Where is clarity25? Recent vacation blog - http://twoshotsoftequila.blogspot.com/ "Eric's" Photobucket account - http://s795.photobucket.com/home/sketchbookshark/index
from mathero :
I'm writing again. I hope you'll check me out at my new address.. http://mhmlo.diaryland.com
from hedgehoggy :
Ah am reading "The Alchemist" at this time since I finished "Franny And Zooey" yesterday. This new book is pretty good as it's kind of like a long fable. Things are kind of fucked up for me right now, though.
from mathero :
I've locked my diary. Email me at [email protected] if you'd you like the user info.
from hedgehoggy :
Geez, low-weeze! Finally, someone that doesn't tease me about my obsession with Keira Knightley! It seems like everyone wants to lay it on me about something when it comes to her. Glad you like the southern story so I recommend you go down there and spend nights in that trailer but be ready to pee outside. You'll be passed out on the floor in no time after too much karaokeing til you can karaoke no mo'.
from hedgehoggy :
Yeah, heard about Diary-X and all that jazz. Hope you didn't lose anything from this fuck-up. I can't wait to hear from you but take your time. You've got a lot to do now, boyfriend and singing? Wow! Life can be good but not when in the office. Boo office.
from rws0006 :
i'm interested
from hedgehoggy :
Oh, I was just goofing around. It seems like no matter how many times you tell a person your birthdate, they always end up forgetting anyway. Remember Sixteen Candles? No one ever remembers my day due it being right when school starts. Sad but true. What a great movie that was to cheer us up, though! Any news on the blind date? Oh, you can email me. I don't give my email addy to just anyone.
from lumenatrix :
I haven't seen Connie and Carla but I have been told I should. Maybe this weekend while I'm cleaning the house. :-) What did you think of Harry? I thought it was good, but the ending was a bit rushed.
from hedgehoggy :
Well, it's not quite in Denton but very close by. I'm not sure when I will find my little toned ass in Texas but it will happen. Just need my ten-gallon hat and a pea shooter to impress the locals of what a good ol' midwesterner can do. With arms like mine, I'm a regular joe that can cause old ladies to submit to the wonders of scooter lovin' while visitin' Texas. Yee-haw, they'll all shout in ecstacy. Nothin' wrong with being anti-social. People suck anyway. *Waves*
from rws0006 :
what book was I talking about?
from hedgehoggy :
Oh, my little thong wearer with a poo day...I hope you are getting better. It's funny how you and my bunch o' readers surprise me with such impressive comments on touchy subjects. It makes me want to continue on in sharing the weirdness of my mind. Someday, I will be in Texas, too, but near Denton for a wedding. That's me in the saddle. That's me in the spotlight........losing my sanity.
from lumenatrix :
I just finished Harry Potter (you must say it with an English accent, you know. "Arry Pawttah"). I liked it too, good summer reading. I don't know if you've finished yet, so i won't say anything else, according to the rest of the online journal world spoiling this one is punishable by death. :-) I hope your poo day gets better. Mine's been kinda pooish too, so you're not alone.
from hedgehoggy :
Hopefully, I made your "poo day" a little better with my take on things, be it dogs or orgies. I just love surprising people with where my mind goes. Hopefully, that thong is working! *Waves*
from hedgehoggy :
Well, I think you look absolutely adorable in that outfit. Finally, a girl that doesn't think she needs to show her midriff to bring a boy's eyes! I love that since this world is being populated with girls like that. Hope you seal the deal but also soon with a kiss. *waves*
from protoplast :
miss you.
from lumenatrix :
Yeah, sometimes I get really into my stories. At least I know I'm not the only one. I did get a pic to work, (finally!) it actually isn't me, but it is my light of choice. :-) I don't actually have a decent pic of myself that I can get to load yet, but I'm working on it. I put that one up because it looks like something I did not too long ago and it's Beth Gibbons who is a singer I like and has the same first name as me. :-) It's a start until I find something better that will actually show up!
from plopphizz :
Sorry I didn't notify you, my contributions to the new site have been dismal at best anyway. Why is your diary locked up I can't get in. -- P.P.
from jonquill :
Nope, not with the Dallas. I have family there, and I been dere...
from hedgehoggy :
Ah gots your second email, mon cheri. Yes, The Bale is amazing as seen in American Psycho and Batman Begins. Alas, the women with such an agenda of the sexual variety forget that he is a great actor. I've only recently become a fan since it took me a while to find him. Ever seen Laurel Canyon? It opens with one of the most delicious delights a man can give his woman. All ah can say is that it is a yummy treat down there!
