Thanks for adding me to your list. I like getting to know new people here!
from forty-plus :
Happy New Year!
from forty-plus :
Thank you for adding me to your reading list. I am looking forward to getting to know you.
from hbaybee :
Hey there =D Interested in a diary review? Don't be silly, OF COURSE YOU ARE! Come to Hitlar Baybee for the best review in town and all the cream cheese you can eat. xo
from peanut303 :
hi........nice name
from h2ophobic :
We got a new CD by the band "Saving Jane." One of the songs on it is about 2 best friends "Autumn and Me." Everytime I hear that song, I think of you.
from h2ophobic :
Merry, merry, merry Christmas! Thanks for all the moments of laughter you've brought into my life this year!
from apple-cutter :
nice layout
from la-the-sage :
Remember to stay off the roof and you'll be fine! ~LA :-)
from somnambulist :
What? That Impala isn't nearly as much of a hulking metal monstrosity as my old 83 Chevy Caprice, or, ummm... a 56 Buick Roadmaster... ;)
from goingloopy :
Hi...thanks for adding me to your favorites! I will check out your diary, as soon as work stops completely blowing goat ass. :)
from sandysands :
Thank you for the sweet words! Love you! ~Sands
from awittykitty :
I would have told her the lime sherbert was buy one, get three free and if she didn't believe that I would have snatched the orange and run. She never would have been able to catch you...she's OLD!!!!!!!! (evil laugh)
from somnambulist :
I have no idea if you're back, but I wanted to share (and intimidate you with) some candlepin news... tonight's league results: 110, 103, 101, 123, 109 (546). A "pro" average is about 119+... why, I'm almost getting good at this...! :-)
from cassiopeia- :
Happy Thanksgiving-kisses, cassie
from nicalycab :
hey!! i had to make my livejournal "friends only" because of some issues of was having with other lj-ers... lj = drama - but i have a paid account so i'm going to use it 'til it's all done being a paid account and probably come back here... to read it you'd have to make an lj account (which is free to do) and then just let me know and i'll add you to my friends list...
from somnambulist :
You can reply anywhere you want - guestbook, guestmap, notes, email. I like being stalked by older women? ;-) Ha! Kudos to you for actually doing the Uxbridge thing, unless you were kidding. Are you going for the bonus points? Heh. I would, but I'm weird. Speaking of the silly missions, Princessdy (supposedly) actually did her mission last time -- to stand outside Wal Mart and offer strangers pickles from a pickle jar and try to convince them to eat them (they were not tainted in any way). Then she made a bunch of graphs titled "Pickle Results" - quite clever.
from h2ophobic :
I just noticed that you've added me to your buddy list - thanks! One question though...why am I a cactus flower. Does that mean I'm prickly but pretty?
from ssteedman :
Can't get your commenting to work for some reason: in any case, I know South Africa is watching the Elections carefully. I can also safely say that most of the world is trying to figure out how Bush could be tying with Kerry, after all the nonsense he's caused (Bush, not Kerry.) And you're right. The two party system does blow. Over here, we have a one-party system. And that party (the ANC) has said that they shall remain in power until the 'next coming of Christ.' Grrr.
from demons-r-us :
I'm locking up my diary for a week or two. Your username is "friend" and your password is "1257804".
from somnambulist :
I'm just not comfortable, especially in THAT venue. I feel out-of-place enough there as it is when I do go with someone. Hopefully the rain in NH will break: I had driven up to go climb a mountain instead (no, I'm not jumping off it... today, anyway. Plus, it's not a very big mountain.). I'm waiting at my parents' and checking the weather now... but I just don't feel comfortable out by myself. It only reminds me of everything I hate about the way life has gone and makes me feel worse, and thus I can't enjoy what I'm doing... I don't deny it to myself; that feeling is involuntary, an integral part of me that's never going to change.
from h2ophobic :
I'm still laughing! What a great joke!
from chelonia :
What I'd like to know is how to hurry it along. Can't exactly say "GET...OUT" like the Amityville Horror. (Or can I? Heh.)
from chelonia :
Yeah, it sucks. But sometimes, life is like that. Only place to look is the future.
from somnambulist :
Not too often, usually I only play nine holes, so swapping a 54 or 63 for my bowling scores would be counterproductive. Yesterday's 18 might have worked (113) although I would have run out of bowling balls three times over, proportional to the number of golf balls I lost. The 96 for 18 holes, however, was me golfing my bowling average -- now, that's weird.
from anyabeth :
Autumn, I am so sorry. I am thinking of you and PJ.
from somnambulist :
He considers it if he was already planning on golf at 2:30 on Friday and Game 3 is at 4 PM. The spot's still open, too -- my QIB's haven't replied since I sent my photo (although it was 10-11 PM by then).
from chakra-chick :
Hi there. Ramdomly found your journal...it's excellent. Hope your P.J recovers soon. Take Care.
from brodyblue :
ummm. HAPPY BIRHTDAY!!!
from ssteedman :
Happy Birthday! But you'll find more greetings on your page. Lots.
from somnambulist :
Re: note deletion. Done and done-er. Oh, and one more thing on it -- I'm not looking for pity with my whiny entries... just solutions that actually work...
