Geez... you went all picture whore while I was away... Good for you (okay, really good for us, but let's not sweat the details)!
from chicagojo :
I'm Aunt Jo, so it's easy to say. I love Aunt Kitty though! Also, Turlte is a perfect name! Jenna's still calling her new one "The Girl" instead of Alizabeth.
from nycsexpolits :
but I thought I was Holly go-lightly, shit.. I think my exhusband just showed up. kisses!
from chicagojo :
So where is the Blind Date Guy?
from xeran :
It is the power of that sweet pussy that allows us to put up with you dear.
from bings-place :
If you want a more elaborated answer than "I'm doing fine", then please email me so I can get back to you (I can't find your email address on your diary). But I won't answer right now, cause now it's bedtime for me... Good night!
from bings-place :
The text goes onto the checkboard on my Mozilla Firefox browser. With MSIE the white box just gets bigger adjusting to the text but the menu on the right is halfway in the box and halfway out of it...
from xeran :
Not true, the text goes onto the checkboard on bith my PCs.
from chuffnutt :
Not a bad template. It's okay. I see the whimsy in it. What would you like to have if you do change from this one?
from chicagojo :
I clicked back like 10 entries, and the only thing I saw with the checkering was that the text box's width adjusted and the sidebar text didn't, making it appear halfway in and halfway out of the checkered part.
from chicagojo :
I like it. It's naughty, like you! Also, I'm not seeing text in the checkered part. The box just gets bigger and longer as you keep on typing. Bigger and longer -- snort!
from nycsexpolits :
SLC is baby central, I have never been on a flight with so damn many babies. I am not "kid friendly" but thats not what really bothers me about SLC, afer everything I have been through in NYC I would really like to live someplace where hyper-religious teenage virgins are NOT offered to underserving 50 year old men.
from chicagojo :
Capn Crunch tastes sooo good but totally tears up my mouth. As for the friends [sigh]. How friggin' annoying. You have permission to issue me a long-distance bitch smack if I'm doing anything retarded.
from xeran :
No update in 10 days? :( I'm going through withdrawals here.
from carinolaffz :
=) hey i was jus readin ur diary and i like it...im happy that ur date went well...my first blind date was TERRIBLE..but anywayz i hope u dont mind but im addin u 2 my favorites =)
from chicagojo :
That sounds like a most-wonderful first date! Take it from an old pro -- Don't be mistaken... Mose dates don't usually come that way!
from xeran :
Never in my life have I been so envious of a tiny flag. But the picture of it nestled gently between your fabulous breasts has left me quite green.
from chicagojo :
I've never seen Goonies either. Does that turn you on? Now sit on my face!
from xeran :
Oh CRIPES Jo! Don't go giving her ideas like that!! ;) Yes, I said Red Dawn was a GOOD bad movie. There were a LOT of just BAD movies made in the 80s (Joe vs. the Volcano), but we don't want to scare the kid. Oh, you may also want to adjust his musical tastes by forcing him to listen to all the big hair bands of the 80s. If he makes it through all of that, he might just be a keeper.
from chicagojo :
1985. Dear gawd kitty, he can't even drink. He can barely smoke. You should just wait two years and start shagging my brother instead!
from xeran :
As a self proclaimed movie buff, I am delighted to share my vast knowledge with you. If you are looking for movie quotes, the best is Princess Bride. Others that helped shape me into the demented "little shit" I am today are Rocky Horror Picture Show, Weird Science, Porky's, Scarface, The Shining, all the Dirty Harry movies, Manhattan Project, War Games, Ferris Bueller's Day Off, Blind Date, Once Bitten, Ruthless People, Fletch, Teen Wolf, Secret of My Sucess, We're No Angels, and Poltergeist. If you want to show him some of the worst of the 80's moives like They Live, Attack of The Killer Tomatoes, Red Dawn, Weekend At Bernie's, Fletch Lives, The Fly, REmo Williams : The Adventure Begins, Cannonball Run, etc are great bad movies. Of course, this is just enough to get him started. ;)
from xeran :
So you may need those knee pads after all. i hope you remember which box you packed them in! ;)
from chicagojo :
Something that made me laugh: http://www.anamelissa.de/images/europe/kid_finger.jpg
from nycsexpolits :
the same friend who introduced me to daddy warbucks took me to the party where I met the crossdressing IVY leager who is also a compedtive fencer - we are having drinks tonite, i'll let you know how it goes. P.S. we are on the same cycle so it won't be to juice, I like his vanilla friend anyway.