from hedgehoggy :
You never told me the password! What's up? Am I still invited or just feeling like I have a hole in my undies and lettin' it all flap in the wind?
from hedgehoggy :
I emailed ya so hit me, baby!
from sosuga :
:( Can I have the password? Email sosuga at gmail DOT com...pretty please? Thanks for the note too <3
from hedgehoggy :
What's with the password!?! Did you get some unfriendly chop-socky from morons?
from theotherchad :
HI, Gayla! I will be happy to send you 5 questions. It may take me a little time, because I have 3 people in line already, and I like to go through the archives before I come up with questions so that they're at least a little personalized (I hate to ask questions that don't apply, like, "So how long have you enjoyed shaving small dogs and turning them loose in Hare Krishna compounds" when I have it completely mixed up and the person actually glues hair onto cats and turns them loose at Phish concerts). But yeah, if you have patience, I will get some questions to you. Take care! :o)
from goldieknox03 :
PS. YOUR a HOTTIE!
from goldieknox03 :
5? thats not that many at all. 7, 8, 10 is a lot. But 4 or 5 is pretty norm. I grew up with 4 brothers, husband had 3 sisters. So 4 or 5 sounds great to me. Besides. I think if you have at least four kids, you get a good range of personalitys and situations. the children can form friendships with thier siblings, and learn responsibilitys ands such. They wont be spoiled like familys of 2, but wont be neglected like familys of 13. Ive always wanted 2 of each. or so. Oh and bj sunday does mean what you think it does. Its been our tradition for quite a few months now. Feel free to emulate. LOL:)
from hedgehoggy :
Love the pictures! It's always nice to see a VERY cute girl share her world complete with various friends, etc. Big ups for doing so.
from serapay :
south dallas, yo
from serapay :
i'm sorry i haven't been commenting on your entries lately, i feel like the biggest tard about it. i just went back and read about 10 entries that i hadn't seen. i'm going to be better about it in the future, because hey. i like your diary so much. and...that's funny, my little sister won an invention convention prize when she was in second or third grade--i could have sworn one of the other contestants had a light-up toilet. hmm...
from mathero :
I have locked my diary so if you'd like the user info just email me @ [email protected]!
from jumblygiant :
Yar. I couldn't get your guestbook to work for some reason! fun girlfriends, road trips, pictures. all things I love! My nickname is Chop/Chopper because when I was little my Uncle thought I looked like Lambchop. Yes the damn sock puppet. Let's not delve into that too deeply, k? Anyhow. I was called Lambchop for years and it got shortened to chopper and now just Chop. Choppergirl is my yahoo id thing and I always have to explain that I don't own a harley or anything. So, after all that rambling, my point is, yes, I do remember Lambchop's Playhouse and the song that never ends. Happy Saturday Gayla!!
from evildilara :
I just got your note today because I am completely insane...I am going to check out your diary today. Thanks for the note! And by the way, I didn't know those were song lyrics. I just made it up. Well, I thought I made it up. To me, I made it up. So much for originality!
from marianakeyes :
hey, thanks for the note you left me the other day! you are such a sweetie!!!
from lumenatrix :
Thanks for the great note! I'm glad I made you laugh. I was laughing as I wrote it. Actually, I feel really badly for my sister, but after my mom told me what happened it took everything I had not to start laughing on the phone. Also, when I was talking to my mom about it later we both started cracking up. The poetic justice of it is just too perfect. Does that make me evil? I was also really worked up about Forrest Gump Syndrome. It never fails to get me going. :-)
from hedgehoggy :
It was probably 2 weeks ago that I added you. I was inspired to edit my fave's list and needed some substance. I'm just all over the place but my diary always comes back to sex. Cheeky? Always and full of life. That is me. Now, get out there chase a bunny rabbit, said the silly boy.
from bohemianlife :
Just wanted to say I love your entries and your quotes...they always make me think. :)
from bohemianlife :
Thank you sweetie! And Yah for flip-flops is right! Wore my sandals as well yesterday and it was heaven!
from plopphizz :
I was giving muppet a hard time. She does it to me too in my comments. I was making the contrast being her toughest and your relaxed personality. Yeah send me the private folder stuff to [email protected]. -- P.P.
from plopphizz :
Hi blue, lost you... very blue I gues you are doing the private folder. anyway, miss you. Luv P.P.
