Hey there stranger...I just happend to check out your diary and saw that in November, you thought you were pregnant...well?!?! And how are you and your darling little boy?!
from peachyhaye :
Good luck! I was surprised to see your update here! I am pregnant with our second as well!
from girle :
Hi there. Just wanted you to know I've read up on your new blog, but I'm not a member there so I can't post comments!
from girle :
i still check here cuz you're still on my buddy list...for whenever I get a chance to log in! I will try to visit your new space soon. It's hard to keep up with everyone's non-dland sites!
from camham :
Hope you do not mind, but I added you to my favorites. Our babies are similar in age. My son, Camden, is just over 5 months. Feel free to visit my diary anytime.
from dysenchanted :
"How exactly can yiu [sic] enjoy Bob Marley and Be in accord with Bush? I dont really see how you can meld Bobs [sic] message with Bush's. " That is an interesting question. Bob Marley believed in human rights for ALL. So does the President. So, I don't think the two ideals are mutually exclusive. Also, I believe you can appreciate someone's talent, leadership, or art - and not ALWAYS AGREE with everything they may say or do, either politically, or personally. As I'm sure you are aware, Roman Polanski was convicted for engaging in unlawful sexual relations with a 13-year-old girl back in 1977. That hasn't changed your opinion of him as an "artist", has it? In any case, I suspect you have a different opinion of President Bush. You (of course) are entitled to that, and I to mine. This is my blog, and you have yours. We shouldn't need to justify our positions on our beliefs unless we want to.

from frogmom :
How precious!
from girle :
I'm not worthy!!! *bow*
from frogmom :
Yout little boy is adorable! And yes it will get better!
from aliboomboom :
They do grow up really fast. I am glad that he is doing well. As for the thong, no I haven't found it yet. I don't think he has either. It makes me nervous. I am so stupid.
from vegasmommy :
LMAO Wait until he pulls on it so hard, he starts crying...
from aliboomboom :
How cute!!
from girle :
Can you believe...it's been FOUR months?!
from girle :
He's ADORABLE! Makes the whole abortion issue seem so...well, stupid, doesn't it?
from girle :
You are losing weight! Have you lost what you have gained from PG? 29 pounds is a lot - breastfeeding helping? Tell me!
from aliboomboom :
Griffin's 8 months old and I am going through the same teething drama. It sucks.
from aliboomboom :
The mommy and me playgroup sounds fun, I'm glad that you like it. Have you seen the new Wendy Bellisimo bedding at BAbies R Us, so cute. I wish it was out when I decorate Griffin's room. As for wanting all the nice things, I know exactly what you mean. I have a Kate Spade diaper bag and a Vera Bradley diaper bag, I had to have them both and Griffin has to wear Polo. Of course even if I were married, I COULD NEVER be a stay at home mom. I admire you for doing it but I hated the 13 weeks I was stuck at home. Plus I think it's great for kids to interact with other kids so if he's not going to go to daycare or mother's day out then it's great that you do take him on playdates!
from hunterpoo :
your lil boy is sooo adorable. i have a lil man myself, he's just over 7 mths. reading your entries is like a page out of my day too! mine just discovered he can laugh really loud (kinda just two short bouts HA! HA!), really hilarious but can catch me offguard... =)
from aliboomboom :
Oh and Baby Einstein dvds are the best. Griffin has always loved them!!
from aliboomboom :
Travis is so cute!! That's great about baby massage class. I wanted to go to one of those but I never got around to it. Griffin started making noises at about Travis's age. Now he makes one that says like an venhilator of some sort, it scared me at first but he's just experimenting with his voice. It's cute. I love all the phases babies go through.
from girle :
Thanks for the link! It's now been my desktop!
from nicolerenee :
I know, I'm a silly crazy momma. I guess this little one wanted a chance too! Thanks for the note...XOXO
from incredipete :
Just found you through your very wonderful taste in music and authors. Sounds like you are my female twin. Congrats on your baby boy!
