Oh honey, I'm just glad you liked it. You're so welcome. I just wanted to make you feel like all was not lost no matter how scary or unfair or awful it was at the moment. Often I see things in pictures, and when I don't know quite what to say to make someone feel better, sometimes I can show them instead, a picture in words or paints. So I drew you hurt but brave and showed you the picture. I'm honored that it helped. Keep on keepin' on!
from leftunspoken :
"She curled in too many triangles, trying to hold in all her pieces while she stared out the window at all the things that swirl endless when one is brave or foolish enough to watch them. And the swirls made her feel careless and at the mercy of all movement. She inhaled hope like honeysuckle quiet and shook fright and what-if water drops from the ends of her silky hair. She turned her back to the window and took a step, the sun chasing her curves and angles, kissing her ankles, begging her back to her pondery place at the glass. But her lungs were full of faith now and she had things to do so she walked on, turning once over her shoulder to wave." Written for Avasays from Marcia. You're in my prayers. Be well!
from raisinet :
hopefully things start looking up for you soon, because, if i may break down and be inane for a moment, it is no good to be down in the dumps. maybe you need a hug.
from clarity25 :
Hi, Just wanted to say that I just discovered your diary a week ago, and added you as a fav. your writing is really honest and insightful, just thought I'd tell you that. I enjoy reading.
from leftunspoken :
Well done, ninja girl. Very Kill Bill Uma Bad Ass of you! Drunk girls with ridiculous stripper names mauling one's husband should never be tolerated no matter how normally well mannered one is. Nor should people who bring them to your home. He deserved a sound thunk to the back of the head too. Though perhaps having his truck smell like vomit was punishment enough. love, M
from elysium1982 :
you are very funny. great diary.
from alicefalls :
Hi, I really like your diary. I added you to my favorite diaries hope you dont mind. I really like the fuzzy photos of your house, they look really old and warm. Like a dream.
from leftunspoken :
Aww. Bless it's heart. May I make you some tea or rub your back?
from pnkpnthr :
Just clicked on a banner, nice diary.
from justamephit :
Wow, your last entry is fantastic ... which is a dreadful thing to say considering the subject matter, now I think about it. Sorry about that. All the same, putting my lack of tactful comments to one side, I love your diary.
from raisinet :
been perusing your diary and giggling like a fiend. and oh my god the baby in that one entry looks as big as me...but look at the hand next to it! that looks like a hand that could strangle elephants with one mighty flick of the wrist!!!
from technibeetle :
hey, i hope you're doing okay :)
from leftunspoken :
beautiful dear. and very, very brave.
from technibeetle :
ouch! that is some letter! but i admire the way you were able to channel your thoughts.. especially the end... "I hear that you too are getting married, and grieve for her. May she be stronger than me, may she learn quickly to hide what is most important so that you do not take that away. May she change her mind, give you back that ring, and wash her hands while it still comes off." wow.
from leftunspoken :
A note. Because I found you through a random ad click then remembered I don't believe anything random. So a note. To say that I think your thoughts are lovely and your words quite a magical expression of your thoughts. That my dear is a true gift. Bless you and be well.
from technibeetle :
aww! just remember you don't have to be THAT girl forever :) and shame on those girls for laughing :(
from clevertwist :
Hey, I never told you how cool I think it is that you used a quote from Say Anything as your description in your profile. Have a stupendous day.
from grabmeastar :
i happened to click on your name rather than the name i had wanted to click on, but i am soo glad that i clicked on yours. i really enjoyed reading your diary. i intend on coming back to read more, and congrats on your marriage! :)
from clevertwist :
Congrats on your marriage. I love Joni Mitchell the poet too. Have a nice day. :)
from superkork :
Kind of stumbled upon your diary. It's interesting. I love reading about other's lives for I am absolutely positive that it's way more exciting than my own. Oh, and btw- I have to type my entries in Word too. Computers just suck. :)
from flyinby :
nice writing style. i'll be back.
from desd3m0na :

from spacejungle :
very clever writing--i just started a diary and will put you on my favorites.
from singingcynic :
linds - i just wanted to let you know that your f.p. piece on destruction was PHENOMENAL. maybe the best thing that's been written there so far. thanks.
from drewd :
Oops! I guess I got all flustered over the "in love" thing - because I double-entered (the first time with a typo). Flustered boy plus slow internet connection equals messed up notes page for Avasays.
from drewd :
Thanks for your note! I don't think a girl has ever told me she's in love with me before! I'm blushing like you wouldn't believe.

