just ignore her. don't even think about her, ask somebody else. some people just don't don't understand common courtesy. it's not your fault. she's probably just stupid or mean. fuck her. there's other things to think about ;)

i'd love to come to your wedding but i live to far away. i live in sweden, u live in the US, am i right? *hugs*
from diary--user :
I have myspace too! You can add me to your friends if you like, email [email protected]
from enurta :
cry in a good way. ops. spelled a couple of things wrong in my previous note. sorry
from enurta :
'I feel like inviting people is assuming that people care' they do care. you are no assuming that they care...they probably love you and would love to be there! I've never been to a wedding myself, but it seems like a beautiful thing to see. to people promising each other to take care of each other, in sickness and in health. haha i would probably cry if i went to your wedding :P
from enurta :
i'll add you too :)
from diary--user :
Chuck tells me that the chances of having something wrong are less than having a totally healthy baby. Chuck has been very supportive, and I've been a pretty big b*tch. We've talked about that, and I'm going to write him a letter thanking him for everything and saying that I love him and everything, and when it gets bad he can read it. My birthday is on the 20th, so it's coming up! I'll be 19 then. Chuck and I have talked about getting married, but I don't know. . . he's had some problems communicating with me, or more like telling the truth, and we did break up for a couple of weeks and I've had to tell him that if he didn't change I would end it forever. Sometimes, he seems like he's trying to make things better, other times it seems like not. I just barely got him to move out of the place he's staying now. I had to practically twist his arm. I've thought about baby before marriage, and I really don't want to get married unless I'm 100% sure. So far, Chuck is doing alright, but it almost seems like he needs constant reminders to keep going. We need a decent car before the baby comes, and he needs to actually have moved again from the place he's going to be, because it's a tiny two room cottage that barely has room for Chuck, let alone me and a baby. Sometimes it seems like he doesn't get it, that these things cost money and that means saving it and not spending it. We've talked, and we'll continue to talk and see where it leads.
from enurta :
hey. thanks for the comment. you wrote that you were too young to get married, well, you're not! if you are in love...if he is your soul mate, then you belong together. i got married when I was 18. and i do not regret it. i am now almost 23. but we've been together for 8 years. how long have you been together with your boyfriend? when did you decide to get married? I think a big wedding is a great idea. i wish i had a big wedding but we went to court and signed some papers instead....i didn't want to wear a wedding dress and i didn't want to get married in church so, there was no other option. i regret that a little bit but hey, the important thing is the promises you give each other. not the time or place. <3
from blazingstar :
Congrats on all the wedding stuff! It does sound super stressful and annoying but you're getting through it. Awww I've never gotten a wedding invitation...I think it would be so cute to get one if you are actually serious about sending them out!
from diary--user :
You know, I have always handled situations like these surprisingly well, and who knows, mabye I'm hiding it, but I am kinda stressed but I really just try not to worry too much, but I do worry. I've been talking to Chuck about pretty much every possible outcome for this baby like deformities, death, and stuff like that because I don't want to be unprepared but I've tried to let go of that and be less worried. I try.
from diary--user :
Congratulations on your fantastic gift! I belive that is your good karma coming around to you. You were very sweet and generous to us, and look what you got! You deserve it!
from allan-poe :
No i havn't... its like... LOWER stomic..... hehe i'm just a stupied teen.
from requiel :
St. Pat's day is Monday but the big parade at Gateway (which I will be in) is this sat morning. It's too much fun!
from requiel :
Happy birthday! Congrats on the raise! That is awesome. $11. an hour is pretty dang awesome.
from skinnylizzie :
Thank you! I don't really mind what he said, I'd rather have realistic expectations. Besides, after being dumped by text I'm not exactly enthralled with the idea of having another boyfriend so soon, so it works out pretty well! Plus, he is FAR TOO HOT for me to mind. Mmm.
from skinnylizzie :
Aww, a birthday AND a raise in the space of the week, sounds like you're having a good time at the moment!
from diary--user :
On the registry, it doesn't say who bought it. Thank you again! That is so nice. You really didn't have to do that, but since you did we'll take it! ♥
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Happy Birthday, beautiful!!
from blazingstar :
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Aww you know why you haven't gotten any cuter? Because it's IMPOSSIBLE!!! ;)
from skinnylizzie :
Happy birthday, hope you have a great day! (man, I hope I got the right day...!)
from allan-poe :
I try to stay home and sleep in. but my mom has so many problems and just won't let me
from diary--user :
You know, if it weren't for Garay, there wouldn't be WOW, or Guild Wars, or anything like that. He inspired so much that people do. He changed my life. I met Chuck playing DND, so I owe my relationship to Garay, and in a way he helped to father my child as well. :)
from diary--user :
Thank you for your kind words, I appreciate that. I am feeling better today, and will be going to class. As for your layout, I took a look, and you are missing "<a " before your "href="pink.html"> Try that. Any other questions email me: [email protected] or leave me a note.
from diary--user :
I just wanted to say thank you so very much! Your gift was so kind and so unexpected but very much appreciated. Thank you again!
from skinnylizzie :
Ours was only 5.2 but we almost never get earthquakes here in merry old Blighty, people actually seem quite excited by it! NOT ME though, obviously. Ahem. Why do they always seem to happen at night though? Mother Nature seems to enjoy disturbing the peace. How do you get any sleep where you live?!
from blazingstar :
Yeah, I'm feeling really grateful for my family right now. There really IS a stigma about being happy at times like that, but we managed to do a lot of laughing and joking around. Hope your paper got done ok!!
from skinnylizzie :
Ha, bum...I wish! Let's just say it's not the thin bit of such underwear that causes the problems...and what kind of sadistic person schedules a deadline on a SUNDAY?! You have my sympathy, I thought my 9am Monday deadlines were bad but that just takes the biscuit!
from allan-poe :
Actually i'm a Sophomore. This last Semester is being WAY stressful. and yes me and my boyfriend are still together! i'm really glad you left me a comment! hehe i was starting to think that i've gone mad!?
from diary--user :
Yea, you're right. I have since updated properly.
from blazingstar :
Haha no, your note was sweet. And you are feeling a lot of stress these days! Man. I hope the shit with Walter's family calms down, whatever it is. Oh and you're so right, what could be healthier than two people in love, right??
