Yipe! SOunds like a lovely automotive mess. I got my car fixed for free, yesterday. Why? Because my A/C wasn't working. And how did that happen? Well, I got something fixed a couple of months ago and when they put everything back where it's "supposed" to go, they placed one of the A/C hoses in such a way that it was against the engine. So....the heat fromt he engine melted a lovely hole though it. And I didn't notice the A/C wasn't worling until last week because it hadn't been warm enough to use the A/C. Luckily, the shop manager is an honest guy,s o they took care of it for me! Good luck with your car!

08/12: I so know how you feel - the same thing happened to me in high school, only I was the one pushing people into their neat little categories and groups to avoid getting too close to certain people. *sigh* Memories, memoeries, memories. I was a dancerette in high school; and although I was never an officer and no parent ever had it in for me, specifically, we had our fair share of pissy parents. Our sponsor wouldn't let htem walk all over her, though, thank God! I think your firend gave you good advice. This situation needs to be nipped in the bud. No pissy parent (I suspect they wanted their daughters to be officers, because that's usually the problem) should be allowed to ruin your year. I think you've been handling things very well.
