Hey, it's been a while since you posted, but I wanted to drop you a note... You sound a LOT like me when I was half my age (I'm 33 now). I just wanted you to know that things get a whole lot better a little ways down the road. I look back at the stuff I wrote as a teenager, and it makes me so sad for that person I was. I know the stage of life you're in is alternately awesome and like death. I used to wish I could see into the future to know what I'd look like and if I'd ever get married, and whether or not I'd be *really* happy or connected or whatever. I never understood (and still don't) those people who saw their teen years as the "glory days." I hated them. :) Much, MUCH better things are around the corner.