from skinnylizzie :
Thank you for your note, you are so, so right; I probably would've spent the rest of my life (alright, well, a couple of years) wondering what I could have said if I hadn't. Thank God for my lack of restraint! Valentine's Day is biting the big one so far, so you have my sympathy. Plus the 1920s style of life? Bleurgh! Roll on summer and Valentine-free days!
from blazingstar :
DAMN VALENTINE'S DAY!!! That's crazy that you're stuck at home...living in East Coast cities I've never had that happen. Good excuse to stay in PJs all day, right?
from skinnylizzie :
Sorry it's taken me a couple of days to reply to your note, I didn't get a notification for it and have just stumbled across it now! I don't think I'd even want something for Valentine's Day (except free chocolates...I could never say no to chocolate), the soppy cheesiness makes me feel all itchy with discomfort, ugh. I don't know if it's at all obvious but I'm not much of a romantic. And the Valentine's Day adverts need to stop! Okay, rant over. I'm intrigued by your new tattoo!
from blazingstar :
Oh sweetie I'm sorry you're having those thoughts. It's so hard not to have body image issues when we're FLOODED with those VS models all day long. I'm here for you if you want to talk.
from requiel :
How was the pain? Didn't it kill over your ribs? yikes, I'm such a whiner. I could never get one, I'd pass out.
from unclassy :
Good lord, you are gorgeous love! Your hair is getting so long and pretty! And Cujo: so precious!! I am lovin the pix...too cute.
from allan-poe :
well, my holiday was long past gone. and even when i get one it doesn't revolve actually going and having fun. normall just some over-doesing of work and then back to school. but thank you.
from skinnylizzie :
Oh my gosh, your puppy is ADORABLE! That one of him running made me laugh a LOT, his eyes are hilarious! And you are very pretty :)
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
You are so beautiful!
from blazingstar :
Aww cute cute cute photos!
from skinnylizzie :
Ha, your note did make me chuckle! I feel honoured to have a mystery button in your browser :D. Also, lemonade diet...mmm...hope your Christmas was groovy gravy!
from requiel :
Soo Cute! 7#? My cat could totally eat him, lol! Have fun with the potty training!
from bitterwineuk :
awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, cute little pup!!!!!!! :)
from sosuga :
i am soooooooo sososososossososososossososososos jealous of youuuu!!! lucky girl!! Kujo's adorable!!!!
from allan-poe :
HOLLY CRAP! thouse are HUGE dogs!
from allan-poe :
xD I Have faith you can bite him! I REALLY DO! just think thouse are things that mother doggies do! hehe you had 3 labs! lucky! i want a big dog so fucking bad!
from skinnylizzie :
Yeah, I don't know one person who can work that early in the morning (apart from my dad, but he's not normal so we can discount him), although I do think having classes at that time is worse than working...at least I don't have to try and get my brain to digest anything educational! Oh, and EXCELLENT choice of name for your new puppy, made me laugh my little socks off!
from allan-poe :
have you heard the saying "you have to bite a dog on the ear to show your the alfa"?? well in all honesty its true! bite your puppy on the ear hard enought to make it whimper. it shows that your the head dog and they are the underlings... just try it
from skinnylizzie :
Oh your note was lovely and definitely DID help, thank you...sometimes it's useful to be reminded about all the good things going on. I blame it on the Sunday blues! I actually love to lip-synch to Britney and others like her...there's something so damn addictive about grooving in front of a mirror and looking like a total idiot! Hope your week of finals has ended and you feel good about them, I meant to leave you a note last week but my memory appears to have deserted me recently. Can't believe they make you take exams BEFORE Christmas!
from blazingstar :
Yayyy for being done, I'll be done Friday night. So close...Things are going pretty well for me. Any big vacation plans? I guess now that you have some free time you can work on the WEDDING!
from blazingstar :
Good luck!! But you neeeeeeed to go to the doctor! I was hospitalized with a kidney infection last month, you do NOT want the UTI to turn into that! Be careful missy! Anyway good luck with the end of the semester :-)
from allan-poe :
LoL yeah i've locked my keys in the car once... but my boyfriend and with tools from one of my guy friends we were able to get it! but not this time lol. but feel free to be able to live threw me!!! haha that does sound funny. but yes.. and thanks!
from requiel :
Thanks for your note, it helped so much. You are such a sweetheart.
from liquid-mojo :
that video is so funny, especially how Alanis tries to make it all serious and ballad-y =p
from sosuga :
I AM SO JEALOUS OF YOU OMG OMGOMG OMGOMG I LOOOOOOOOOOOVE DACHSHUNDS THEY ARE SO FREAKING ADORABLE! Bah, dude, please for the love of god, post pics. I LOVE those little shits! :)
from skinnylizzie :
Aww, hurrah for a new dog, that's so exciting! And what a great pick-me-up for when your exams have finished :D
from aneles :
Awww, I know how you feel. I hope you feel better soon! (((((hugs)))))
from requiel :
go to the pharmacy and ask for some real sudafed. It's the only thing that will work. You have to ask for it and give your id. It works. You can get a generic brand and it won't be very much at all.
from skinnylizzie :
Thank you for your kind note the other day, I really did appreciate it :)
from sosuga :
if its a sign, I dont know what it means!! haha, but no way dude you didnt offend me or whatever, it is kind of funny when you think about it. dorks!
from sosuga :
Heh, well...if I used the "no self pix" rule against the past say - six or so guys I've dated, I'd have knocked them all off, they all did it! Its alright with me...dorky yes, but I do it too so hey. Whatever works :) He's one of those "I dont care what anyone thinks" types so it doesnt really surprise me. And no I dont care for his pix necessarily BUT at least he didnt do those terrible angle shots or mirror crap (heh, not that I would ever do something like that...hehehehe) :D
from petmykittie :
Thanks for the nice note and adding me to your list! I'll have to read some of your diary now.
from h2ophobic :
Thanks for the note. We would have named our Roomba Elphaba, if she'd come in green!
from liquid-mojo :
Woah that's crazy I never saw a dog jump a 6 ft wall...