from joecartoon :
Sooo... Get a little drunk last night did we?? And after the last (28year) few months, I'm well prepped for any drinking contest. Plus, I'd be willing to bet I've got a few pounds on ya, and that always helps (course I guess that depends on what the rules are and what the purpose of the contest is).
from xeran :
I used to live in Fort Worth, so my level of White Trashiness is mitigated. If I still lived there, I know there would be at least one guy beating down your door. ;)
from adreamofsky :
A *FELONLY*?? Holy shit...will you come conjugal-visit me in jail? ;-) Will the Incredibly Incompetent Hacker
from adreamofsky :
I suppose that's true. But what if I'm not laughing?
from chicagojo :
Pussy Extraordinaire -- That you are! You given any thought to us all meeting in Dallas for a b-day extravaganza?
from chicagojo :
I'm a happy Jo ~ I'm a happy Jo ~ I'm a happy Jo!
from joecartoon :
Well, I leave town next Friday to move to KU, so if you're gonna challenge, you'd better do it quick!!
from joecartoon :
The Durrrrty Sock!! Ewwww.... I've only been one time and we had to put a quarter in the jukebox so the girls would have music to dance by. I hear they've cleaned it up, but I've chosen not to go back...
from chuffnutt :
In case anyone tries to copy your pages to incriminate your or anything, copy/paste this at the end of your template: <P><script language=javaScript>function mp(e){if(document.all){if((event.button==2)||(event.button==3)){alert('This page is protected: Preview only.'); return false}}if(document.layers){if(e.which==3){alert('This page is protected: Preview only.'); return false}}}if (document.layers) {document.captureEvents(event.mousedown)}document.onmousedown=mp;</script><script language=javaScript>document.onselectstart=new Function("return false");</script></P>
from joecartoon :
When were you in New Braunfels?? We've practically lived there this summer (3 weeks out of the last 5), but I'm trying to soak up as much toobing as I can before I head off to the midwest and temporarily lose my toobing priveleges.
from juniperhexum :
Thank you for explaining that! Seems J has run into a spell of busy-ness. :)
from chicagojo :
I love you!
from joecartoon :
Holy Crap!! There's a Get Fuzzy Ring!! I am on that like a chicken on a june bug.
from joecartoon :
Damn. How many times is 105.3 going to change formats?? When I stared high school it didn't exist, then it became Young Country, then after I moved it became talk radio or some crap and now it's a dodgeball channel??
from chicagojo :
The pictures were too small to see anything, but I believe you. My vball team's name is Team Spikesalot :)
from cutie1083 :
Hey, she may suck, but that song is special to ME b/c I am a cheesy, corny person who, when in love, listens to cheesy, corny pop music. At least it isn't Hilary Duff, right?
from xeran :
I was actually thinking of telling you not to go, as the people who attend HODA (Houston official Dodgeball Association) are, um (how do I put this delicately?), not so pretty. Glad you had fun.
from chicagojo :
Hell yeah. What else are you supposed to do on a Wednesday night. You should see my hubba-hubba vball league and the hunka-hunka softball league too ;)
from joecartoon :
As maroon as it gets baby! Not only did I give this place a lot of my (okay scholarship) money, I've actually donned an Aggie jersey in competition. Class of '98. Whoop!
from joecartoon :
Yaayyy!! A real, live Aggie girl on our Texas-Aggie ring!! I feel so special now! Plus, maybe it'll up my stats. After all, nearly everything (okay, absolutely everything) is all about 'ME!'
from xeran :
Damn, there you go and steal my joke. Now I have to think of another one. Um, not happening. Sorry.
from joecartoon :
Diet Pepsi and Tequila?? Hmmmm... I'm not so sure about that. At the very least we need to have a real Aggie female on our newly minted Texas-Aggies ring, so go join that. We'll talk about bustin' some kneecaps later if necessary.