from bohemianlife :
Do worry! I don't hate you for not following basketball, most people don't. And I don't hate you for not loving Constantine either....more for me!!
from pinkecstasy :
My prom is next Saturday, ahh! I am stressing so much. My birthday is April 4th and I will be...16, I know, I know.
from goldieknox03 :
so could i get the password for your private entrys?
from pinkecstasy :
Love, Love, Love your diary. You are so gutsy for moving all the way across the country. You inspire me, and you are BEAUTIFUL.
from betchy :
ok, i am going to try that heart thing. ♥ i wonder if its worked? i tried to leave a comment, but i couldnt. dont know why. i love Champagne Supernova, so you rock the dance floor for likeing that! i wish i could help you with your fund, but i am always skint. but if you e mail me your address i will send you a birthday card. someday you will find me, caught beneath a landslide......
from blueavenue :

from blueavenue :
crap. maybe i was supposed to put the semi-colon, too? let's try. (this is embarrassing. lol.) ok. ♥
from blueavenue :
ok i try now: &hearts like this?
from bohemianlife :
here's how you make the heart & hearts ; except without the spaces in between and it looks like this ♥
from scud :
ha, i didn't even get any sort of e-cards or anything this year. i rock!
from ooberfaerie :
I am here.. just not. Everything's going pretty well so I haven't had a calling to write! Off to Berlin for a few days, will udpate after that (hopefully!) xx P.S LOVE The Killers!
from bohemianlife :
Your whole entry brings me right back to the "he's just not that into you" thing we were talking about awhile back. I don't think there is any limit as far as time goes, for when you can feel something for someone. I've had it happen in one night (not that it lasted) but 10 days is certainly time enough. But you raise a good question, about why people conceal parts of their personalities, or hide the bad things. But in truth I guess it's something we all do at some point. That doesn't excuse doing it, but it happens. Sometimes I feel like I hide too much and sometimes not enough, I never feel like I find a perfect balance. And I get what you're talking about with the missing someone thing. I really have felt the same way in my situation...it's not that I so much felt bad that I was not the #1 priority, it's more that I wanted to talk to him, to see him, I just missed him. Anyway, I hope you feel better and just wanted to let you know I understand where you're coming from! ♥ Kris
from betchy :
thank you so much for your comment x
from stateofcool :
I am updated...START ADDING THINGS TO ME! I am extremely cool and clever, but nobody writes to me and nobody reads me.
from lumenatrix :
You can call me anything you like, as long as you call me.;) Yeah, that's the reason I don't have a dog either. I live in San Francisco and even if my landlord allowed it, it really just wouldn't be right to have a dog in my apartment. Especially because my schedule really wouldn't allow me to be home enough to make up for the lack of space. I continue to dream, though. :)
from muppet23 :
Alright, so I got the commenting thing up. WOO HOO for me! So how do I change the word 'comments' and 'trackback' on my diary (i.e. you have 'hit me, baby'). Thanks!!
from s0crates :
My comment is that I don't know how to leave a comment so I'm leaving a note. Directions on leaving a comment in the next entry would be much appreciated. :-) Obvioulsy there are much smarter individuals then myself that have already figured out how to do this, but alas, I have NO idea. :-(
from dcdemocrat :
I had a clever note that I wanted to leave you as I was reading this, but I can't think of it now. I wonder what the feeling is about - home maybe? "You know that point in your life when you realize that the house that you grew up in isn't really your home anymore? All of the sudden even though you have some place where you can put your stuff that idea of home is gone. You'll see when you move out it just sort of happens one day one day and it's just gone. And you can never get it back. It's like you get homesick for a place that doesn't exist. I mean it's like this right of passage, you know. You won't have this feeling again until you create a new idea of home for yourself" from Garden State, of course.
from plopphizz :
Well, at least he didn't send you a note that says "Do you like me? Check YES or NO". Have you and muppet considered getting a HaloScan comment like bony and Zitro have? It is nice to be able to leave comments in the context of an entry. -- P.P.
from lumenatrix :
Thank God someone got the PeeWee rference. I always worry that I say things like that adn folk just go, huh? Whatever. :-) I know exactly what you are talking about, too, with the powerful, but completely undefined emotion. That's been happening to me too and I really don't like it because I don't know wether to laugh, scream, or cry. So I just go "AAAARRRRGGG!!" :-) Oh, and look at the bright side, at least the doorman didn't hand you a note that said "Do you like me? Check this box for yes, this box for no."