from bitterwineuk :
I agree, those dogs are killers! There have been a number of deaths in this country with pitbulls and it is looking like it will be illegal to own one sometime in the future. How you can make a dog illegal is beyond me but there needs to be tighter measures on those who CAN own these dogs. Glad Mudge is ok though. x
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Yay for Walter!
from blazingstar :
Glad Walter's ok! Maybe now the drama will die down for a bit...OH WAIT that never happens haha
from reflect-me :
I think I worked out that I am currently 130 pounds(not 100% sure on the conversion) and I am only 5'4" so you have nothing to stress about. Gotta lose this baby weight though.
from requiel :
Thanks for the note, it helped me a ton. You are awesome.
from liquid-mojo :
there are times when i feel like walking out of work like that and never turning back, but i always wond up taking the high road and gave a 2 week notice. way to go with the spider killing though. =p
from reflect-me :
I'll be a bridesmaid!! Just let me lose the baby weight!!
from requiel :
I freakin LOVE those books! They are so good. I'm glad you found them.
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
This is going to be my new favorite quote: "If I wanted drama, I would have girlfriends." LOVE IT!
from requiel :
I laughed so hard at the idea of your wedding cake covered in sprinkles! I think it's a fab idea I love it! Thanks for the b-day wishes, I went to lunch with the hub, then to dinner with the rest of the fam. It was fun. It's kinda hard to share you b-day with two of your children and your husband, it doesn't quite seem as special. Ah well. You rock sweets.
from bitterwineuk :
Hugs to you. x
from requiel :
No problem, it has been a few years but I've been to some really great wedding, and some real snoozers. I'm sure yours will be fab! My mom had her friend make our cake and the layers fell into each other, it was all leaning tower-ish. Of course I being a 19 year old child freaked out instead of laughing if off like I would now.
from requiel :
If I could go back and redo my wedding I wouldn't have any bridesmaids. That sucked. People hate going through wedding lines introducing themselves to people who don't care who they are. So if were to go back in time I would'nt have bridesmaids, just us and our parents. That's all everyone wants to talk to anyway. Have fun planning your wedding!
from blazingstar :
Thanks my dear. I'm doing better today. I have definitely LEARNED a lot from all of this, even if it's painful. Hope you had a nice weekend :)
from blazingstar :
Dude...I KNEW you would understand! I mean, I didn't know HOW similar your feelings were about your situation, but from our past conversations I knew you'd been in a similar place...Isn't it crazy how uncontrollable it feels? Also, I don't know if B is like this with you, but for me it's weird that SB didn't even really CARE that I had a boyfriend. Like, if I knew SB was seeing another girl I'd be so pissed...even though I'd have no right to be pissed. But he would just...look the other way when Paddles called me and stuff. I've always thought that was funny. But maybe that's just SB.
from liquid-mojo :
Eek! Well, at least you have one willing partner down. I have to find a second and third party. =p I'll cross my fingers for the lot of us. ;)
from blazingstar :
Sent the password :)
from reflect-me :
That dress is GORGEOUS!!! And what a bargain!!
from skinnylizzie :
GORGEOUS dress, I agree! I hope everything's okay vis-a-vis the other thing... x
from bitterwineuk :
get a test hun, best to find out for sure. x no good worrying.
from blazingstar :
You haven't updated in forever. I'm starting to worry! Hope you're doing well sweetie!
from jammybastard :
Are you sure about this marriage thing, my sweet? Isn't it bit soon for all this?
from liquid-mojo :
It might help if you get one of those wedding planner books to help you organize get your thoughts together and get a "To Do" list going. As for the picture of you and the ring, take it in daylight with the flash off so it doesn't reflect a blob of light back at the camera sensor. =p
from bitterwineuk :
ooooooh, gorgeous ring!!!! weddings can be done quite simple if you want them to be. :) I was married in less than 6 weeks of arranging it. hehe. Not that it did me alot of good but it was practice for my real wedding to Prince Charming in the future. So the moral of the story is, it can be done. :) x
from skinnylizzie :
Oh I like it :). Never planned a wedding in my life and so I can only guess just how much work goes into it, but I shall wish you all the best in getting started and continue to make unhelpful comments such as this one until the time!
from liquid-mojo :
ah, well it looks like you have a plan and some really nice parents :) I do hope everything falls into place for you then...
from liquid-mojo :
If money is a big issue, maybe you can wait a bit and hold off the wedding for 6 months to a year and just save money and plan. I know a lot of my friends who are engaged that are planning their wedding that way so they can get the exact date, place, band/DJ etc. and all that other wedding stuff that they have always wanted and it will be special to them and not a compromise. Personally, if I do get married I'd like it to be on a cruise. :)
from requiel :
Cool!!! Congrats! That is so exciting! I can't wait to see the ring. (((hug))))
from reflect-me :
I am SOO excited for you!! I wish my boyfriend would propose. We have only been together for ten months, but in the first ten minutes, I knew I wanted to marry him.
from liquid-mojo :
Thanks, sorry to hear you have been feeling off as well.
from diary--user :
Hello back. Congratuations are in order, you're lucky! Any advice for me about college? I hoping it's okay to add you to my favs as well.
from bitterwineuk :
hooray. :)
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Congratulations! And I totally voted for you, hot momma! :)
from blazingstar :
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH I'M SO EXCITED FOR YOU!!!! CONGRATULATIONS, LADY!
from skinnylizzie :
CONGRATULATIONS!!! :D
from liquid-mojo :
Woot! Congratzes on the engagement. =)
from liquid-mojo :
you know you wanna say it, so just say it! ;)
from blazingstar :
SAY IT!!!!! SAAAAAYYYY IIIIIIIIIIIIT!
from bitterwineuk :
:) I don't like secrets either. Email me if it makes you feel better, hahaha, [email protected] (well I tried) x
from liquid-mojo :
yeah, last time it took forever to vote for your ass. =p
from smldesigns :
Hi! I came across your diary and wanted to let you know I am offering free templates. Check it out!!
from jammybastard :
What possible problem could his dad's family have with you? Honestly, some people simply have too much time on their hands. Their family photos are exponentially better for your presence. God, I really hate people sometimes. What is WRONG with these idiots?