from missblackie :
The song at the top of my page is from "Happiness is a Warm Gun" by the Beatles.
from xeran :
Some people are just shitty friends. And some people are jealous of the happiness when in a healthy relationship. I'm sorry she is trying to stir things up.
from iluvjessee :
Thanks for the guestbook signing. :) Thanks for answering my question! LOL well, Im not always chipper. But I am sometimes. :) I enjoy life. I have a lot to be thankful for! God has really really blessed me! Hope to see another note from ya! God bless!
from iluvjessee :
Whats your comment for me in your profile mean?
from iluvjessee :
LOL Thats an interesting letter.
from nycsexpolits :
oh! and I'm gonna get my own place, maybe in the trump towers.
from nycsexpolits :
again, I'm convinced we lead parallel lives. I'm working (ya) but not enough to do yet, makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. Money might not buy happyness, but knowing I have oit if I ever want to try sure is comforting.
from xeran :
Sorry I haven't been around much. Thanks for the lovely notes dear. I am thrilled you are working and happy. Hug that man tight for me when you see him, okay?
from chicagojo :
Yay for having a job again! Sounds like an interesting gig :)
from mzletty :
CONGRATS on the new job! Best of Luck!-Letty
from xeran :
Please tell me it doesn't involve kneepads, or the phrase, "Me love you long time."
from elysium1982 :
funny girl...great diary. take care.
from xeran :
ROFL. I know what you mean. It's like a whole different language or something.
from xeran :
Well, then I dunno, dear. Maybe you could use AIM Express. No download necessary.
from xeran :
Or you can go to tools, Internet Options, Privacy to adjust the cookies settings. Or yes, I could email it to you.
from xeran :
Maybe a really cool friend could email you the file.
from xeran :
She is a former fling. We neve met, it was just an onlnie thing. That's a fantasy she wrote about our meeting. Then I found out she was 38 and had four kids.
from xeran :
Oh well. If you decide to install it, my ID is : Xeran Greyire
from xeran :
Old Charmed episodes? When Phoebe was hot? Well, you got AIM?
from xeran :
Mind checkers? Me? No, never, that would be wrong. No human contact? That must be rather dull. At least my witty replies can keep you laughing. With me, of course.
from xeran :
That or someone changed it quickly rather than admit to being wrong. :D
from xeran :
Yeah, but at the same time, there is no one to clean up when you are just feeling too damn lazy. I think I'm going to need to hire a maid. Yeah, that's the ticket. Get me a maid to clean up after my ass, since I'm dating a "independant" woman. Huh? It says title, check again.
from chicagojo :
I love your Mexican too!
from autumn-kitty :
I <3 living alone. No one else's dishes in the sink, clothes on the floor, or stuff on my bathroom counter.
from xeran :
I'd be the exact same way. That or drunk all the time. I can't see how she and her sister can handle living together. Maybe my opinion is skewed from years of living alone most of the time. That's got to be it.
from xeran :
Yeah, Vegas was pretty cool. No, she jsut decided to move in for the weekend when I got back from my two week trip. I almost called in Tuesday to recover from the previous two days' workout. I think I'd go away more often if I thought I could survive the return. Be a fun way to go, though. So you and Joe are shacking up? That'd drive me nuts. Having her spend the weekends here is making me a tad crazy. I'd hate to see all week together.
from xeran :
No, I was sick in LA. The rest of the trip was pretty good, and I came back with a few more dollars than I left with, thanks to a detour to Vegas. But a lot of the stuff was just boring work related. I spent more time driving to the different locations than I did wnjoying them. Gah!
from nycsexpolits :
I've started calling my period my "season". It's autumn time in winter. I was going to make a bloody valentine joke but that would be crass.
from nycsexpolits :
I've started calling my period my "season". It's autumn time in winter. I was going to make a bloody valentine joke but that would be crass.
from iluvjessee :
Happy Valentine's Day!!!!! :) To you and Joe!
from samscratchy :
hey girl. i need (want) you to send me your number, my phone crashed and i ain't got it no more. oh, and an email would be nice . . . .
