Tonya, I wanted to thank you for supporting me. It means a lot to get support from someone I don't really know. It's been hard for me to get people to understand how I feel. To me, it's like there's no reason that just because I like a group composed of Elliott, Barry, Scott, and Sean that means I HAVE to go to a concert done by Scott, Kevin, George, Jeff, and John. It's a full conversion to a sound I already wouldn't have been drawn to if it had been the first thing I heard. I'm not sure why this is so hard for people to understand, but thank you so much for respecting an opinion that you don't share. I understand why people are planning on continuing to go and all I'd like is for people to understand why I'm not. So thanks! I'm looking forward to meeting you at the end of the month.

I agree with Linda. Everyone knows that Lou is an Elliott fan. And those of us her know her more know that really the only reason she was going to any shows at this point was to see Elliott. I too however am going to go with an open mind and open heart. I have tickets for down the line that I am still planning on intending. Will the sound of the group, most certainly. But I am not giving up and shutting them b/c of that. You never know until you give it (and the new guy) a try.

I wish you the best of luck with quitting. I know its hard but if you want to do it, you can. I never was a huge smoker - I prob only smoked like 5-10 cig a day, but I stopped in Sept 1996 and haven't had even a drag once...Good luck!

Thanks for the congrats. :-) I'm very happy. No more worrying about income coming in, now I've just gotta worry about doing a good job. Either way, Pella habit and my cat are now once again going to be well supported lol. And to top it all off, my bedroom is now going to be a pretty new color, to start my new life at a new company. (Sorry..been sniffing paint fumes for 4 days straight hehe)

I'm so sorry that one of Fredericks cousins has come to you. HOWEVER, I have been through the entire ordeal, and I know a lot about all procedures available to you...get in contact with me. I also belong to a very awesome group of gals on a yahoo group...each one with a story to tell...this fibroid won't be the end, and if it is very small, you are more than likely a candidate for hysteroscopic resection or vaginal myomectomy. Or, if you never ever want kids (since the studies aren't out yet on it) you can look into UAE. It is the least bad of all, with most people up and around the next day...anyway, contact me. You KNOW I know what you are going though, as I sit here recovering from having a huge one removed...

Hi! I feel your pain about the Rockapella stuff. I, sadly, found myself falling into that clique trap myself and began to hate what I became because of it. I finally realized how absurd it was and decided it was time to leave it all behind! If I ever go to a show again, it will be to watch them perform. It's more fun that way. :)

Tonya, You can rant and rave all you want and it doesn't do a darned bit of good. I'm sorry Jade mentioned my name in her message, I hadn't even read it. I think I know who she is talking about and if you want to see drama, spend ten minutes with her! I've tried before to tell the people in that particular group that nothing is owed to them beyond a good concert. If they want to buy a cd, all they have a right to expect from it is an enjoyable listening experience - autographs are a gift, not a requirement. You may be right about the meet and greets, there has been much trouble this year and I fear that it may spell the end of the custom. I think you are wrong about St. Louis. Except for the "drama" provided by the aforementioned person, it was a wonderful time. It really was more about many of us getting together than the actual meet and greets. Please reconsider your decision about that. I'd really love to meet you in person. Linda