from jammybastard :
Yeah, soccer games are so much fun live. I'm horrbily jealous of all my Celtic brethren who will be in Denver in two weeks for the MLS All-Stars v. Celtic match. Not to mention the 60,000 or so who get to see them in Glasgow every other week!
from jammybastard :
I've often wondered about Real Salt Lake. Just what is so "royal" about the club to merit the name? Or is it simply a question of seeing Real Madrid's name and thinking, "'Reel' Salt Lake -- that would be cool!"
from startafresh :
thanks Jess, I think that is the only way isn't it. To make matters worse, she is actually on holiday this week of all weeks. What I might try first though is to be honest with him, confess all and tell him I know his ex really well and that will have to be the end of it and I hope we can still be friends but cut back on things and keep it quiet. She really is one of my best mates who I've known 8years and she was really cut up about him dumping her for a long time after. It's just so... agh! Why is it always me? :)
from curiouoso :
Thankyou for reading my blog and leaving me a message. Thank you in particular for reading me "on & off for years". I hope you will continue and get some enjoyment and value out of it. Yours, (Electronically anyway) Curiouoso* P.S. I love your dogs!
from liquid-mojo :
Yeah that link comes in quite handy. You can have one set up on your blog too. Just copy and paste the following line: <a href="http://members.diaryland.com/edit/addnote.phtml?user=anthronut">note me</a> somewhere in your template for entry pages. As for the iPhone, it comes in pretty handy for surfing the web wirelessly. It also acts as an music, photo and video ipod and of course it's a really cool looking phone. If you have an Apple or corporate AT&T store near you I say go and try it out for yourself. There are also some cool videos on the apple site the show off what the iPhone does. But yeah, I should probably cut down on the ice cream too or at the very least switch to low fat and/or low carb ice cream. =p
from liquid-mojo :
Elmo my family dog is a really nice dog, but he gives off the most vicious growl ever if he's gnawing on a rawhide bone and will probably bite your hand if you try to take it away from him. =p
from bitterwineuk :
Now, I am not saying anyone "DESERVES" anything but when you say that in your opening lines it's no wonder kids get snatched. What the FUCK are the parents doing? There's no excuse for it but you see how it happens. I won't go pointing fingers about who these people are but there's no excuse for anyone. Well said. x
from bitterwineuk :
As being a Bon Jovi fan for like er... well since Keep The Faith so around 15 years, I thought Make A Memory was a bit slow and I wasn't impressed with it at first. Now though, it is REALLY one of my songs of the year (helped by new man action) and I think it's the best album they have done for years. I was a bit apprehensive as I'd seen it advertised as "country" but this is wicked. Thought I would share that with someone who understands :) Have a good week babe! Becca x
from blazingstar :
Very good idea...I think we'd both really benefit from me opening up to her a bit. Maybe we could even share a laugh over how silly life is. I'm excited that tomorrow night I can tell Paddles I invited her -- he'll be so proud! Sorry it's so hot out...it's been nice here, amazingly. Move to New York!
from liquid-mojo :
The whiners should totally go off and watch the other movie on their own. FF4 is OK, but they are no X-Men. I totally wanna see A mighty heart, movie if only to see sexy Angelina talk in an exotic accent. Maybe that will be my first date... =p
from blazingstar :
Thanks -- guess what? Sally wrote back and I feel SO much better! Like...I totally believe Paddles now that she is just a nice, friendly girl. I'm so relieved. Thanks for your kind comments through all my girl anxiety...I know you understand :) I'm so sorry about your icky icky period! That's awful!
from bitterwineuk :
awww, you poor thing, Periods are a pain full stop. Trouble when you have em, more so when you don't. sigh.
from jammybastard :
Mmm...threesomes....
from blazingstar :
Yeah, you're so right. This girl is really beautiful...and I think that's the main reason why I'm jealous. Because whenever Paddles talks to her I'm like HE'S THINKING ABOUT HOW HOT SHE IS. Grrr.
from jammybastard :
At this point she moves so fast it's all I can do to keep up with her on the weekends. I look forward to the working week -- it's the only time I can relax!
from bitterwineuk :
good luck :)
from blazingstar :
Ugh...sounds really frustrating. I am all for trying to make a relationship work...but the other person really has to try to make it work too or it's almost impossible to make any progress. At some point he needs to stop being stubborn and start being sensitive to your feelings. Good luck with the talk tonight...
from blazingstar :
Sorry Walter's being a stupid boy! But as painful as it feels right now, in the long run it's good for you to be forced to think about how you would survive on your own. I know that when you're madly in love, the LAST thing you want to imagine is being alone. But when you're really confronted with that idea, you start to realize that life will still go on if you break up -- like you said, you can go to grad school, join the peace corps, meet new people...and most importantly, you DESERVE to be treated well. If he really really loves you, he WON'T do anything to hurt you on purpose. That said, did Walter know how much it would bother you if he danced with other girls? Some things just don't seem like a big deal to guys unless you really spell it out for them. So he might honestly not have known how it would affect you. But if he DID know it would bother you and he did it anyway...that's a problem. Hope you're feeling a little better, sweetie.
from jammybastard :
I'm flattered to have sullied so foxy a subconscious. Feel free to dream as inappropriately as you see fit.
from jammybastard :
What's a sweet and lovely girl like you doing dreaming about an abominable bastard like me? Re: Walter, methinks the sun is setting there. If I can offer any sensible bit of advice, it's this: never let a boyfriend be the basket in which you lay all your eggs. If you look around and say, "I have to stay with him -- he's the only friend I have," you should probably ask yourself why that is. It might well have something to do with how you are when you have a boyfriend. You wouldn't be the first person to have totally immersed yourself in one relationship at the exclusion of all others. It never works. You're an absolutely charming young woman; there's really no good reason you shouldn't be surrounded by good people who care about you. Until you're ready for that, remember that it's better to be healthy and alone than totally fucked up with the wrong partner. Also, mathematically speaking, the likelihood of you having met your soulmate before the age of 21 without having left the state of Utah is, at best, astronomically remote.
from jammybastard :
Whereas I'm just repetitive. Bloody technology.
from jammybastard :
And by golly, you are a pretty thing, aren't you?
from jammybastard :
And by golly, you are a pretty thing, aren't you?