from protoplast :
1. I love the facial expressions. 2. I am currently addicted to frou frou.
from bohemianlife :
God the garden state soundtrack is hypnotic isn't it? I just took it out of my cd player after it having permanent spot there for over a month. And I love those lines and those song...but I love all the lines in all the songs!
from girls-suck :
irish blood, english heart....
from muppet23 :
Thanks for the awesome note, girl!! I enjoy reading your stuff, too - always makes me laugh. I've been a little bit busy lately with starting classes again, but I'll be posting more soon (I hope!). Sorry about all YOUR snow, btw (all 865 feet of it). =)
from s0crates :
I LOVE the Snow. Makes me miss living up north. Anyways, when you figure out where you're headed, let me know, maybe I can catch a ride.
from serapay :
way not bueno!!! aw, buenagirl! wish i could take some of your snow from you, that is way too much. :)
from betchy :
i love it when you post pics! they are so cool!
from muppet23 :
Yeah, soooo, I'm still coughing. Colds are NOT supposed to last more than a week. Stupid New York viruses. hehe I finally fought the hilacious writer's blocking, adjective nabbing monsters within my sickly little head and spewed out another chapter. You'll have to find time in your busy schedule to KEEP THE HECK UP and read this sheeeeeaat or be burdened by my neverending threat at 'Round Two: Staying Sober in New York' trip. =) P.S. It's 800 below zero here, too, with 35 MPH winds, more white crap and a fire dept. on MY corner that really seems to ENJOY making rounds with lotsa lights and lotsa sirens every ten minutes. Arghhh. Just thought I'd share...
from bohemianlife :
Ok first, thanks for the info on the new diaries to check out, very cool. I love new diaries but they are always better when recommended by someone who diary you already like. Secondly - you are listening to the garden state soundtrack, reading anne lamott and eating cinammon toast, therefore you must be my long lost slightly younger twin. And thirdly, why haven't I been reading your diary for a long time? I should be punished. Have a great day!
from betchy :
why is every single diary i am reading at the moment talking about this film Garden State that i have never even heard of? is it good or something?
from dietsoda9 :
So, I'm givin this diary thing a looksie. This is KRISTEN by the way. They say I have 30 days to decide I don't like it. So far, so good.
from lumenatrix :
Awww, shucks! Thanks for the great, encouraging note. It's just as you said, and what got me started on this, reading things form other people who are going through the same things you are and suddenly not feeling like such a shiftless dork. :-) Also, you have the (possibly dubious) honor of being the very first person to leave me a note. Thanks!!
from betchy :
aw what a sweet entry! and thanks for finding out about the book over here. i will have to go and buy it x
from thekirks :
I'd just like to say, I'm happy I found your journal and look forward to reading your past entries. Glad you are hear at diaryland!
from claritynew :
Thanks so much for your note! I found your diary through Irishblueyes link in her entry and I just couldn't stop reading. You have a great journal! (You're very beautiful too) I could relate with your last entry, that's exactly the same way I feel about D-Land.
from muppet23 :
Thanks for your lastest entry, dear. Good stuff! That's is exactly the reason I'm out here on D-Land - to feel connected and share my exciting New York Transvestite stories... I have to get it all out here since my friends think my stories are too weird. lol
from plopphizz :
I agree with the concept 100%. Sometimes I feel like I don't even have to write certain pieces of entries because someone else has already covered it as well, or better, than I can. And it really shows that despite gender, racial, geographical, spiritual and other borders, that some general fundamental truths about human beings remains the same in all of us. Good entry, blue :). -- P.P.
from superkc :
It is nice to know that someone feels your pain. They do say that misery loves company.
from sosuga :
Oooo I LOVE Hes just not that in to you!! GREAT BOOK! Made me feel very liberated and renewed. I'm adding you as a fave, I like your style ;)
from betchy :
yes yes yes, i do the chasing after the unattainable thing too! i wrote an entry similr ages ago, reading you today was like reading my own thoughts! legendary! i have so got to buy the book. do you happen to know if its available over here?
from irishblueyes :
Well I'm glad you didn't mind me talking about your entry today. It really hit home with me and I will definately need to check out the book for myself! ♥ Kris
from irishblueyes :
What an amazing entry. I haven't read the book, but as the previous note leaver, I saw the guy on Oprah and read an article about it on Salon.com. I was stunned by all this stuff he said and at the same time, still too stubborn to get it completely through my head. And what you said about sub-conciously chasing after the wrong guys because you know if you can't get them, they can't hurt you - brilliant. Just brilliant, I had never thought about it that way. I'm still not sure I'm 100% read to accept all this "HJNTIY" stuff quite yet...but you've made me think!
