you did not sign the guestbook saying that you had read the rules. if you read the rules again, carefully, you will see that in there. you must have found that part though, since you did sign the guestbook. unfortunately, due to the vast amount of applicants who do not read the rules, signing to guestbook to say you have read the rules (before or immediately after apploying) is essential. you can re-apply in 30 days.