from jammybastard :
It's just that it really can't end up anywhere good, ya know? I can't be her boyfriend/co-parent -- just not viable. That's not what we agreed to and it would completely fuck up my situation. I've dragged it out way too long, mostly because I feel bad for her when she's alone (and because she's exceptional in bed). But that feeling bad has the potential to be a total disaster -- feeling guilty despite having long since held up my end of the bargain is just going to get me in trouble. And yet every time I'm with her I end up trying to fix whatever problem she's confronting at that moment. It's like I'm too sentimental to detach, even though that's exactly what I need to do.
from rented :
You are beautiful! I have see pictures of you before, but nothing straight on of you smiling! :)
from blazingstar :
I AM jealous, actually! Because my legs are just as ghostly white as my feet! And yeah, Paddles doesn't work out either, and all he eats is meat and pizza. What the hell!
from skinnylizzie :
Ooh, congrats for the good grades!
from liquid-mojo :
Better than my grades freshman year for sure. =p Congrats on passing your first term w/ Bs and As. :)
from blazingstar :
Congratulations! My grades definitely went waaayyy up sophomore year. Happy vacation!
from jammybastard :
Honey, you're a long way from having to make any real compromises with Walter or anyone. Youth gives you options. I'm a little closer to the exits, so I suspect we might see more of this sort of strategic maneuvering.
from liquid-mojo :
I totally need to work out. It would probably help if I ate better too. I'll probably go hardcore on both once I graduate. Good luck on losing you extra pounds though. Maybe you can do another dance marathon. ;)
from requiel :
K, it's a book called "The Fat Flush Plan" It seems to be working, it's way hard for me though because I have such a huge sweet tooth and I love to snack. You can get the book at Barnes and Noble or go look here. http://www.fatflush.com/ This morning I was down 3 pounds and Hubby is down 4. My frind has been on it for 4 weeks and lost 15. It's very strict but you can alter it to suit you. It does make a ton of sense.
from skinnylizzie :
That is a horrible list, and you have my sympathy my friend. But I also have every faith that you'll turn it around! College and exams are just one big fat pile of poo sometimes.
from jammybastard :
Looking at lovely bums is never a waste of time, dear child. I consider it an essential part of my work.
from blazingstar :
Sorry to hear you've been down lately...Feel free to rant to me if you want. I really hope everything's okay!
from requiel :
I've been there. I think most of us has times when we can't shake the blues. Try doing some good will for others. That helps me. Hang in there, it doesn't last forever. *hug*
from jammybastard :
I can't believe you didn't win the ass contest. That state of yours befuddles me in every way.
from blazingstar :
Yeah you DEFINITELY don't want a roommate. Even if you start out thinking she's the sweetest girl on the planet, she might turn psycho on you. Trust me.
from styrofoam :
So, it's Shae. And I tried to send you an email, but apparently it didn't work. Makes me sad. Send me one to [email protected], and perhaps we could organize a situation where we could talk to one another and catch up :-) *hugs*
from requiel :
I agree! I hate it when people treat their dogs like the children they had or wish they had. Drives me crazy! I'm a huge fan of "the dog whisperer"
from liquid-mojo :
i agree, dogs have to be behavior trained from the beginning or they are just going to be a mess for thier entire life span and people who get dogs should take that responsibility seriously. i always go alpha on dogs especially on ones that are "unruly". something about being a male and being higher on the food chain. kudos to you though for being able to go alpha on you mini dog sitting adventure.
from requiel :
I saw it!! So funny!
from requiel :
I'm totally there with ya. They are such jerks! I guess that's what you end up like when you have to deal with as many jerks as they do.
from liquid-mojo :
*tsk-tsk* I shouldn't judge though because I used to talk and drive on my cell too, but having done both I'd have to say that talking while driving is much easier with a headset than without. It's all about the handsfree thing if you know what I mean. =p
from requiel :
Men just don't understand the whole shoe thing. ;) Except MY fab hubby. He owns as many pairs as I do....Heaven help us if we walk past Dillards mens while the sale rack is up.
from tailbonelust :
Okay, you can send my portion of the prize money to 14337... Joke!
from liquid-mojo :
I never really understood the shoe thing with girls, I mean how many shoes do you really need? But then I started relating it to my cellphone thing and now I kinda sorta understand. =p
from jammybastard :
My pleasure, darlin'. Feel free to expose any other lovely parts at your leisure. ;-)
from jammybastard :
Can I pimp out your bumper to all my voting friends? I think it's imperative that you win this thing. For the good of the country.
from jammybastard :
Oh, the pleasure is entirely mine, darling. That is one superior posterior.
from jammybastard :
Well that was just about the easiest voting experience ever. Holy cats, you've got a fabulous can!
from blazingstar :
I voted for you! Rawr!
from liquid-mojo :
i had a hard time making it to 50, but I did vote for you ass. good luck. =p
from jammybastard :
I'm sure your ass sounds positively adorable, my dear. Hopefully the station in question broadcasts in stereo so we can appreciate both cheeks. ;-)
from liquid-mojo :
I'm all for nice ass contests, but how the hell are you supposed to see ass on the radio? =p
from jammybastard :
She made it pretty clear she wanted to get pregnant, and we've certainly done everything one does to make that happen. Then she's suddenly surfing for more when she doesn't even know if she's up the pole. Isn't that just a little peculiar?
from skinnylizzie :
Shoes, now there's a plan I like :). And what is it with boys and games? My brother's just the same, I'm not allowed to even talk to him at crucial points of it. Insert a roll of the eyes here.
from bitterwineuk :
HMMMMMMMMMM, Men, a mystery I will NEVER understand and I've had a good 10 years of practice now. Doesn't get any easier as you get older. I actually get worse as I spend too long trying to suss them out. I think that they must have some underlying secret agenda and mean more than they say but maybe they really are that "simple" after all... :)
from skinnylizzie :
Thank you for the birthday greetings! And what you were doing was far more important than reading my stupid diary. There's no way I could last dancing for that long, I'd have to have a 12-hour nap after just a couple of hours!
from jammybastard :
The details are all sorted. I just hope she sticks to plan. I didn't hear from her again this weekend, so maybe the initial frenzy of lust has passed. You doing alright, luvvy?