from somnambulist :
A bit. There is a source for the feeling -- for 4 years, I was stuck with a truly ugly girl (my own SISTER said she thought this girl was hideous.) Early on, I didn't notice much but as it dragged on and things got worse and I heard people's comments about her... it wore me down. And when you're not feeling attracted to someone it is MUCH harder to recover during rough times... after all, everything's chemical, but if you can't get it going... well, there's that. There is also a simple point of pride, of being passed over for cute jerks repeatedly, and that I refuse to be the one who backs down over it. I'm not talking about getting some supermodel, just someone who feels like that TO ME. By any conventional standard, Kim is a perfect 10. h is cute, made better by who she is. It's not JUST looks; I just won't date anyone to whom I am not attracted, because I've been subject to it over and over... and because I've done it and I know it didn't work. Also, you double posted in my notes. :)
from la-the-sage :
Hi! Thanks for listing me! ~LA
from liar-by-rote :
thanks autumn!
from somnambulist :
Thanks :) Though, they can go up to 30. I even considered 32, once...
from somnambulist :
"Ashton?" Don't insult me! I hate that guy! ;) I can't speak to the older version of me... they are probably more bitter and jaded than I've become lately; maybe they all joined a militia in Montana, or something..... My trouble is the women who would be decent for me are all about 33, and think I'm too young (and for something permanent, perhaps they're right, the timing IS kind of off -- NewLiz was 30, though). or close to 21, but think I'm too old (and also, they're still flaky and don't know what they're doing). And never in between (except with 2 kids and a divorce).... in conclusion, thank you for the multiple compliments (though, I'm not sure where you got "sweet and sensitive" from all the ranting recently, heh!) ... actually, I do know one guy who's 37 or 38 and single, up in northern Mass. He might fit the bill although we're fairly different (and if you get Comcast's local channel, you might've seen him on TV!). [Plus, I don't know how dramatic you're being in that original entry about being the oldest person on here -- I can cite one who is 34]
from somnambulist :
Sorry... younger sister. Old uncles. How come? And, yay, at 27 I'm still young! (now tell it to the 23 year olds on Loserdate...)
from somnambulist :
I finally took your quiz. Twice as nice: a whopping 40. ;)
from sanetwin :
I am like that around my time of the month as well. I constantly eat chips and candy bars. Ugh I single handedly support the vending machine companies in this area.
from moodymama :
free money is the best kind of money. :o)
from simplyspunk :
You have the greatest surveys in the history of the ENTIRE WORLD. Thank you thank you thank you! You rock
from ssteedman :
Thanks for the compliments on my journal revamp and redesign! I note that liar-by-rote is a reader of yours: she has a great diary too. By the way, does anyone know what happened to spanklin, he had such a great journal and he seems to have vanished!
from liar-by-rote :
autumn, i just had to tell you your entry was funny. you made me laugh and thank u.
from moodymama :
Coco? You've gotta be kidding me. I know a lot of dogs with that name.
from somnambulist :
Neither... candlepin!
from myexodus :
I can hardly wait til you post the pictures! Your retelling your visit so lovely. Thank You. ~Barbara
from autie :
Hey-low. Was poking around Diaryland and saw your user name. Know it's gay, but my name's Autumn Leah, and thought it was nifty so see some one else with the same name. Have fun in Hawaii!
from awittykitty :
Gee your upcoming Communion sounds fun, I mean with the drunk topless women and the Mr. Cheese bouncy thing. I can only remember mine as being unbearably hot and my stomach was getting dug raw by the multiple stiff crinolin slips I was forced to wear for the occasion. I thought it was part of being Catholic. You know...suffering.
from starlight42 :
Yes, you should write about Days today! Or tomorrow...I'm sure to get a kick out of it. :)
from moodymama :
LMAO. maybe she should've worn a pink jumpsuit. :o)~
from cosmicrayola :
I scored terribly on your quiz!! I only got your state right. Ugh. Senility is on the horizon.
from moodymama :
LMAO. See what I mean? The joys of getting older...the memory is the first to go.
from moodymama :
i read some part of your diary last night that said you were born in '81. to me, that makes you a girl! i recently reached that annoying phase where people started calling me ma'am. makes me feel like i should be sporting a cane or something. :o)
from neurotic-one :
::clap clap:: Just the other day I was in looking at the 'flowers' and was wondering at me. I didn't know if it was up to us or not to come up with it or not. I am so delighted by my flower! Just yesterday I was thinking what a shame that daffodils don't last the whole spring and summer season. Thank you and hope you have a wonderful time
from moodymama :
for your mom's mu'umu'u, buy it at hilo hatties if want a really good quality one. aloha shirts too. very expensive though. otherwise you can get it at the aloha stadium swap meet. :o) choc covered macadamia nuts are also cheaper at walmart and kmart (usually) hope you have lots of fun!
from awittykitty :
maybe that's why there's no girl leprechauns...the wee fellows "get busy" on their own... :-)
from tigerpat :
What exactly happened to you? How old are you? I am 31. One of the "older" ones here at Diary land. Seems like most here are early 20's and teens. Not that it matters. I like having friends of all ages. Hope you feel better soon.
