So, how's the family. Long time no read, lol. Ethan is almost 6 months old now, man time is blurring by. It seems like last week I was still pregnant. He's trying to crawl now, but he cant get his belly up off the floor for very long. He eats between 4 and 7oz of formula 5-6 times a day. He also has a little cereal in the mornings and sometimes baby food in the afternoons. Cereal in the mornings has done wonders for his spitting up. He had a doctors appt on the 18th and he was 14lbs 7.8oz and 24in long.

I'm doing great. The csection healed very quickly, from what I've heard, I was very lucky to heal so quickly and have so little pain. We've moved -again-. Jeff's got a new job, and everything's going very well.

Hey, long time no speak. How are the babies? Mine is great. He's about 9lbs now(more than double his birth weight) and thriving. He's eating between 3 and 5oz at each feeding. He's a little piglet, lol. I feel like all I ever do is change diaperes, make formula and feed him. I'm fixing to post a picture of him on my diary, if you want to see what a little angel he is :p. Sorry so much about last night.... I am so very sorry, I owe you big time. I went into the ER yesterday, and they concluded that I had a concussion, and while I was waiting for the Dr to come in, I passed out... I guess that steve and my neighbor spent from 4:30pm until this morning waking me up every hour... that must have been fun. I woke up this AM with 12 missed calls, and 15 texts... again Im so sorry!

We had a car accident(not our fault), on Feb 28th, and my bp shot up, and it never went back down, and I developed preeclampsia and it was so bad, they were worried that if I started having seizures, that I wouldn't stop and we could both die, so he was born at 9:32pm on March 7th at 33 weeks 1 day. He's been in the hospital because he was so tiny, but he now weighs 6lbs, and is coming home on April 7th. He'll be exactly 1 month old when he comes home from the hospital. We're really fortunate for him to have finally clicked with his feedings so that he can come home. He pulled out his own feeding tube last night while we were there, and he's done so well that they're releasing him. When he was born he was 4lbs 6oz and 16.5in long. Now he's 6lbs and 0.5oz, lol.

Actually, I had an emergency csection. The epidural was interesting. I hated my legs being numb. And it sucks that I'll never be able to deliver naturally now. Arkansas doesn't do VBACs anymore, because most malpractice insurance won't cover it, so I'm doomed to Csections for the other 1 or 2 kids we're going to have eventually. The csection wasn't too painful. The incision is still a tiny bit sore, but only because my undies rub on it sometimes. Ethan's actually doesn't wonderfully. He's about 6lbs now and should be coming home from the hospital with in 2 weeks.

Pizza Delivery is only good if you work for a decent company. Most companies don't pay mileage, and you're lucky to get tips in some areas. And you're really lucky to get to work for a company that charges a delivery charge, so that you at least get SOME tip money. Meh, can you tell I hate pizza delivery?(Jeff worked pizza delivery for 2 years now, he's just fixing to get out of it) Since Ethan's here we figured he'd need a better job so we're in the process of moving and totally starting over.

We're fighting hard to find an apartment today. We woke up this morning with a note from his mother, telling us that we have to pay half of all her bills, including groceries. Excuse me, but we dont even eat at her house, we eat at work, and at home. We eat like once a day, and that's the eggs and cheese that we buy. They always get pissed because we DO NOT eat with them, and now they want us to buy half their food? And we're never home to use the gas, electric or water. No way am I paying $150 to her, for her electric bill, just because she has to have 12 lights on in one room at a time. She leaves 3 lamps, the tv, the computer, and at least 1 most of the time 2 or 3 overhead lights on at a time. I kept the tv on all day and that was it at my house, and my electric bill was 25 a month, and she leaves all that on and has $300/mo bills. How is that fair to us? You know what I mean? I'm so frustrated. It's such a load of BS. I mean, she even told us we need to start going to be earlier, but then she's going to try and charge us rent and stuff. She's really pissing me off. I'd be totally happy with a 1br for right now. Even though we'd have to live in one for 6 months, it'd be better than living with her. Well, I'm at my mom's trying to figure out somewhere to go, before I go nuts, so I'll talk to you later, and go back to house hunting