from skinnylizzie :
I never drink enough liquids and then sometimes I feel really tired and rough and unwell, and it's all down to dehydration...which I never realised until a month or so ago! So I feel your pain, and drinking water constantly sucks. But at least you'll have nice luscious lips very soon!
from liquid-mojo :
haha yeah, it's supposed to replace your lipids or somthing like that, just don't go crazy and gain 50 pounds. =p
from jammybastard :
If by "hope all is well" you mean "hope all is totally nuts and wildly entertaining in a trainwreck sort of way" then yes, all is in fact well. Have a lovely break, darlin'!
from liquid-mojo :
not sure about the chapped lips thing. maybe eat greasy food or something. =p oh, good luck w/ the dance thing...
from jammybastard :
Happy belated b-day, baby! Hope this year rocks for ya!
from liquid-mojo :
Your welcome and yeah, I printed out the reciept for mr. taxman so it's all good to go. Good luck in the dance thing. :)
from liquid-mojo :
OK, I dropped the donation. I would have gave a bit more, but I have another friend doing this bike marathon thing so I had to kind of split my extra cash in two, but hopefully it will help anyway. Oh and Happy belated B-day. =)
from sosuga :
Hey darlin, happy birthday!!! I dont have much to spare but I donated a little something for you...have a wonderful day sweetheart!!
from liquid-mojo :
oh, when is the deadline for your donation thingie. i'm looking for a few good causes to throw my money at, preferably ones that don't give me cookies back, because as you know i already have plenty of those. =p
from liquid-mojo :
It would be kind of cruel and unusual to set up a stand in front of a gym or worse in front of a weight watchers, but I betcha they would make a killing in cookie sales. =p
from skinnylizzie :
Happy 19th birthday! Have a great day, whatever you end up doing :)
from bitterwineuk :
Happy Birthday!
from zkandaloza :
Happy Birthday!
from bitterwineuk :
:) Shit Happens... Poor Justin.... ;)
from jammybastard :
Ugh, I made it into work today, despite my best intentions. Sorry to let you down! I guess I'm just not the 24-Hour Party Person I used to be. And a right bloody tragedy it is, too.
from liquid-mojo :
Thanks, sorry to hear about the lingering stalker boy behavior. That's kind of uncool if you ask me. =p I figure if you know the chick has a boyfriend, and you can have some fun with her with no strings then take it and run. If you want like relationships and stuff, then avoid the ones in committed relationships and find someone single who wants the same thing.
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
mmmmmmm...doughnuts ;)
from blazingstar :
Yes I would LOVE to just do something fun...too bad everyone around me is applying to competitive internships and becoming investment bankers and UGGGGHHHH
from blazingstar :
I LOVE bubble tea! Oooh you're giving me a craving.
from sosuga :
*hugs* hey - they understand that youre only human and make mistakes...they just have to address it, company policy. All you gotta do is keep an eye on yourself a little more, is all - no biggie! Theyre not gonna fire you over that sweets.
from sosuga :
dude where did this britney spears pic come from? I cant find any other info about it, is that real? OMG! seriously!
from jammybastard :
Oh I agree entirely. None too friendly. It's just that I'm not all that sure, in the greater scheme of things, that it's any worse than the emotionally manipulative stuff that is commonplace in many relationships, to the point of being standard fodder for dramatic television and even sitcoms. In the long run, in fact, I think a single bratty move like that might be far less damaging. I think winter is bringing out the post-structuralist in me.
from requiel :
Glad to hear you are ok too. It is a scary thing to think that violence that bad can be so close. We are so lucky to live in such a normally peaceful place. Thanks for the note.
from bitterwineuk :
glad I made you feel better even if it was in the most stupid of terms. :)
from bitterwineuk :
From experience, I would say it's best not to ask questions and don't look into things. That would only leave you feeling insecure and with low self esteem. I mean we all have insecurities but this only feeds that and makes things much much worse. Liking other people is not a crime but it can be dealt with in an adult way by accepting attraction is a powerful thing. Just be sure enough in yourself to realise that just cos a cake looks nice, doesn't mean you always want to eat it. And if one cake is good enough for you to choose that cake over others, why try a slice of something different? Some more magical words of Becky-Wisdom. Hope that helps in even in my terms. :)
from blazingstar :
I'm the same way. I totally stalk girls Paddles is attracted to. Luckily he dumped his ex because she was psycho, and he hates thinking about her or being reminded of her, so at least I don't have to worry about HER. But then I still find a way to worry, because he was really into her when they were together, so what if WE break up someday and he starts talking trash about ME? I think girls are just natural worriers :)
from skinnylizzie :
Oh boo, I'm sorry about your Anthropology class. But good luck for your test on Thursday!
from jammybastard :
One of my best friends (he owns my local pub) is in Salt Lake this week to ski. He's probably cursing your beloved heatwave.
from askblaze :
Thanks for your question! It shall be answered! But man, it's a tough one...because boys are stupid.
from blazingstar :
Glad you liked my "advice"...stay tuned for my all-new advice DIARY! Gasp!
from jammybastard :
Ugh. You don't want what I've got, and besides, even if you did there's only one proper method for spreading cooties, and hacking on a sheet of paper ain't it.
from blazingstar :
Ha, no, I'm 20 and he's 29. And I'm definitely not expecting anything to happen. For one thing, he's not a touchy-feely guy (he's never even hugged me), so in that way the temptation isn't really there. Plus he knows I'm in a relationship, which I actually think is why we're becoming friends (because there isn't quite the same awkwardness that there would be if something COULD happen). Plus, there actually ARE things I don't really like about him, but I don't have a single problem with my boyfriend. So all in all, I am definitely not planning on letting anything happen. No worries! Hope all is groovy for you :) Has Justin cooled down at all??
from blazingstar :
Wow, what a jerk! I guess I'm lucky because the only guy who ever tried to steal me away from Paddles is really mild-mannered and polite, and when I FINALLY decided to stay with Paddles, he completely understood. Though for a few months after that, he DID email me and instant message me and hang out places he knew I'd go (which is why I call him Stalker Boy)...but all in all he's not a bad guy. This Justin kid, on the other hand...wow. Um...is it possible that you can somehow report that he hasn't completed the alcohol treatment thing? And get him in trouble?