from xeran :
Yeah, I realize the old addage that the putiest girls in the world hail from Texas. Just thought there'd be a few here.
from chicagojo :
Since Joe moved in?! Huh???? What???? Do you need to post an entry titled, "103 Things We Didn't Get Because We Forgot to Fill Out a Wedding Registry"???? Kidding, kidding. Congrats on the 100 though. I enjoy looking at entries from a year ago on the day, seeing what I was doing and thinking then. It's always fun.
from chuffnutt :
No need to worry about a bitch-slap from me. You can vent all your feelings until you're cleansed, let it all out: it's your diary, eh? I love the way you express your sense of humour in your entries: that's what attracted me to it in the first place, but if you even need to unleash the angry beast within, go ahead and release its collar from the chain and watch her go! Feels cleansing! Mmmm...cleanliness!
from iluvjessee :
Heya! I got a new layout if ya wanna see it!
from ozwald :
Guh! Evil! Rub it in about the snow. Tee Hee - well HI right back at you. When you gonna visit miss ChicagoJo so we can all go party? oz
from bethany9 :
thanks for stopping by! how funny... i used your exact layout (imageless) for my friend (naked4puddin) because he wanted his blog to remain free. his is blue tho. i'll be back!
from cutie1083 :
Thanks for the note...I do feel a lot better. The physical pain isn't so bad...it would be worse if my emotions were still messed up, but thankfully, I'm okay:)
from xeran :
That's cool. I've done the DAP thing a few times, and had to get me a lawyer each time. The cheapest was in Tarrant County, while at TCU. I had to pay $45 for the lawyer, and $100 for a bond. That was it. The ticket would have been $215. I think someone screwed up, but didn't tell them that.
from xeran :
Como? Por que, senorita?
from xeran :
Some lawyers will do it for as little as $45. You would wind up spending close to the $210, if not more, but it will stay on your record for SEVEN years.
from xeran :
Deferred Adjudicated Probation. You have to hire a lawyer, and pay a nonrefundable bond, but after a perion ranging from 90-180 days without tickets the offense is wiped from your record. Some places wven allow for you to be absent at the hearing! Unfortunately Houston is not one of them.
from xeran :
Sorry about the horrid rejection letters. Maybe you SHOULD have included the information about the kneepads under "Special Skills". Would've piqued my interest... :D
from mzletty :
Good Luck...hope you get the job!
from iluvjessee :
Aw sorry. That job maybe wasn't meant to be, and there's something bigger and better out there for you! :)
from pushpull :
oh hey...almost forgot....good luck on your interviews....
from pushpull :
HA! don't tempt me to give him the damn turtle. i feel so sorry for it though - it won't eat anything, and it just sleeps all the time. i worry, but then i think it's the time when it might usually hibernate, so...
from mzletty :
I totally know how you feel about the whole job interview thing!
from xeran :
I nearly fell out of my nice, comfy office chair when I read that. She changed diaries, but I went digging for that entry. Thought you'd appreciate it.
from xeran :
Hey, if all else fails, you can try this idea from frazzled imp. http://frazzled-imp.diaryland.com/031003_56.html
from xeran :
Hey doll, just wanted to say not to feel bad. I get the same way in front of gorgeous women, like yourself.
from la-the-sage :
Thanks for the birthday wishes! Made my day! ~LA
from thisisjohn :
thank you for the note. :)
from iluvjessee :
Hey! Aww haha, looks like you and Joe have fun together. TTYL! God bless!
from xeran :
I have heard no such grumblings. As for the weather, it was great last week, but this week it is warming up. UGH! I just got out all my spiffy long sleeved shirts, too!
from xeran :
I have the same problems on my home PC. Which is why I have started writing my pithy comments in Word or Wordpad, and then copying and pasting. That way if dland eats them, I don't have to try to re-create them.
from nycsexpolits :
kitty, I'v been reading your diary and I think we might be twins seperated at birth. I'm in my 20's and kids think I'm a 12. Gap kids makes clothes that fit me. I have a string bikini, but I can't walk in more than and inch and a half. Do you have HBO?
