I just wanted to say that I understand exactly what you mean, about the whole keeping scraps and bits to try to remember everything. With my memory like a colander, I really *need* to have various "prompts" like that to help me remember the things I need to. As such, I'm a terrible pack rat, and I never want to throw anything away. I still have the wrapper from a piece of candy that I got from a boy I had a crush on some Halloween years and years ago. ;)