from lightupnight :
I've been reading since before Travis was born. And I just noticed today when I went to see what your update was about, that he's only 10 days older than my daughter!!! Cute! Well, to me. Anyways! Take care!
from vegasmommy :
lol I feel weird leaving a note only minutes later with my other username... but anyway... LOL Zack does that still. And he has 8 teeth. He bites down while nursing. He turns his head to see the TV while nursing. Ugh. I'm trying to teach him discipline... and at 9 months, he should be learning it... but... sniffles.
from improvingme :
Oh, Steve Ross is amazing! He's so much fun! Most exercise coaches say "that's great! You're doing great!" and he says "if you aren't doing it this way, that means you're lazy!" LOL He's so encouraging. I love him. Adwa!
from aliboomboom :
I totally agree, everyone tries to make babies grow up too fast. I didn't give Griffin any ceral or food until he was over six months old and he's doing great. Now he only eats food about three times a day and its' stage one. I hate it when people try to rush their babies. I mean after all, they are only going to get fat like the rest of us once they start eating all the crap we eat.
from vegasmommy :
I wish I had it as easy. The funny thing is... Zack's 9 months old now and I'm never in the mood still. But, I do it out of pity LOL. And, breastfeeding NEVER stopped my cycle. Nope. I got it a month after delivery and it's exactly when and how it was before pregnancy. Makes you miss being pregnant in some silly way...
from girle :
Thanks for your note - you kickarse. I hope baby plans are in our future too. Just being patient for now! I can tell ya though, when I do, I'll be hittin' ya up for advice! My other friends aren't very frank about certain issues! *hug* enjoy trav...you deserve him!
from girle :
Cute :) It will be wonderful when the time to "reconnect" does come :) TMI question: I was thinking about the "grooming" part during PG and how I'd keep it up. It's hard enough as it is. So with the docs and such, is it pretty much no shame?
from vegasmommy :
Thank you sooo much. I get so panicky. I guess because I know if Zack's not developing correctly, I'm to blame. And, I'm sooo sensitive with my parenting abilities lol. I'm sure you're understanding that completely!! Huggs!
from nicolerenee :
You are too freaking funny!! :) I HEART Bush.
from girle :
You forgot to add in "tree-hugging" LOL! You go girl...I love to see a fella conservative :)
from vegasmommy :
Hun, I can't tell you how much harder shopping gets when the little one gets older! But, how much easier it is to quite him down LOL. I'm going to give you a tip I've learned. Zack's now 7 1/2 months. He has teeth and eats fingerfoods. I never leave the house without a baggy of snacks for him in my purse. I always forget the diaperbag (since I breastfeed and carry a spare diaper in my purse anyway) but I never leave my purse! Just a tip I've learned :) Travis is soooo beautiful!! Sorry the shots went so yucky! Zack's last shots gave him a fever of 101.7! I was so angry!
from aliboomboom :
MERRY CHRISTMAS! Enjoy your first Christmas as a mommy, I know I will!
from x0xchloex0x :
Awww...I feel really happy for you..I hope you and your family are really happy :) Travis is sooooo cute!
from aliboomboom :
He sounds like a doll. I'm glad that your Thanksgiving went well.
from nicolerenee :
Actually, if you have a Babies R Us near you, chances are there is a Kiddie Kandids. That is where a lot of them are. And if your BRU doesn't have one yet, they probably will soon. Also, Target did a really good job with our pictures last year, so check them out too. Good luck! :)
from vegasmommy :
That entry brought tears to my eyes. Sniffles. I remember when Zack was that little. That sweet. Hugs! Enjoy him!
from prgat14query :
Aww that was such a beautiful entry! It really touched me, you're so so lucky but you know that already!
from vegasmommy :
OMG I... ::sniffles:: remember those first nights. Nothing is more beautiful than a sleeping baby (except maybe a smiling baby... okay, and once he laughs, that's pretty cute and oh geez... the coos...) You have sooooo much to look forward to! Hugs!