from missblackie :
Thanks for signing my gbook, and I hope your holidays were much better than mine! Good luck with the job search.
from cutie1083 :
Britney married a "childhood friend" from Lousiana. She must've been drunk. Obviously. I wept bitterly until I read that she's getting it annuled...lol
from adreamofsky :
yeah, because those 185 points might get me a cup of coffee at Denny's, if I also have $1.25 ;-)
from nycsexpolits :
the fourth season had me in tears too. converting to snag a man, carrie discount shopping and those painfull conversations with big. and the shoes, maribu slippers? oh puh-lease
from iluvjessee :
WOO! Thanks for the Birthday note!
from xeran :
Well, my first drink was Crown, so I got off to good start. A friend owed me some money, and rather than paying up, he bought me a fifth of Crown. I later found out that he paid for it with a bad check. Glad I chose NOT to take one from him.
from mzletty :
Hi! just letting you know I'll be stopping by here and reading you! Cuidate..love Letty
from iluvjessee :
Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
from chicagojo :
Happy new year, my sweet little pussy! Hopefully we both get a little sumptin-sumptin tonight!
from ozwald :
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!!
from adreamofsky :
Hey, exactly 50% of my wish list was composed of software...which isn't electronics, in a strict sense. Hope you had a merry Christmas...enjoy those trays. *snicker* :)
from cutie1083 :
Happy Holidays!
from iluvjessee :
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ~ *CHRISTINA GOD BLESS YOU!

from cutie1083 :
Thanks for saying that you're proud of me...FINALLY, someone thinks I'm doing the right thing.
from chicagojo :
Looks like we both had similar ideas today. Bless your pinky and my pink bear...
from what-a-peach :
Just incase my entry in your guestbook didn't show up, let me just say thank you again for the Happy Birthday wish. I had a great day! :)
from xeran :
Yeah, being unemployed isn't terrible, but I like having a roof over my head, food to eat and gas for my car, so I'll keep my crappy ass job. And muh diary is mediocre, not crappy! :D
from pushpull :
yeah, that's the same complaint I had about the Glitter Gultch. too many people just wandering around, not enough rump shaking.
from pushpull :
hee hee stripper girl! i went to the Glitter Gultch [sp?] in Vegas once with Mark and was heartily disappointed. it couldn't have been because we went at like 2 in the afternoon, could it? welcome back!
from treewillow :
Thank you for the Birthday wishes :).
from pushpull :
that sucks...sorry to hear that.
from cutie1083 :
I don't think I could ever be one of "those" girls...lol. Me, tied down to something (or someone)? Never!
from pushpull :
[i tried to email you, and it bounced back] hey there... some of this might sound dumb, but after you've seen what i've seen... first, make sure that all information on your res is up-to-date, everything is spelled correctly, and that it's printed on some kind of nice paper. it really does help to have your resume on nice, heavier than regular lightly colored paper. it makes a nice first impression. don't use any crazy font and make sure it's easy to quickly scan your resume. try to fit everything on one page, and remember you don't have to put every single duty you ever had from each job. instead of putting your job duties, try to put your major accomplishments for each job. if you've had more education than experience, list your educational background and highlights first. if you've had more experience than education, put your experience first. some people include where they went to grade school on their resume, and that doesn't help anyone. straight A's in third grade mean nothing. hobbies and references have no place on a resume. you can always include references on an additional sheet, but i would recommend waiting until you're asked for them. you could put "references available upon request" at the bottom of your resume if you want. make sure to include a cover letter, letting the hiring manager know exactly why you'd be perfect for whatever job you're going for. tell them you're outgoing, a quick learner, etc. in the cover letter, instead of on your resume. after sending the resume, wait a couple of weeks [no more than 2, usually about a week and a half] and give the hiring manager a call if possible. if he/she calls you, send a thank you note even if they didn't do anything. it will help them to remember you later. i can't think of anything else, except have two other people read your resume for content/spelling, and then you read it yourself, once more, before sending it. MAKE SURE to spell the name of the company & hiring manager correctly on your cover letter. i cannot stress this enough. good luck, and if you have any questions, email me!! pushpull
from elliorange :
♥ Thank you for the birthday wishes!
