It's more than okay. Always. And each of us are always enough. More than enough. It is my theory that each creature is doing the best they can with what they have at this moment in eternity. (Even if it doesn't always seem that way!)

Here it is, for Q1:
I burn for you on fire in sweetest agony and begging for mercy to be utterly consumed enraptured filled and the sum of my being rearranged flayed from my bones and molded under your hands against your flesh against mine around you around me to the peaks of triumphant
cumulous clouds exploding in waves of fire ice and sweat breaking beading washing in luminous tides to drown us in oceans of violet desire and wafting us on swelling fragrant updrafts to soar as eagles on the dawn and through silvery pools of the Milky Way to sip the nectar of the Big Dipper and inscribe our confident arc across the universe as we are launched from the bow of Orion to plummet into rippling seas of golden barley and warm wildflowers; I burn for you.
(Was that good enough?) :-)

I would be happy to write something for the Q1 diary. You have no reason to feel as though you are less of a writer, by the way. You have your voice and you do what you do better than anyone else could ever do it or be it because it comes from you; from the unique and brilliant gem of your heart. Cheers, -Frank

The latest poem is... haunting. I have missed and been missed in that way. There is a bittersweet, wistful quality to that feeling... I hope your sweetheart makes his way home to you soon. Cheers...

Yes, I am okay, although my little life seems to have undergone a very radical and abrupt change. Fortunately, I am not in a wheelchair, and things could certainly have been much much worse. In an odd way, I am grateful. Hell, maybe I'm burning off some strange karmic debt... :-) Thanks for your concern. Mostly, I am simply uncomfortable with this collar and the twinges of pain. None the worse for wear, and I have survived much worse things in my life. :-) Cheers!

my bad grammar... phew... Haunting! I read it the first time and thought, "Nice poem!" And then I had to come back and read it again. "rubbed my memories raw on cold soap -- crying against boiled water -- clothed my pain in cotton and lace..." Each word grouping comes flashing out like a slap. Which is to say, it's brilliant. Good job!