from soverycherry :
I saw the He's Just Not That Into You guy on Oprah, and he was awesome. Katrina is reading that book now and she's going to hand it over as soon as she's done. Also, don't you just love training CD-roms? Ugh. I call that "naptime." Also, did you see Lost last night? I so want to know what that thing is that Boone and Locke found! Also, next week's looks kinda sucky. Have a good day!
from muppet23 :
I actually started getting a little sick on Saturday, but I just thought it was just a hangover at the time. They're so similar and all... But by Sunday, I was just plain out. My whole body was achy and I apparently made sounds not unlike an ape when I coughed. Yum. I crashed at the hotel and came crawling home with my tail between my legs. I haven't been sick, I believe, for over a year and it simply could not have been worse timing. I'll be back - mark my words (well, Arnold's, really). I am soooooooo sorry we couldn't get together, but you should still hook up with John one of these days. He is great and I know you two would have an absolute blast!
from lizabee :
portia di rossi and ellen degeneris???!!!
from blueavenue :
oh girl. i'm so sorry! and also that we missed each other. boo. but i'm so glad you loved NY, and i want to hear everything (if you're not dead, of course). get better soon, k?
from muppet23 :
Sorry I didn't call. I suck. Flu. Bad. Must soup and then sleep. Loved NY. More later. If alive.
from plopphizz :
Muppet found me actually, probably though you. She's been leaving comments in some of my archived stuff -- she's pretty funny, very spirited person. -- P.P.
from betchy :
hey girl, like the pics! you are just too gorge! *mwah* anyway, i was watching "Sex and the City" DVD's all weekend, and i have decided that you and the other 5 gazillion people that live in New York are just the luckiest people ever. i have alwsys been obsessed with going there, ever since i had this obsession with Ricki Lake when i was about 13. i dont know why i had an obsession with her i always used to like really bizarre people. anyway, i used to tape every single episode of her show and watch them over and over. and i bought "Hairspary" and "Crybaby" and all the other films she was in and watch them repeatedly too. they only show her show on Sky over here now and i dont have that. so i never get to see her any more. i still love her though. ha! anyway i dont know why i just told you all that. i only wanyted to tell you that are really lucky to live where you do. talk to you soon!
from plopphizz :
Blue, you are overdue for talking to me. FYI I met muppet. Anyway, how are things going? drop me a line. cya, P.P.
from muppet23 :
Hey Girlie Girl! Thanks for the message! I was going to call you today but I had a rather unexpected bout of unconciousness after eating the world's largest chicken wrap. The Amazing Leaping Mr. Quill and I should be outandabout tomorrow, so we shall call you and hopefully meet up. Ciao 4 now! Lovin' NY!
from betchy :
i havent made any resolutions. i know i wont keep them. i do want to start my diet again though. i cant believe i let myself put back on all the weight i had lost. i am such a twat. those drinks sound divine, but i dont thin you can get them over here :( you will have to send me the recipe and i will take it out and demand all the barmen make me one hee hee!
from muppet23 :
Conga Rats on the job!! hehe, picturing conga rats... Yes. Snow. But I can think of worse terms than 'boo.' lol I'll leave those words out for now. So..... YES! I should be leaving, like right the heck now, to go to my friends' place and then OFF TO NEW YORK!! Say, we're callin' on YOU tomorrow to celebrate so you had better be out and about. KK?? =) P.S. Here's to wild doughnuts in the snow at Walgreens - wheeee!
from betchy :
help a poor brit out here. what are kir royales?
from betchy :
happy new year chickitty chick. havent had time to catch up with everyone yet, but hope your New Year was fun and full of frolics! talk to you soon. lots of love xxx
from muppet23 :
Whoa! Thanks for fillin' out all of the surveys. I have to say, that I once firmly believed that nothing was coincidence, but my views have changed somewhat... Did you get the info I sent via email?
from muppet23 :
ACK! I'm absolutely afraid to do this, but I must complete, eventually, my life's 'to do list,' and therefore, we should most defintely do Kareoke. I hate kareoke, but it is, for some odd reason, on the list...
from muppet23 :
I'll be there from Jan. 6th through the 10th. Are you going to be doing any shows during that time? I'll e-mail you my cell phone number and my hotel information...