We got the deal from a lady in the news paper. We went to check it out, and she was a TOTAL clean FREAK. She used waterproof mattress pads, PLUS waterproof drool clothes, so that nothing would get on the mattress. And the crib and table are IMMACULATE. I mean, there's not a single tiny little 1cm scratch ANYWHERE. They're beautiful. I'm in love with them! I'd be happy with just a 2br because I just want to move. I'd even be happy with a 1 br and to share the room with the baby for now, if we could just find an open place to move. Since the hurricanes, and all the people from MS, LA and TX came up here, we have NO avaliable apartments, and the only things that are avaliable are $700/mo houses that are WAY out of our budget. Jeff was supposed to get a new job at the beginning of the year, but they hired someone else instead, so we're still stuck in fast food. If he would have gotten this job he would have been making $9/hr at least, and I would have been able to quit and stay at home all the time, but at this rate I may have to go back to work after he's born. Hopefully not though. We've got a plan on getting him back to school. That's only if we get an apartment before the baby's born though. We won't be able to afford it if we don't. We're applying to several, several places. We're going tomorrow before work to pick up some more applications for apartments. We've been on one waiting list since two days after I found out I was pregnant. That was SEPTEMBER. I really, really, really feel sorry for all those people that lost their houses, but I wish they would have MORE apartments. I need a place to live too! I mean, I know it's our fault we had to move out in the first place, but now that we're ready to have our own place again, it'd be nice if one ANYWHERE was avaliable. There are tons of houses for sale, but with no credit, it's impossible to get one. But I guess I'm just whining now, lol, so I'll stop! It's really great hearing from you too, and I'll talk to you again soon.

We're looking for a 2br too. I don't care if it only has 1bath. It's a boy. We're 99.9% sure we're naming him Ethan Matthew. We might add another middle name. We're not sure yet. I'm definatly going to keep my crib for my future children. It's a $200 babies R Us crib, PLUS a $150 babies R Us changing table and a $150 mattress, and I bought them all for $100 total. It was awesome. They're cherry wood and everything. Cherry's my favorite. It's great to hear from you! Talk to you soon.

I've got 91 days left, until my due date. I'm getting anxious. We're trying soooo hard to find a place to move to, we really don't want to have to move after he's born, because we have no where for him, or any of his stuff here. My new crib and changing table are in my mom's storage room, because there's no where to put them, and there's no room in the back seat of our truck because it's full of stuffed animals and baby clothes. Plus both the people who want to have baby showers for me, are waiting until we get moved, and I'm dying to have a shower, lol. I'm still addicted to ebay. I keep buying baby stuff, and running my feedback up, so that I can sell stuff after he's born, to make some of the money back, lol. Hope to hear from you soon!

Ultrasounds late in pregnancy are rather inaccurate about the weight, so I hope that's all it is in your case. Good luck on Wednesday! I'm sure you will have a long story to tell us about how it did or did not go. It seems like whenever somebody has to do something in relation to having a baby, there's always something that comes up! Maybe it's because it's so important and therefore, it's easy to remember every detail too. :-)

So now I have two more things. I hope the stroller is a travel system! lol I'm greedy sometimes :p Jeff and I have both had the stomach flu over the weekend and we're both feeling icky! I want a pack n play soooo bad. As soon as I find out the sex, I'm going to put a few things on layaway at walmart, so that I can pay half of it when I put it on, and half later. Last night I was playing the claw machine at Jeff's work, and I got this little green bear, and was messing with it, and they have some of the tags marked "winner" and you win a prize that sits on top of the machine, if you get one. Well, I flipped my tag over, and it was the winner!!!! I won a Bratz Boyz Bike for my sister for Xmas. I'm sooo excited. I can't wait to give it to her!!!!!! I'm dying for my baby to get here. I bet you are too. I'm so happy that you're having the little girl that you want. I should find out in like a month, maybe a little bit earlier, if I'm having a boy or a girl. I really hope it's a boy, and then I want a girl in a year or two. I want my little girl to have a big brother to protect her :D How are you feeling? My nausea and heartburn is basically nonexistant. I'm in my 2nd trimester now, 4 months along. I can't believe it. 5 more months and I'm going to be a mom. Crazy stuff eh?