I would like to personally invite you to join Pieces of You. A new site that has just opened today. We have weekly topics for your diary, and monthly contests for the winning entry. It's sure to keep your readers entertained and you'll make some new friends along the way. Look over our rules and sign up, we would love to have you join us!... I did see an entry where you stated you don't like lame topics such as " the best thing you've ever tasted ".....You will not find that here. http://pieces-ofyou.diaryland.com Hope to see you there!
from singingcynic :
hey... thanks for the chuck interview! there's some great stuff in there! the presentation's on the 29th. not a huge amount of time. heh.

i've been rereading all the books to help me w/ the presentation. you can probably tell, as my last femmeproject piece was a blatant rip-off of chucky p's style. teehee.

from trancelation :
hey, (i almost used your real name, haha), um just to comment on todays entry, "remember this..." Well dammit I cried a little. Wasn't even my tear glands rocking out. And I hate it when I accidentally cry. So that means that you are really good and what you do. And that means that you shouldn't ever stop. If you can even move someone as incoherent as me, you've got skills.
from diary-rants :
hey, thanks for suggesting your rant!!! i posted it, check it out at: http://diary-rants.diaryland.com/020330_76.html and link us back : )

Hi from a fellow femmeproject-er. Just read your entry about seeing Gosford Park in Ballard - I did the same exact thing on Monday. What do you know. I also know of a JP, wonder if it's the same guy? I like your writing, I'll be back.

I've abandoned my Diaryland account my account at LiveJournal (adventure1.livejournal.com) but I logged in here to leave a message especially for you. I just want you to know that I love your writing style. It's beautiful with an even flow. It captivates. You sound like a great person too, which always helps make writing easier. I've been reading your entries for a few weeks now and I finally just wanted to let you know how much I dig them. I've linked you on my "user info" page at LJ, because I think you're just fabulous. Keep writing. :)
from lizzymay :
A perfect place for drama. Fun layout that just makes me want to experience the adventure. Don't edit so much now.
from trancelation :
two thumbs up. Nice layout. It rocks. and yes on Enron and I sware, I think that I have some russian in me and I too am entitled to a gold medal.
from singingcynic :
you're allowed to be angry. just because you've found someone who treats you well doesn't mean that the slights from someone else were any less injust, obnoxious, or demeaning. be pissed. throw things. yell.

then think about how much better things are now.

that's what i do. :-)

from singingcynic :
viva les green eyed boys. *grin*
from singingcynic :
your last entry - "it's life..." is utterly beautiful. thank you.
from trancelation :
great writing always but todays was excellent. I was both saddend by the words and enlightened in how you chose to use them. rock out
from trancelation :
I really wish the right person would pop out of the woodwork and hook you up with a job writing. As much as I love reading what you write here, I want more Dammit. Would it help if I packed up a couple of dad's rifles and drove to a publishing house? I'm sure your resume is beautiful but think of the bargaining of a missle launcher. Christ I should be an agent. Enough about me. Keep writing forever K? Those who are fortunate enough to read it truly appreciate it. Oh yeah, Piss Off.
from trancelation :
Today's entry was out of control. Read, read, and reread the part about the doc putting Church on the Rx. Oh my god I would have completly gone off. I sware up down and sideways I would have broke down with a stand up routine right in the waiting room so the upcoming patients could see exactly what this doc was telling you. I feel like I have to tell this story to everybody I know. I won't use your real name.
from resonate :
As much as I hate to perpeptuate the myth that I actually know what I am doing with html, I can solve your problem with the quote running into your links. Add <br><br> at the end of the quote. That should fix it.
from singingcynic :
guilt. god, guilt. my mother pulls the same routine - but i've learned that it doesn't matter. really, truly - we are our own harshest judges. we should be. if you feel that your decisions were correct, then feel no guilt. if you feel that you've hurt someone, make up for it. only you can really decide if your actions are right or wrong. feeling guilt won't do anything. acting, and fixing things that you genuinely beleive are wrong - well, that's the real solution. only your actions matter. (yes, i sound very yoda here: "do or do not: there is no try." what i mean to say is, "there is no meant to.")

live your life ava... keep writing.

from coffeeboy :
have i read them? i felt the strangest sense of emptiness when i finished invisible monsters, his other three books sitting on the shelf, having been read long ago, realising that it will most likely be a while before anything else of his sees your local bookstore.