from muppet23 :
HAPPY NEW YEAR!! Hope you found someone to peck last night... I kissed my pillow at about 11:45 p.m. (ha) and was out like a light, but that's alright - I stupidly went out the night before (in an attempt to forget the guy *I* wasn't going to be kissing). I'm going to NY to visit NY, really (travel bug bit me), and this infamous diaryland man jonquill. I'd say we should all hook up, but I know that it's not as if you know us! Perhaps I'll leave ya my cell number and, if you're bored, you could meet us a bar or something (Mr. Quill is quite worth the subway fare). Let me know! Yes, invisibledon's surveys are quite good, if I do say so myself!
from soverycherry :
Could I get the username/password for NYCBLUES (all caps!) please? Also, now you have track #3 from Chariot stuck in my head; that's my favorite song on the whole CD! Have a great New Year's Eve/Day!
from muppet23 :
I miss Paris TERRIBLY! I just received an email from a girl I met there who is going to the American University of Paris - she just kicked out her old roomy and needs a new one... Oh boy!! Well, I *did* get to bed at 7:00 p.m. last night and have been wildly alert since 6:00 a.m. - ugh. Oh and btw, I'm flying into LaGuardia on Jan. 6th - not JUST because of your warning, but I hate big airports... =)
from betchy :
hey hey, go get yur head down if your tired! thats what my Nan always says "go to bed if you're tired". and she also does the name thing. i get called Jack-Becks all the time (my auntie is called Jackie). hope your christmas was cooooo-el, and i love what you put about me on your profile *mwah*. have a great new year, i will catch up with you then xxx
from myquestions :
Here I go with the notes thing... Is it seriously possible that we were actually separated in childhood or something? I have had the same kind of day.
from muppet23 :
I know how you feel about Christmas this year. I had the same sort of disparaging thoughts yestrday (as we celebrate on the Eve) and began balling when my parents gave to me the pictures my friend had taken of me in Paris and Amsterdam (he sent them to their house and did not tell me this). I had hidden my feeling of 'funk' quite wonderfully up until this moment and then, of course, my father wanted to take the annual X-Mas family photo. So, I'll be the one in the middle with the red, puffy eyes and a forced grin... =) Good luck to you this day!
from muppet23 :
Thanks! Glad you liked poking around my diary (not to mention that you can actually read it now!!). Merry Christmas!!
from betchy :
just wanted to tell you to have a fabulous, wonderful christmas (i am so jealous you are in New York). eat drink and be merry and i will tell all sorts of tales when i return!
from muppet23 :
No problem - thanks for making me laugh! If you're using Internet Explorer (I use Netscape), the text on my diary will not show up. You have to 'select' the text in order to make it work. Looks like I'll be changing it soon as that does tend to be rather irksome... =)
from betchy :
we had some snow here on saturday night, but we had the curtains closed so we didnt notice it until the morning. but by then it had nearly all gone!
from plopphizz :
Thansk for the comment, that entry was a bit of a funky subject, I'm glad you enjoyed it. You changed your layout I see. I think we are going to catch Lemony Snicketts this weekend, but let me know how Spanglish is. -- P.P.
from betchy :
aw i am glad you like it! i like what you have written about me too. and also i think you are the first person to put my button on their page. for this alone you deserve a knighthood. so how come you opened up another? are there secrets in it? tell me tell me!
from soverycherry :
First of all, I love the new layout! I was thinking about doing something dark myself. Anyway, you went to the Gavin Degraw concert? Color me jealous, that's all I have been listening to lately!! Also, I am jealous because you got to go to Sephora, which I haven't been to in quite some time. Have a good day!!
from betchy :
new layout? me likey!
from soverycherry :
Hi! It's been so long! Anyway, love the earrings! And congrats on being hired (temp agency and all). Have a good week!
from ooberfaerie :
Thanks for the note, its nice to know somebody reads even though my entries are a bit sporadic now! Take care x
from betchy :
HEY THOSE EARRINGS ARE COOOO-EL! oh, and pop socks are like knee high stockings that the very mad and untrendy wear! they are NOT a good look for anyove, least of all someone who looks like they have a small furry animal clinging to their chin!
from betchy :
oh, i want a baby snowball! but we never get any snow here (and if we do its like, three flakes, and it stops before you have time to put your scarf on)
from jonquill :
I can't rhyme so alliteration is the closest I can get to lyrical. I took a look through a few of your entries, and I have to tip my hat to anyone that gets busted by the cops for singing showtunes. Well done.
from betchy :
i wouldnt worry. i havent had a haircut in nearly two years!