I'm getting a pack n play, so that I don't have to have a crib OR a bassinet for a while. Monkey is going to probably sleep in the room with us, if we have to get a small apartment and I don't want a big bulky crib in the way. I'll probably borrow my nephews, after he's done with it, once Monkey gets too big to sleep in the pack n play.
I think those baby papasan's are so neat, but I'm getting a lot of baby stuff from some friends, so I probably wont' end up having to buy a ton.
I have my next doctors appointment on November 1st, and then about December 1st, I'll get to find out the sex! I'm so excited. That's only a little over a month from now!
I hope I"m having a boy!!!! I want a little boy so badly. I love little boys. One day I'd like a little girl to spoil, but right now I wouldn't mind having a couple of boys in a row.
I already have 24 onsies that I won off ebay, a koala bear outfit from ebay(all unisex), a blue graco stroller, some baby snack cups(for when she/he's a little older, some teethers, and I"ll have tons and tons of clothes as soon as I find out what I'm having. Plus a play yard, a swing, and tons of other things.
We're so blessed to have so many friends! I hope I get some of those Glamour Mom tops too! I'm going to exclusivly breastfeed, so I'm gonna need em. Even if I have to pump and bottle feed for some reason, I'm going to make sure my baby gets breastmilk.
I'm going to pick out some nice soft towels that anyone can use, and just wash them all in baby detergent, so that I don't have to mess with having special baby towels. And also, dish towels for burp cloths. I'm too bargain grabby to buy towels just for baby, or just burp cloths. I guess that's the bargain hunter in me talking.

I found out my due date at the health department. I have my first appointment on Monday the 17th(a week from tomorrow) and I'll find out in about amonth maybe a bit longer, when it's due because you find out between 15 and 20 weeks when it's due, and I"m 11 weeks and 6 days, as of today.

That's such a shame that you have to pay for councelling. Even though we haven't tried marriage councelling, I've been given personal councelling via the NHS because of my PNI. Although, saying that, I was on a huge waiting list with the NHS and ended up borrowing money from my mum to go pivate for the first consultation and scans, just to fast track. I still ended up going 14 months after the little one's birth before I was diagnosed! I really don't understand why so many things cost money nowadays :(

I had one of those husbands. Then we had a little blowout. Now he goes to work, comes home, helps me with dinner, or takes out the trash, or whatever I need him to do, WHILE he plays video games, plays on the computer, plays with his phone or whatever. We dont' go out without each other. If he goes to play pool, I go. If I go eat somewhere, he goes. The only time we don't go with eachother is if I go out with Ashley or Stephanie, or he goes to Randy's to work on the stereo. We still go on dates and such too.
You guys might need counselling, we worked through it with out it, but it doesn't sound like you guys would be able too. He should be there for you more! Jeff turned into superhusband when we found out we were having a baby. He does just about everything for me. It's really cute.

I'm waiting on my medical card, I should get it in a few days. Then I go for my FIRST appointment. My caseworker is a bitch and taking her sweet time to get me my card.
I find out in 5-8 weeks, if it's a boy or girl. I'm due on April 24th 2006. I'm so excited that the heartburn and such doesn't really bother me much. It just makes it even more real!

Oh hun, I know what you mean - I've got one of those husbands too!! Although, he doesn't go out in the evenings without me, he does go away for a few days at a time with work. The TV, computer games etc etc he does too.
It turned into a LOT of arguing during my pregnancy and now the little one's 17 months old it's started to get better. I do feel that we may have got through it quicker and easier with councelling. It's definately something worth looking into.

Ok, maybe as an exception, but it isn't a curfew: it's just being a nice guy and actually being there for your wife, instead of being an inconsiderate putz. Sorry, I would be a little angry too. Oh yeah, morning sickness is tons of fun, especially right before dinner time. But yeah it's almost over! The heartburn has just started though. And Little Monkey hates bacon and bbq. Two of my favorite foods. I had bacon yesterday, heartburn all day. BBQ for dinner tonight, heartburn all night! lol I can't wait to find out the sex. Not too much longer and I can. I can't wait.

Every pregnancy is different, whether the gender is the same or different from your last pregnancy. One boy can be carried low, then the next one high--same for girls. The fact that you are carrying higher or lower than before has nothing to do with gender. It might indeed be a girl, but I just don't want you to be too disappointed if it is another boy.

