Visit http://www.kabalarians.com/index.htm and click on the free name analysis. That will give you the first part. With the others...the letter analysis, I got it from some site, which I don't remember. I just wrote down mine. If I find it again though, I'll give it to you. And the last part came from those little cards you can find everywhere. At least here you can. Like in A Buck Or Two, those places. We seem to have alot in common. Love yourself. Seriously, start telling yourself "I am the sexiest woman alive" and pretty soon self esteem will play it's part in motivating you to keep your heart healthy. And when losing weight, it's easier and more gratifying when you do it for yourself, and not others.