from plopphizz :
Oh yeah, I figured you would like that one given that you mentioned Sims somewhere. Pork and Juddhole got a big kick out of it as well. I know there are a few sites that are using the new movie-making functionality of Sims 2 to create films. Google "The Strangerhood" for one of them. I personally don't know how they do it, I had a heck of a of time just getting the little guys to pose correctly for my snapshots. -- P.P.
from areistia :
Thanks for the note... and I'll be back to read more. I too missed the Gavin Degraw concert and am kicking myself in the ass everyday for it.. damn me and being good about not missing work.. of course when it entails having to go through the hell of making up lesson plans for a sub.. its better to go in. Have a great day and love all the pics! :)
from jonquill :
While I didn't grow up there, I lived in Iowa before I ran myself over here. BTW - Fine movie selection in "All the Real Girls."
from betchy :
that birthday sounded great. you are so lucky to be able to go and watch skaters in Central Park at night. that is something i could only ever dream of. i would love to go to New York.
from plopphizz :
I just did some quick skimming. It's cool you are a singer. I was in charge of an a cappella group back in college, but that was a while ago. But it reminded me that I should probably write something on it. It was a great time. I'm not surprised the Zithromax is messing up your stomach. It's a great antibiotic but it's in the same family as erythromycin which is also brutal on the GI tract. In fact, erythromycin has been used in diabetes paralysis of the GI tract to increase gut motility. So there's some useless medical trivia in case you ever get that category in Jeopardy! -- P.P.
from plopphizz :
Cool, thanks for the note. I love Rabbit's site. I met her through her boyfriend who just showed up one day asking me how I did my mad libs. It's weird how relationships branch out around here. Also glad you enjoyed the disappointed smiley, it's one of my favorites even though I wrote it quite a while ago. I will trounce around a bit here and see what's what. Nice to meet you -- P.P.
from irishblueyes :
thanks for liking the simple little layout, though i can't take credit for creating it. And i know what you mean about school, i was out for like 3 years and was pretty much just miserable and missing it the entire time. I think i'd be a proffessional student if i could afford it!
from betchy :
that poster that your teacher sent you is so cute! and bless you for tracking her down. that is so nice.
from betchy :
i love it when you post pics! and your chrimbo tree is too cute x
from betchy :
maybe you are like Phoebe on friends. remember when she was sick and she sang really well? perhaps you perform best when you are sick! oh, and i hope you feel better soon *mwah*
from betchy :
thanks, i think you are sexy too (again in a non-bisexual way!) Fenton is the one that if you go back to my earlier entries i had a really enourmous crush on, then didnt then i did again then we became friends. and yes he does have a lot of strange girlfriends. i really dont know who i remind you of maybe Angelina Jolie? (ha ha, as if!). i did used to get told a lot that i looked like Tamsin Outhwaite who plyed Melanie in Eastenders, but i dont expect you watch that, do you?
from betchy :
wow. you are realy pretty!
from halfsaid :
I know! He even has his own imdb profile which is really strange. I want to see that new movie just because Damien Rice is in the trailer too. Yay! He is one sexy man.
from betchy :
well, i work for social security (i think its called welfare in america), and a giro is the cheque that we issue for people to cash and get their benefit money. so thats what he came in for. to pick up his giro, that he hadnt had since june. bless him.
from betchy :
i really really want to go to new york and always have wanted to. strangely enough, after reading that list i want to go even more now!
from betchy :
looks like you had a great time at the halloween party. i didnt go to a party, i just went out and got wasted with flashing pumpkin deely boppers on!
from soverycherry :
Nice pictures, as always. You look like you had a great time. And! I want a Halloween baby! That one is pretty darn cute. Esp with the white trash paci, ha.
from betchy :
really liked your pics!
from betchy :
that is so cute that your dogs watch t.v with you. my cats sleep on my head, but thats not quite as good is it? i really like your layout by the way x
from soverycherry :
You just totally confirmed my whole "Al Sharpton is EVERYWHERE" theory! It seems like every time I turn on the TV, there he is, either live at events or in still pictures. Also, his hair is totally awesome.
from list-alive :
Hello, I've recently opened a new listing site, and I would like to list you!
from invisibledon :
musical answering machine messages are fun - more fun than the prank ones that say Hello (pause) AH gotcha leave a message BEEP
from soverycherry :
I am so sad. I thought Lost was on at 9 instead of 8 so I missed it!!! Maybe they'll replay it like every channel is doing these days. I missed so much pretty!
