Thanks for coming my way! Don't become defeatist or depressed ... it's too easy and can last years. There's a nutty diary called 'thisdiarywillchangeyourlife' also online - it's a laugh to do some of the things they suggest. I'd like to pull ut my credit card and buy a ticket to somewhere I've never been ... Rome perhaps, or Cuba. Travel works. Reading too ... Haruki Marukami's novels drift. 'Dance, Dance, Dance' which I am currently reading is pure escapism.
