I think the children can often be distractions to other problems in relationships and the two of them will grow up as people maybe, but I promise they won't grow closer. Children just bring more feelings of blame and alienation to a relationship, and unless it's a mature relationship its not a good thing. I am hoping they take care of the child, but I would expect the two of them to resent either other more, but with the Kid...it's like a 24 hour TV that you can be distracted by.

Sometimes you just have to hope that the child will mature the couple, since you can't control anything that they do. I have seen couples grow up fast with kids. I can hope your "friends" do the same.

Oh yes. I write alot, and I would say that 30-40% is crap. But I try and keep it pretty high quality. I think its cool that you have been doing this so long. It is very cold up here. burrrr... We will see on the God things where they go. You see it's a story, and I haven't revealed what I think yet.