from soverycherry :
I am sad. It is hoodie season and sweater season and all my lovely hoodies and sweaters are packed away in storage because I have this GIANT STOMACH right now that will not fit under them. Sigh. There's always next fall, right?
from soverycherry :
Breaking up is hard to do, but at least you look cute when you do it. Also, I was totally listening to OK Go this morning! You're So Damn Hot, actually. That song rocks. Anyway, have a good day!
from soverycherry :
You look so cute with the pigtails! I can't get away with that; I have a large head also, but mine never look right. Have a good day!
from protoplast :
Your note made me giggle. I know that's probably not what the intention was, but it's funny because it's true.
from rws0006 :
thanks. i like your diary , too. i was reading something about how you saw the work of ernst and twombly. me , too, just the other week. there's some great pieces in houston. twombly's museum is there, and ernst has great works at the menil. but of course ny has the best collections in the world of modern art. i like the chronicle of your days at work, but if it's getting to be to much, you should find something else.
from masala- :
That's so cool! I'm an A Phi at Texas! :) That's really cool. And I'm so glad that someone else hates rush as much as I do! I mean, yeah, there are a lot of girls that hate rush in my sorority, too (and somehow, we all ended up in the same family), but I seem to be the only one who despises shopping. Or, at least, shopping for things that I don't really care to have. I'm glad to find someone who was at least at one time in the same boat. :) Lucky you for not having to go through the anguish and agony of hunting down the elusive perfect rush clothes. Blah!
from coyotesabre :
my choir sang that two years ago. it's one of my favourite mixed group pieces =).
from irishblueyes :
Hi. Thanks for your note, and yes I have read Bird by Bird it is one of my all time favorites and it pretty much stays on my bedside table all the time! I love your layout and look forward to reading your diary!
from soverycherry :
re: my layout. Maybe it's your browser? Anyway, I'm planning on changing my layout either today or tomorrow because other people are also having problems seeing it as well. Have a good day!
from galaxyrabbit :
thank you for your sweet note. there are so many incredible diaries on d-land, and when anyone says anything nice about mine i'm like... you must have the wrong person. i saw your pic in your profile and you look quite lovely.
from raven72d :
I'm looking forward to the weekend-- sun, swimming, fun...
from raven72d :
Congrats on the show!
from raven72d :
It's raining here to the east in Louisiana, too... At leastthe rain and wind keep things cooler. Still-- I hope Schlitterbahn isn't canclled. Enjoy what you can-- and do stay in touch.
from raven72d :
Zoetrope... cool magazine.

Renting is better... I like being able-- at least in theory --to just walk away...
from d-00-d :

from raven72d :
I hate losing books! And I hate things like flooded apartments! But... enjoy Schlitterbahn! And do stay in touch...
from raven72d :
I actually liked "Cherry" better... The little guy at my layout is the Psyduck from Pokemon-- kind of a role model for me. But I'm glad you like him. Stay in touch, girl-- tell me about both Manhattan and the Brazos...
from masala- :
It's funny that you mention it. The last boyfriend I had, within a week of starting to date him seriously, I had three guys ask me out, and it pretty much continued that way for eight months. Then we broke up, and I have only been asked out once in the year since! And that was right after, and I was just kind of, "It's a mourning period." Maybe that was a dumb move. ;)
from raven72d :
I did just find you via your banner... I do like you entries and layout and attitude... Good luck on a summer in the City...
from masala- :
A good tan you can get in 2 weeks, and it'll make you look like you've lost about 5 pounds. And all you have to do to tan is just lay there... ;)
from banefulvenus :
loved your banner with the maroon 5 quote!
from coyotesabre :
thought i'd let you know i'm adding you. found you through your 'she will be loved' banner... immediately intrigued me as i love that song =). that and i'll be majoring in music starting this fall..
from rws0006 :
oh, i just read that guestbook msg today - guess i'm a little late in responding. i was honestly trying to remember why I said "you seem lovely", then i read some of your entries and remembered: I like the flowing lightheartedness of your writing, and how you infuse this serious identity as an artist (it seems) into a sort of dreamy phantasmal landscape of words. yeah, john cage is cool - i like rauschenberg, though that can't be spelled right, and i like chagall the best and jack kerouac and rumi and l. cohen, and flamenco and folk, one of which I play well and the other just okay.
from lilgator :
found your diary through the sororitygirl diarying. liked it. added you to my buddylist. my diary is new new because i just started a new one. email me sometime? ttyl.
