from che :
oh are you here
from che :
your film is quite good
from metonym :
Hey - I met this Australian filmmaker chick the other day, she's in town for a couple of weeks because she has a film in an international festival. I thought it might be really neat to hook you two up, since she is new to the city and interested in meeting other people who make films here, so if you'd be interested in saying hello email me at eringail at gmail. I could either email her with your address or else give you hers. She's a really cool girl, and although I haven't seen her films the ideas are great.
from missy-17 :
just asking, is that a picture of you in your diary?? wanna know more about me write to me at [email protected]
from che :
well all right. possibly we might just end up going somewhere cheaper, then, due to brokeness. new york is definitely high on the list of places to visit, though. so, probably i'll be by someday. thankyou for crushing my vacation dreams. i mean getting back to me so soon and looking into stuff for me. you are awesome and fantastic. also, i love tom cruise and and the phrase 'a faggot whacked out on Scientology in the throes of a ridiculous publicity campaign' made me love him even more.
from che :
dude. my girlfriend and i are thinking of travelling to new york for a week in july, if we can afford it. is there anyplace cheap there to stay? we are willing to stay in the crummiest motel in town, as long as we can leave shit there and sleep at night, but we're having trouble finding such establishments online or through travel agents. suggestions would be appreciated at [email protected]. word. also, if we do make it there, we should hang out or something if you want to at all.
from sunkship :
your words build little photographs in my head
from che :
oh i like that
from raven72d :
You should have kicked the camera to one side and just kissed him.
from raven72d :
Early or mid-80s, very small film, romantic comedy, Steve Buscemi, the art world and gay clubs in NYC...
from raven72d :
Incredibly lovely and thoughtful entries... I'll be reading here often... And do you recall a smallfilm from the mid-80s called "Parting Glances"?
from cdghost :
my what a beautiful place you have
from che :
you're one of the smartest people i sortofknow. so i don't know why you'd be silly enough to ask about such a thing. but i'd make you a custom limited edition of one handmade thing if you honestly wanted. i wouldn't mind something similar in return.
from che :
north is worth reading
from wrecking :
Shoot your address over to [email protected] and I will send some good shit post-haste!
from hand-frost :
hello again. i'm interested in seeing, as i was moving forward occasionally i saw brief glimpses of beauty. i can't find it anywhere. i looked for it on amazon, borders, ebay, library pages, and quite a few other pages. could you please tell me where i can find a copy to buy?
from hand-frost :
it's refreshing to find an interesting profile.
from kimyadawson :
will you be my friend?
from tonightsleep :
i think i found out - you remind me of anais nin. an introspective examination of human relations.
from narcoleptic8 :
You have nothing to be sorry about. And thanks for the positivity.
from narcoleptic8 :
I'm so sorry to have to disappoint you- I'm not Alan at all. Sorry!
from tonightsleep :
no really i mean it - beautiful - impressive
from echopunk :
This is completely arbitrary, but I feel like I must have bumped into you a thousand times and not even known it. I read about concerts you've been to and have been there. And my friend went to last nights [he thought the backing band sucked]. Anyhow, just wanted to say hi and mention what a small world it is.j.
from tonightsleep :
oh so very beautiful - like the citys poetry
from ricka :
i cry every time galadriel becomes the dark queen. i cry every time they make it out of moria & frodo stares out with such grief, like you said. my heart stops beating all the time. all the time.
from icantgive :
Hey how's it goin'. I just wanted to tell you that your diary is pretty neat.
from che :
i have a piece of brocolli stuck between molars. i'd like to hear you explain the bee boy entry to me. i just kind of wrote down all the thoughts i had while i was trying to remember the dream, figuring they were related somehow. monkeys are cute, and i wish they could chant things. maybe different things. i hope thee new place is all right. adieu
from xanadu77 :
yay! messages. i sure am stoked that you are hooked. i think that your diary is kick ass keen and i have been reading it for some time now. i was just too lazy to venture into kick ass keen-ness my self. let's DO write each other notes. and for my first one i say: eurotrash in black ARE better than emo boys. and you seem to fucking KNOW about film so send some reccomendations my way. i'd love the distraction. goodness. how i'd love it.
from neighborhood :
thank you for the nice things you say about my diary. your words seem to hit me just right. i think we're coming from the same place, in more than one sense. homies are always better than britney spears stickers when it comes to supermarket machine value.
from icantgive :
Hey You said that I shouldn't be too hard on myself. I understand that completely. But somewhere up to the present, I was programmed to take these things out on myself the way I do today. I realize how bad it is, but it seems that I can't help it. I would tell that to my therapist, but I don't like the way they study you when they believe they might have a break-through. :p
from manslaughter :
ack! I don't know if you're going to enjoy the last half of crime and punishment... has he killed the old lady and that other lady yet? I really didn't like the ending, and yeah, parts of it are tedious... hrmph.
from kissoff :
Ahh, wim wenders and first loves gone wrong, you're reading my mind. I love this line from paris, texas.. I think it goes something like " it was easier when I just imagined you ".
from manslaughter :
hi!
from manslaughter :
how do you know that? and besides, you're too good for me - you use words like aggrandizing, and talk about lofty art films, and the intrinsic difficulties encountered while biographing sylvia plath! like, holy shit!, i'm saying.