from aliboomboom :
Hi. I found your diary through VegasMommy and I'm hooked. I had a little boy four months ago. Isn't it the most amazing thing ever? I see that you are a big Bush supporter too so yay for that. I think all moms should be but some aren't and I guess they have their reasons. Anyways I know that you'll be busy for the next couple of weeks but I wanted to say hi and let you know that I'm reading you. Feel free to read me if you get a spare moment. My diary is locked but the username is alexia and the password is 07gcr10. Congratulations!!
from nicolerenee :
Been reading for about 6 months...congrats..he is SO cute!
from ncss :
Congrats!! He's sooooo cute!!
from vegasmommy :
CONGRATSSSSS!!! I'm so happy for you!! HUGS!!
from prgat14query :
CONGRATULATIONS! Travis is just so beautiful :) I look forward to hearing more about him xxx
from vegasmommy :
I'm so nervous for you! And, excited! Being induced is the easiest way (to me) because the doctor can control nearly everything. I'm soooo thrilled for you!! Congratulations, sweetie!!
from girle :
Looking forward! I'm so excited for you. CD
from chicadee80 :
Just wanted to say congrats. Enjoy being a MOM,it's one of the greatest things in life.
from prgat14query :
Good luck! I look forward to hearing about how wonderful Travis is :)
from vegasmommy :
LOL Noooo... Boohbah is adorable! When Zack's really upset, that calms him down immediately. He can hear the PBS "by viewers like you" and his head snaps to the TV. I can't stand watching the show myself, but he loves it! Now, The Wiggles are a MUST for kids!
from lightupnight :
Hey there... I have JUST started reading, but wish I had started sooner! That's crazy that you think your baby is coming sooner than expected and that really scares me because I'm due on (roughly) November 15th and I'm just about to crap myself with how afraid and excited I am! I hope everything is going great with your pregnancy and that when the time comes to see Travis, everything is perfect! :)
from girle :
Tried to see your pics...pleeeeeaaassee?!!! I gots no password!
from girle :
I'm getting excited for you!!! You'll have to put in a detailed description of what happens when you deliver...well, I know you would anyway :) Inquiring minds want to know!
from kissssy :
I can't believe how far along you are already! Gosh, it seems like I just found out you were pregnant!! I'm so excited for you!
from kissssy :
oh no, dear... it's not locked. Anymore LOL. I went through this "ugh, I'm so sick of certain family members getting offended because I call them closeted..." moment and locked it for about 2 days. Then I decided I don't really give a flying hamster what anybody thinks! It's unlocked!! Hugs and kisses!
from rdhdprincess :
I'm sorry for your loss. Thanks for the candle website, they look great! Happy Belated Birthday, too! Hang in there dear!
from prgat14query :
It's good to hear you had a good birthday, and that you spoke to your mum. I hope the lunch goes well too xxx
from girle :
How amazing! The pics are just amazing! Technology is neat, isn't it?! And congrats again...a boy! How exciting! I don't know how I'd resist buying more and more clothes and things!
from girle :
Thanks for the note! I think I will try the dollar store ovulation tests next time. I did use a walgreens kit this time.
from kissssy :
Hehehe what a cute little letter. I remember kicks. Gosh, what's really weird is now that Zack was born, I STILL feel kicks. Ghost kicks.
from girle :
I'm trying not to get excited, but how the heck can I help it???!!! I'm so excited for you, and I loved looking at your pictures! Some women have said they didn't show until five months along the way, but you were obviously pregnant at 12 weeks. God bless you in your amazing journey! I'll have to add you to my faves so I can keep track...and I'm so excited to know the sex! As you guys are too!!!! Thank you for your note. And I was at the dollar store the other day and they have TONS of starter baby stuff!
from kissssy :
Oh, hun... My miscarriage nearly killed me and I didn't even know I was pregnant until it happened. It hurt so much because we'd been trying for over a year. Then to find out that I'd had one for just a short while before he or she was ripped from me... And, then being told that I could have had several more without even acknowledging it. For some reason, that one was painful. But, I'm told they aren't always. I know how it hurts. But, try just to think of the little one growing within you now. Once that child is born, you'll forget about the hurt. I'm not happy about mine but if it hadn't happened, I wouldn't be looking at Zackary each day.