from tigerpat :
congrats on your new dog!
from jennlynn24 :
good stuff girl... you sound like you enjoy life.... i have coworkers exactly like yours.... ridiculous! :) have a great day..almost friday... thank god! :)
from pandionna :
Beautiful entry. And it's a reminder that the events that make the nation cringe and say, "Geez, that sucks" devastate the immediate communities where they happen. Thanks for the reality check, sad as it is. Hugs!
from cosmicrayola :
I remember that day all too well. I saw it on the Today Show too. I immediately called my daughter. Though she lives in CT, she isn't far from Providence/Warwick. She does the club scene. Thank God, of course she was home safe and sound. I know two people personally that were affected by the fire. Both lost sons. It will always be part of the history of RI. Very sad.
from cassiopeia- :
Happy Valentine's Day! kisses, cassie
from neurotic-one :
I immediately see my name being crossed off your buddy list...Boggle; my daughter and I are addicted to that game. We use to have wrap it in a towel so it wouldn't make that much noise.
from neurotic-one :
I think I'll be reading your whole diary today...a shame I didn't come in earlier. In regards to license plate...I'd of gone with first and middle. My initals were bbm...my Mother use to call me a "Big Bowel Movement"...nice, eh?
from neurotic-one :
OMG...so I have a 50's kitchen! I have teal green or is it aqua green? I can't tell, but any how I do know chome when I see it and I got it!
from neurotic-one :
...."Cool, calm, confident"...only later, to go home and discover " a very noticeable brown piece of something stuck between my front teeth." LOL, you poor thing!
from neurotic-one :
risk factor according to Neurotic -->10.5
from neurotic-one :
My mouth literally dropped, when I reading your Friday 5 and read that you dashed across 195 and back. OyVay, how you must have given your Mother heart attacks! =] or best expressed =O
from pandionna :
Oh yes. Olivia is right.
from cosmicrayola :
Kangaroo scrotum, Too funny!!
from pandionna :
My sister swears by OPI. Alas, I'm the only woman in my family who doesn't do her nails. No real time for it, I'm afraid Inigo will try to get it off and ingest it, and as I favor red (I mean RED), it comes off on hard copy and can confuse people who don't know it's not an editing mark. Yes, it has happened. Envy, envy, envy...
from pandionna :
I lived in Hawaii for a year, and am probably going to go back this summer for a couple of weeks. It's beautiful. Sounds like your friend is all hooked up, too. Lucky!
from cosmicrayola :
ROFL at your joke about Carol's. Can't wait to tell my sister, Carol when I call her tomorrow. Thank you for the mention. YOu have yourself a very merry Christmas and happy New year!
from neurotic-one :
Thank you so much for adding me to your buddy list. I've had my diary going for over 2 years and it still amazes me to see someone add it to their list. Happy Holidays.
from cosmicrayola :
Wonderful! Have a great time!
from pandionna :
Yay! Ooh, can't wait to hear how it goes!
from nicalycab :
Hey! Whatever happened to the 2nd base shirt? You filled us in on the pre-2nd-base-shirt convo, but never told what happened AFTER! FILL US IN!
from clauren :
Thanks for answering Christmasmoo survey. Yes you might have been assulted with that t-shirt but it is funny. Also you are the cookie queen with 10 different kinds of cookies. Great...
from awittykitty :
I sit around more regretting stuff then doing stuff. Everyday could be your last. Go for it.
from pandionna :
Sometimes, it's the little things that make an entry great. A Second Base Shirt? I love it!
from nicalycab :
OH, sweetie, sweetie sweetie... why did you change the lines around your textbox-y? me no likey the dotted line... makes it so hard to read, it looks so weird... ::: humph :::
from cosmicrayola :
Well I took the survy and got stuck on 3. Oh, and half of another one. Since I was the first to take it, I coulnd't cheeat! waaa
from pandionna :
Awwwww...spooky puppies!
from cosmicrayola :
Gee, and you couldn't find time to make costumes for the rest of her class? What do you do with all that spare time??
from davidnsac :
hello how are you and im glad that you are preparing for halloween and stuff umm i was reading a little of your diaries and you sound really cool :o)
from nicalycab :
i feel bad for poor roy... and a woman with big hair? i don't know... but, arnold as gov'nor! come on now! only in california... but, then again, there was gov'nor jesse 'the body' ventura... so the terminator isn't that bad, at least he's married to a kennedy!
from nicalycab :
oh gawd! i just read your 'scarification' entry about the moles / removal / scarring... i nearly peed my pants! not to laugh at your horror, but, still... thanks for the laugh today!
from nicalycab :
i enabled my notes... sorry 'bout that...
from pandionna :
Destiny. Oh no. That's all wrong. As is any name that was used on Dynasty.
from pandionna :
I'm sticking with notes these days because guestbooks are having such problems. You asked for suggestions? I say go with your gut. The gut never lies. Underneath all of the back-and-forthing about what your expectations are and how his behavior may or may not match up, the inner voice is speaking its piece.