from jammybastard :
You can always join us here in the land of the queer, the home of the fabulous. I'm not sure there's another place as fundamentally un-Utah (or un-Iran, or un-Myanmar, or un-anywhere else that uses religion as an excuse to persecute people) as my little town. Our congressman runs unopposed every term -- the Republicans long since gave up.
from requiel :
Just a hopeful note here...We (my HUbby and I vote according to how we feel, we don't vote straight party lines. We are both for Gay marriage and hopefully one day everyone will have the same rights as everyone else. No matter who they are or what they believe in.
from bitterwineuk :
:) Thanks, I was hoping that was the sort of thing that meant. Hahaha. So nice to see someone who appreciates my dry-sarcastic-cynical-erm-crazy view I have of men in general. I hope it stays as entertaining. :)
from startafresh :
hey, what does Bwahahaha translate as in English? :)
from startafresh :
thanks for your message. the things is, I DO know what it is. This only half the story. The thing is... I think I am trying to get over someone but I don't want to get over him. I want more but it's a complicated story and I am trying a new approach now...Watch this space. ;)
from skinnylizzie :
Just wanted to say a rather belated thank you for your lovely note, it made me smile when I read it. Wouldn't life be lovely if it was all rainbows and sunshine?! I try to think at least one positive thing a day and it usually works (even if it is something stupid like 'my sandwich was really yummy, I made it very well'). And as for the football thing...I don't really get it either so I don't expect anybody else to. Although I suspect the hot men may make it more appealing... xx
from blazingstar :
Haha I am as big a snoop as you are! Maybe even MORE! I approve, I approve.
from bitterwineuk :
Right, I am pro counselling. IF it makes YOU feel like YOU are benefitting from it then go for it. Some people are small minded but they don't know reasons people go for counselling. LIFE is different for everyone and we all cope differently. Some of us tackle things head on (like you) others just pretend some things never happen and move on quickly-even the times they know they shouldn't (like me). The point is, you know YOU better than anyone and you have to put yourself first. I would be behind you 110% if you go for it. xxx
from blazingstar :
Sigh. It sucks, doesn't it? On top of that I'm in a bad mood tonight because he got drunk and he's pretty annoying when he's drunk. I'll save my complaints about that for an email, I should sleep now :) I'll try to email you tomorrow, or you can email me at [email protected]... Boys. Sheesh. Why are they so much trouble?!
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
On the PC, I usually just play Sims2. We play a lot of Xbox 360 games. I'm completely addicted to Hexic HD, which is a puzzle game kind of like Bejeweled.
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Haha! Another girl gamer in the making ;)
from jammybastard :
yeah, it's just a difference in currency from one region to the next. God's mercy = cash on the barrelhead.
from bitterwineuk :
I find that if I get up early to do more, I end up later and in the crappiest moods too. I wake up when I am not ready too and take 3 times longer doing everything and in a bad mood too :) Have a good weekend!!
from jammybastard :
You think I'm crazy? Whatever gave you that idea?
from lemoncats :
Mmmmm warcraft. Ahem, sorry. Yeah, I guess it's one of those things guys go through. He'll get bored. Mind you, I'm 24 and still haven't grown out of it. You might have to wait a while longer.
from blazingstar :
I never understand the way guys act about stuff like this. One of my friends has a serious addiction to this one video game. Even during finals week last semester, he played for hours every day. One time he pulled an all-nighter to write a paper and ended up sleeping from like 10 am to 2 pm the next day. At 2 pm he stumbled out of his room, turned on the TV, and grabbed a controller. ADDICTION, I tell you. Sorry I don't have any good advice, but I hope you talked some sense into him!
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
I've had to learn to accept the gaming thing. When a new game comes out, M is consumed by it for a time. After the "new" wears off, he's back to paying attention to me. Maybe try watching him play and become involved in some way. It will ease some of the tension.
from sosuga :
darling, many hugs being sent your way. I dont know the story about this kaity girl but its common for us to feel threatened by the unknown, which she seems to be for you. As well as this WOW bullshit, I'd be pretty hurt too. Take some time & work thru your feelings before approaching him so you dont say anything you dont mean, but I def think this deserves a sitting-down-and-talking-to as far as he goes. xo
from requiel :
Aw, you are so sweet! Thanks for the note.
from blazingstar :
You are such a sweetheart! The feeling's mutual -- it's really refreshing to find a nice gal who's actually been through the same thing :)
from blazingstar :
Ha, looks like we wrote each other notes at exactly the same time :) Trust me, I don't deal with long-distance any better than anyone else does...I'm a nervous wreck a lot of the time, and when we ARE in the same city I try to spend literally every minute with him. When we first got to college we drifted apart a bit, but we both felt miserable about it, so we just decided we'd try really hard to make it work even though the distance sucks. And I guess after 2.5 years of distance I've reached a point where I can joke about it!
from blazingstar :
I know exactly where you're coming from. I cheated on my boyfriend last year, and I was lucky enough to be forgiven, but it still kind of...haunts me. At the time I was so confused about my own feelings that I didn't feel any regret or anything. I was basically a cold, heartless bitch for...MONTHS. But whenever I think about it now I just feel sick. Even though P. and I have fixed everything, I can't erase what happened. And I STILL worry that one day he'll be like "Wait...I can't believe you did that to me...Why do I trust you now?!?" But I guess we just have to believe that we really, really learned our lesson, right? Hang in there chica!
from jammybastard :
I come from a pretty serious labor family. My dad is actually a labor history professor, pretty much the foremost authority in the country. And unlike most of his colleagues, he comes by it honestly -- he was picking lettuce 12 hours a day, 7 days a week, when he was 12 years old growing up in Salinas. I raised to never cross picket lines and to help out striking workers whenever possible. If I see a picket while I'm driving on a cold morning, I'll go round up some coffees and give 'em a boost. You rock.
from bitterwineuk :
Wow, that is alot of snow. I have never seen that much snow in the UK. Still not had ANY snow this winter and looking less likely as the trees are getting blossom in some places where it has been such a mild winter. Global warming.....