from pushpull :
hey there, sounds like you're enjoying Thanksgiving [and then some]. i've been all over, but i'm back now!
from alonenafraid :
http://www.petitiononline.com/butler/petition.html Can you please read this petition and sign it to try and help make the last few months of this woman's life, a little less painful. Also if you don't mind, can you put a link to the petition in your next journal entry, if you sign it that is. Thanks bunches. ~Danielle
from pastagirl :
Thanks for your birthday wishes :)
from iluvjessee :
Thanks for the guestbook message. Glad your Thanksgiving was good. Mine was too! :) I understand about car sick. I get naseaus sometimes too.
from iluvjessee :
Hey, how was your Thanksgiving? Good I hope. YAY! No bad hangover, LOL. God bless!
from adreamofsky :
Hey you, Happy Thanksgiving. I like your new template, very cute. Also, loved the "Angry & Hurt" entry, since that about sums up how i'm feeling right now too. Girls may be bitches, but trust me, boys are no less difficult.
from cutie1083 :
Happy thanksgiving!
from iluvjessee :
HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU!
from chicagojo :
Yeah -- I love how openly flirty you and Joe are. It's *so* both of you. I also love how you don't mind when I stick a dildo up his ass, moan out "kiiiiitttttyyyyyyyy," and spank him like the bad, bad boy he is. xxoo, Muffin Lips
from pushpull :
oof. i make so many lists it's amazing. currently, i have a list for the tasks to complete at work here today, all the things i've got to do before the holiday weekend, xmas presents to buy, homework to complete, groceries to buy, etc. i'm a list-maker.
from chalupagrrl :
I don't know whats going that is preventing you from seeing the text. That is very strange. I asked a few people who read my journal regularly and no one else is having this problem. Maybe inquiring in the help section? Elsewise, if you want to send me your e-mail address (I tried to e-mail you all this through the link on your page, but the mail wouldnt go through) I can cut and paste some of the entries to you via e-mail. I loved the pictures of Halloween and seeing you with the wrong guys brother , again made me crack up laughing!
from cutie1083 :
Maybe you're right, but I still don't know why she said all of that stuff about how stupid I am...it's almost as if I've never done anything good with my life; as if she can't look past the fact that I tried to commit suicide. She makes me feel like that's all that I am; an idiot and a coward. And if I don't talk to her about it she gets pissed b/c she doesn't want me talking about it with anyone else...I don't know what to do at this point.
from chalupagrrl :
Hiya's , I hope you don't mind that I added you as a favorite. I don't know why my entries weren't coming up, seems to be working for me on this end though. I like the new layout, love the color choices. I still laugh every time I think about what happened to you on halloween with the mistaken identity guy. Too funny...
from adreamofsky :
Everyone's entitled to a blah day. :)
from iluvjessee :
WHEN WAS YOUR BIRTHDAY? WELL, HAPPY BIRTHDAY IF ITS IN ORDER! HAPPY HALLOWEEN AS WELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU!
from treewillow :
Happy Birthday, I hope you have a wonderful day.
from iluvjessee :
Hiya! Well, this wont be as long as the other probably but here ya go. I suggest a baby or little girl, a kitty, santa, an elf, or a princess for Halloween. Also, are ya sick? I saw you mentioned Robotusin so I was wonderin'. AWWWWw I like the kitty picture! She is so adorable! Looks a lot like the one my parents and I have! Is her name Precious? Ours is Meesha. :) I named her. Anyway, I was gonna be an elf but I dont want to spend about $10.00 on ears and I was gonna get a pair off ebay but I dont have time for them to recieve my money order and me to then recieve my ears before Halloween, so oh well! I do however, have a pretty tiara Jessee bought me from Hot Topic. :) God bless!
from iluvjessee :
WAAAAAAA! I left ya a wordy note in your guestbook and its not there! If it doesnt show up um, ok, I'll just leave it again..here goes:
from xeran :
I don't believe we've had the pleasure of meting, but CJ might have talked about me. We grew up in the same small town, and went to Lamar together. I think you are an amazing woman, and would most deff remember meeting you. ;)
