Meep. I think we all have our evil side. And I so identify with your feeling unmotivated. I meant to look for a new job ages ago but I haven't because CRB checks are so much *hassle*! AARGH! I think sometimes you should be a bit more forgiving of yourself - the world isn't over if you didn't get everything done you meant to or you ate a bit much one day. Or if it were, I would have been responsible for the Apocalypse many times over. Hope things are better now :)

"You eat carrots?" I said. On that note, you naughty thing, I'd have been sitting here all puzzled thinking "But Nicola doesn't like parsnips" if I hadn't read Alice too.

PS. I love how Heather Nova has so many songs about how she was "drifting", "saving up for someday", "waiting for the safety net" etc., I end up playing Avalanche endlessly because it is my life.

Floristry sounds like fun and you do have a wonderfully artistic streak that I'm sure would help. (P.S. If Dad makes a comment, tell him to piss off. He told me that I apparently wasn't using my brain. He means well but should just shut up and let us get on with it!)