from girle :
Hello! Oh my, I'm so happy for you...preggo! Someday, we will be blessed with such...I am glad that I found you - another conservative Tori fan!
from kissssy :
Oh goodness, look into a Walmart deal near you! I got a coupon for a picture (which is obviously going to be of Zackary). Free pose. 1 10x13, 2 8x10, 3 5x7, 4 6x4, 21 wallets for only $3.88!! Oh, I know!
from soon2bmomof2 :
sending you some uncrossed leg vibes!!!
from kissssy :
Glad to see you're putting up belly pictures! I LOVE belly pictures! How you feeling lately? The pregnancy going well? :) Thanks for the congrats on Zackary!
from kissssy :
Thanks for the wishes of luck! I'm soooo nervous!! Hope everything's going well with you! Glad you could hear the heartbeat on the doppler. I never got one of those at home ones, so I only hear his heartbeat at my weekly appointments. Hugs! Hope all's well! And, hopefully the next time you hear from me, I'll have a baby in one arm! :D
from nicolerenee :
Wow, I'm so glad I can finally read someones diary and see what I agree on. I''m so totally against abortion as well, I myself got pregnant at 19 and am now married to the father and expecting our second in September. I have read almost all of your diary and I must say you are a strong woman. I admire you greatly.
from btrflylove :
4/6 I'm sorry you're feeling yucky, but yes, it is kind a cool to have that reminder of the amazing thing that your body is going through. I have to second what kisssy said. I mean, granted there's nothing that tells you for sure until the sonogram or birth, but I didn't get sick at all (other than feeling nausious at certain smells). I have two boys. So, I tend to think that maybe that one myth is true. I dunno though. Hope you start feeling better soon. ~cm
from kissssy :
Oh, pffft... People can tell you're pregnant. Well, people that LOOK close enough. I remember when I was only 4 weeks pregnant and everyone I knew kept telling me I was glowing. Of course, I never saw the glow. When, I looked in the mirror, I saw a miserably tired woman who can stomach nothing but bologna sandwiches hehe. Glad things are going well. Morning sickness is a good sign. They say if you have it a lot, it's probably a girl! Sigh. Tis why I was only sick for a couple weeks. Lots of luck!
from kissssy :
Oh my goodness! That's just the most wonderful way to spread the news! And, what a perfect day to tell everyone!
from kissssy :
WELCOME TO PREGNANCY! :D Don't EVER hold it in when you do wake up in the middle of the night having to pee... Preggos get bladder infections much more easily. Oh, and the hunger pains in the middle of the night are going to get worse and worse and worse. My trick? A box of crackers by the side of the bed. You nibble on just one or two of them and it settles your tummy for the night without heartburn :)
from daisygirl86 :
Hi. Thanks for joining the angelmom ring. I know how difficult that can be going through such an experience. Good luck with the pregnancy and I hope all is well right now. Let me know if you ever want to talk.
from kissssy :
Oh, I know what you mean!! It's definitely in the water! Lol, not only am I pregnant, but 3 of my closest friends are too and my sister's due in the next 3 weeks! It's just such a wonderful time to have a baby :) Congrats again, I'm soooo excited for you!!

3/09 Hi. I found your page, I think through a ring link. It appears we have some things in common, and soon will have more in common. Anyway, I'm so excited for you. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for good baby vibes. I'm going to add you to my list so I can keep updated. ~cm
from princesstosh :
Hey, linked to you through Kissssy. I just wanted to say Congratulations on the pregnancy. I'll have you in my thoughts and prayers!
from kissssy :
Good luck on the pregnancy sticking *crosses fingers* It's always such a stressful time... between thinking you conceived and being able to take the ept. I recommend chocolate. Lots of chocolate. It's the only remedy for stress that I've found out works :)
from raw-voice :
i noticed you linked to me as a favorite and when i came over to check you out - i was immediately filled with sadness and hope for you, your husband and your loss. reading things like that really help to put life into perspective.
