well i can't say i know how you feel exactly because i never had to deal with a breakup, but all your sadness and pain is familiar to me. when Elliott had to leave i felt like i was gonna die and i had no idea how to deal with everything. i could have him help me with my emotional stress because he was thousands of miles away... you may feel like shit now, but with everything, this'll pass too. even though you say you wish you could die i know you don't mean that. that would be too easy wouldn't it? what i'm saying is that when you get over this, you will be able to look back on it and probably be in disbelief that you felt so low. i know that's what has happened for me when i finally got over my sadness. i couldn't believe i cried so much and now i look at that as another tough test i passed. that's what life's all about and it sure gets hard. give yourself some time to get yourself together and move on from this feeling. i dunno what you're going to do about Jake and i'm not sure what to say because i don't know what's going on. so good luck and keep your head up.

Some people don't believe me when I say I'm tough. I might now look like it, but hey, I'm 5'9" so people are intimidated by my height from the start. If they're not, all they gotta do is say something stupid. They'll find out how tough I really am. I don't know how many people challenged me. You would think they'd stop seeing that I'd come out on top EVERYTIME. I don't care if the person keeps knocking me down, I will get up and try to beat their asses no matter how big they are. Right now, one of my friends (although I don't really consider her a friend) is really pissing me off. I'm not saying anymore because she'd probably try to read this note or something. I will say that she is EXTREMELY inconsiderate and she needs to grow the hell up. Oh, and she walks around with her head in the clouds everytime she's with her boyfriend...like no one else matters. She doesn't think so, but shit, I wish we could tape her. She acts stupidly and she loses all common sense...not that she had the much to begin with.

You know, as soon as I started dating Elliott, guys were asking Elliott "Yo, you tap that ass yet?" and he would get so pissed off. Whose business is it about what we do? It's funny, even though most popular kids didn't like me or tried to kiss my ass, they were SO concerned about my or his sex life! Then the rumors started...there was a rumor going around that I was pregnant. I didn't even hear about it, my best friend Percy told me. And he would NEVER make up something like that. I was so shocked by the stupidity. Then girls would ask me "How big is his dick?" (sorry I'm so blunt but that's what they asked!) and I would just stare at them. Why the HELL would someone ask that? Then, "Ooh, does it feel good?" Danica, I couldn't believe it. There were some girls lusting after him and while he wouldn't be considered to be drop dead gorgeous (you know that's how some of them bitchy populary girls like 'em) those girls were trying to get him to stray away from me! Oh, a little side note...he used to be in drama and was doing "Pippin" and he had to wear tights. We-ell, there was a little problem with that. His um..."cookies" showed a lil too much through the tights. So the girls that were there doing rehearsals, you know they were like "OH MY GOD, look at his..." so if they wanted to know how big he was so bad, then they should've been there instead of asking me! Seriously, because of that girls started after him even more. Of course none of them could compare to ME because I'm classy and I dressed pretty sophisticated then. One girl even tried to copy the way I dressed! I'm gonna write about that in my diary. A special little story...

It's amazing how mean some kids are...one thing I like about college is that NOBODY cares how popular you are. Sure, there are still those people who think they're the shit, but it doesn't really matter. Everybody is their own person in college (well almost everybody) and there is no such thing as peer pressure. College makes a lot of people grow up because they realize that how popular you are doesn't get you far. Shit, some professors are there just to get PAID. They don't care if you try to sweet talk them or anything. Sometimes I wonder how those mean popular kids made out in college because it's a serious wake-up call. Now when some of them see me, they're all like "Hiiiiiii!!! How are you doing?!" and I'm really dry with them saying something like "Yeah, fine. Well I gotta get going". They didn't bother to speak to me in high school (not that I cared) and NOW all of a sudden they notice me. I know why...it's because I'm a familiar face at college and first year is pretty tough for some people because they're really nervous and dying to make friends. Ha, like I wanted those idiots to be my friends. I left them in the dust.

Oh yeah, and about our tempers...it's funny, when people look at you they're like "Oh, what's she gonna do?" because we probably don't look like the type to just EXPLODE, but I ended up in A LOT of fights in junior high school...and never got suspended since I was the good kid. Suckers! That's what they get for fucking with me. They learned that you should never fuck with the quiet ones (I was shy) and looks can be deceiving. Is it any wonder that by the time I got to high school, they were kissing my ass? I loved it because I totally disrespected them at that point. >:D

Yeah, Elliott's my weakness 'cause 7th-10th grade I was really cold to people and I had (still do) a really HOT temper. I was so sick of the popular kids at school because they were always picking on me. I was popular in my own way, but these kids kept picking on me because I was a one of the smart kids and they tried to use me. Well, I thought Elliott was like them because he hung out with some of the mean popular kids. We had Chemistry together and whenever he would try to talk to me, I would ignore him completely. I used to put my head down or turn away completely. Eventually I decided to loosen up when I saw he wasn't like those people at all. He has a great sense of humor and he was always making me laugh. At the beginning of Chemistry, he would say in a cute (well to me) way, "Can I have a hug, lovely?" so I would give him one. That was so unlike me, but I liked it. We hit it off after a while and I wouldn't let him kiss me for six months. Hahahaha, so my first kiss was at 15 and very good (muahahahaha!). I was so glad that I decided to give him a chance because I ended up a winner in the end (yay me!). Oh, and he was actually hitting on me while he was going out with his now ex! Well, she was a bitch anyway since she cheated on him. While we were going out, she begged him to take her back. God, what an idiot.

Hahahaha, one last thing since I'm still on here not going to bed like I should. My Elliott's is my very first boyfriend too, and I think I'm incredibly lucky. That's why I don't believe it when people say first loves don't work out. That's not true...they just don't work out all the time. I'm used to being separated from him and if you want to be more considerate about the time you spend with yours you can. ;) I learned to live this quote "Absence makes the heart grow fonder". It's so true. A little distance doesn't hurt and I'm sure you know this. Just remind yourself when you start going crazy. That's what I have to do.

Oh no, we're not taking a break. My boyfriend is in the Army and he had to leave for Russia this summer (thank God it wasn't Iraq, I don't know what I would've done), so the break definitely wasn't our choice. He's in the Army Reserves, but I don't know why he was sent to Russia instead of Iraq...whatever, I'm not complaining. It was VERY stressful, ever since September 11th I had to deal with the possbility that he would be shipped off to fight in the war. I think he told me three or four times over a period of 2 years that he might have to go off to war. He got lucky and didn't have to fight. There's a place called Fort Dix that he had to stay at since March of this year, so in reality we have been separated for about 7 months. When he was at Fort Dix, he was allowed to come home every weekend, so I saw him once a week or once every few weeks. That was HARD. So yeah, that's our little story. ;) And yes, I am taking a break from school. I'm not liking college at the moment...

Hey there, I found your diary through one of those review sites and I really feel for you and your situation. I can't say that I've been there exactly, but I can say that love doesn't always feel so great. My boyfriend is in the military and we end up spending A LOT of time apart (at this moment, we have been apart for 5 and a half months) so I know the lonliness you're going through even if it didn't happen the same way yours did. As stupid and cliched as this may sound, if he is the one for you, you two will come back to each other. I'm not one of those people who say "How do you know he's the one, you're still in high school" but I am proof that a high school relationship can last. I met my boyfriend at 15 and I'm 20. So, if you think it's worth it to try and work things out with your boyfriend, then go for it. But, if you honestly think things are getting too complicated and that's it's not worth it then you should probably let go. I'm sorry this note is so long...well, you can send me a note back if you want to. See you around and take care. :)