from jammybastard :
A union girl -- praise Jebus! That makes me very happy.
from sosuga :
hug hug hug hug hug hug hug hug hug hug hug hug hug :)
from blazingstar :
You know what, great minds think alike -- ever since Paddles and I talked about Sally the other day, I've been imagining running into her alone on the street and introducing myself! I was hoping it would happen today, but I didn't see her. She does still make me nervous, but I've been dealing with it for years now, so I'm finally starting to relax a little. Argh.
from blazingstar :
Thanks for the support, girrrrrrl! Things are good, things are good :) Update coming soon. Yay for you and Walter!
from jammybastard :
Yay, Jessica has a boyfriend! I'll be sure to have illicit stranger sex to celebrate on your behalf, cutie.
from d1mndn3r0ugh :
Haha, I'm such a dork! I just realized who you are now! OMG. Doi.
from apathyascend :
Sick.
from apathyascend :
I never see my own banners. When you say you see them frequently, how often is frequently? I'm just curious.
from bitterwineuk :
I could complain about bras for days. My biggest peeve is why do manufacturers feel the need to put additional padding into bras anyway? Why not leave 80's shoulder pads in the bin where they belong. NOT IN MY BRA!!!! :)
from bitterwineuk :
Just found your note to me by the way. No I don't work, waiting until Matthew is in nursery before I do. Childcare where I live is far too expensive so looking to go part time when that isn't an issue. I don't feel I can ask my mother to babysit if I got an evening job because she works full time herself. If I were to return to work now, I will be worse off paying out more than I earn, lose time with my son and have nothing to show for it. Matthew should be able to get into the local pre-school in the next few months. I do need to interact with humans more. Becca
from bitterwineuk :
Bloody MODELS!!! Especially underwear ones. How can they get away with being so chestless? Even though I have lost tons of weight in the last few months (still got more work to do) I have not lost my "assets" in the slightest. Underwear shopping is a nightmare when you are a size 14 top but have a DD cup to find. I don't want a bra to look like a hanging basket that should be full of flowers. I want flowers on my bras not in them. So crappy. All the pretty ones seem to stop at a C Cup. So annoying!!!
from skinnylizzie :
Ha, you've seen how much I like to ramble, I wouldn't worry about it! It is indeed my last semester, I graduate this summer and I can't WAIT. The first semester was hard but I think that was due to all of the adjusting you have to do? Lectures are definitely harder now and it all just sucks, so fed up of education! Going back to school is never fun in the slightest and I understand exactly how you feel :)
from jammybastard :
Of course I love the green-and-white stripes -- my office is covered in the horizontial version, courtesy of all the Celtic gear on the walls. You've once again put a smile on an old man's face.
from sosuga :
Dottie, are you a taurus? Lol you have a lot of their characteristics :) or maybe you have some in you if youre not. I am very in to this whole astrological stuff, geeze have you ever looked in to it? Crazy. Anyway, I <3 the new digs! And I still havent found out what Mike did, although I doubt it was murder because he'd be kept in custody if it were something that serious. I have a feeling it has something to do with money, perhaps @ his last job -which would explain his being terminated? Anyhow, how is YOUR new job going? What do you do??? I've almost been at my new one for a year now, I can feel the nostalgia wearing off so I'm living vicariously thru you :) Have a fantastic weekend gorgeous!!
from cera-jeanne :
hi! i just found your site thru skinnylizzie...And thought I would tell you I would like to boycott the skinny jean, too! :)
from jammybastard :
Oh, and I love the new design!
from jammybastard :
The Celtic in question is Celtic Football (soccer to you) Club of Glasgow, reigning champions of the Scottish Premier League, and the one thing I care about more than anything else (short of the baby). Watch the goal that beat Manchester United, listen to the crowd, and you'll get a sense of just how nuts we are about our team: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHjV3YqSqeU&mode=related&search=
from skinnylizzie :
I like the new design! And I'm with you on the skinny jeans thing, I actually got wedged in a pair in a shop here and I'm not exactly the biggest person in the world. Big up the boot cuts!
from jammybastard :
What can I say, I'm a sucker for the sexy librarian look.
from sosuga :
i'll boycott with you, I fucking HATE those stupid ass skinny jeans. EW. Theyre tapered, just with another name. SICK
from sosuga :
i'll boycott with you, I fucking HATE those stupid ass skinny jeans. EW. Theyre tapered, just with another name. SICK
from bitterwineuk :
Thank you. When I wrote that, I was hoping the comic genius I have would shine through but was not fully sure if you US peeps would actually see the sarcasm of my life. Glad you found it amusing. Was great fun to write and very funny looking through my 2002 entries when life was so simple and fun, when I'd go out on a Thursday night and come home on a Saturday morning if I had work. hahaha.Flirting, pushing the boundaries with certain people and when life was exciting if I got a new outfit for going out. That bit never changes though. :)
from blazingstar :
Happy new year!! I'm glad you had an awesome New Year's Eve, and you seem really cheerful and optimistic about this year. Rock on!
from jammybastard :
I had always suspected you were patently adorable, but wow!
from sosuga :
aww you are too cute!!!!!!!
from skinnylizzie :
Use Photobucket! That's the one I use for my photos and it's usually pretty reliable. Just upload your photo, and underneath it you'll see three different HTML codes; copy and paste the middle one into your entry and voila, a picture! And I apologise in advance if you already knew this and just couldn't decide where to upload your photos, I'm suffering from a lack of sleep. Happy New Year!
from sosuga :
Hey lady, I see you have a new home! :)
from bitterwineuk :
Did you know your comments aren't working? I agree with you on Saddam, he was a shit but kept his country in order. Bush on the other hand wont be seen like that when he dies, he just caused more chaos for the US, that bought mess for us in the UK and not to mention poking his nose into the other side of the world. Call me ignorant and mean and selfish but why get involved with other peoples problems? what does it matter to us? Surely it should be left to thier government? What Saddam did was not as widespread as Hitler. It wasn't nice but it wasn't up to Bush to seek him out, that should have been up to his country if they so wanted to do it. Brit and US troops are going to have it tougher than next year than ever before. Trust me on that. HAPPY NEW YEAR AND HAPPY NEW DIARY!!! :)