Hey! :) The third trimester actually starts at 27 weeks. I just turned 27 weeks this past Monday, so I just started my third trimester. :) But anyway, we have chose a name for our son. We chose like two months ago what his name would be. It's going to be Audric Nathaniel Kulas. :) Oh, and on Monday I will be 7 months! Yay! :) How is your pregnancy going so far? How much weight have you gained? My last appointment was on July 25th (when I was 25 weeks) and I had gained 13.5 total. I don't know if that's good or bad. *shrug* :)

Yep, I just turned 4 months today! But I'm still sick. :( It sucks, but I'm over it. I will be 2 days away from being 18 weeks when I get my ultrasound done. I'll be 17 weeks & 5 days pregnant. I can't wait! Only 9 more days til we know whether baby is a he or she!! =D

HEY! I'm so glad that you got your ultrasound! It's already such a cute little baby, congrats! :) Sorry I haven't been around much, we just moved to our new apartment. :) I can't wait for you to find out whether or not you are having a little girl or not--I want a girl too! I am getting my next ultrasound on June 3 and it's to determine the sex! I AM SO EXCITED! Hehe. I had a doctors appointment and they told me that I lost two and a half pounds, so I was back down to my pre-preg weight. but I got weighed again this week (which is a week after my docs app.) and I gained one pound! So I'm doing good. :) I need to gain more though, so the baby will be healthy! I hope all is well with the baby and I can't wait to see your next ultrasound picture! :) I'll definitely be on more once we get internet at our place and hopefully we can talk more. :)

Morning sickness can last until you give birth. My morning sickness did not go away until the end of my second trimester. There's no way to know how far along you sure except that ultrasound. :) By the way, for your baby registry, Walmart has a large selection of very nice and affordable stuff. I got almost everything at Walmart, and it's all very nice and was a lot less expensive than the stuff at baby stores. I have a Winnie the Pooh travel system, crib, Pack 'N Play, crib set, etc., all from Walmart. Really, save yourself the money. Their stuff is just as good, just as nice, and no one will tell the difference (especially the baby).

Agh. Me and my note leaving! I always forget stuff, but I blame that on being pregnant. =P About what you wrote in your post, "I only passed a little tissue so where is the baby and placenta?" Depending on how far along you were, baby may have been EXTREMELY small so it could have been the tissue you passed. And once again, depending on how far along you were, the placenta may not have even been formed. At my 10weeks3day ultrasound that I got, the baby was still eating from the yolk sac. It had an umbilical cord but the placenta was still forming itself to feed the baby. So you might not have even had yours formed yet! Just a thought. =)

I don't think it's weird that you throw up when you brush your teeth. When I brush my tongue I gag gag gag. I almost threw up last night doing it. Blah! My aunt is pregnant right now too and she could feel her baby move at 11 weeks.. it's her 6th baby though. So I'm sure if you're almost 3-4 months than you could definitely feel baby, since you've already had one! And if you're less than a month, maybe it was gas.. Heh.. I get that a lot.. =\.. Haha. The stuff you eat sounds exactly like what I do, fruit, popsicles (mm!), pretzels, cheese. Yum! I'm getting hungry. =P My AIM name is alovesotruex. :) Hopefully we can talk over that soon!

See, figuring out a respectable time to go to bed doesn't work, because I don't fall asleep. I just lay there. I don't ever oversleep because I never get more than 6-7 hours of sleep. I can't get up at the same time everyday though or I'd end up getting 3 hours one day, 5 the next, 2 the next, etc. due to how hard it is for me to fall asleep. =/ You can feel the baby kick earlier with #2 but wait for your ultrasound to get too excited. I felt my baby, which is my first one, at only four months, probably because I'm slim. Anyway, good luck doing the healthy thing. Even if you don't lose weight, at least it will keep you from gaining too much.

I've been really sick throughout this pregnancy too. I wonder if you were pregnant w/twins? Let me know what the docs tell you! I tried to IM you online but you didn't answer! I hope you feel better! & It's awesome you're eating healthy, I'm trying to do the best I can. :) But, donuts and icecream get me. =P But, I mixed healthy and not so healthy last night, strawberries dipped in chocolate, yum! :)

By the way... if you're hungry... EAT! Health is more important than fat or skinny, and as long as you're eating healthily, that should help you not gain too much weight anyway. :) Remember, snacking on something healthy several times a day is better than eating a huge meal, filling up, and then eating again a few hours later.

You go girl! I love fruits, fruit popsicles, and yogurt, and those are all very healthy foods. You can eat healthy without eating nasty! The things you're experiencing are probably normal; every pregnancy is different, even first and second pregnancies. I'm sure you will find out in time how far along you are, and everything is probably fine in there. Try not to worry so much because stress is not good for you during pregnancy! And I'm fine. I'm tired pretty often and restless, full of thoughts, but fine otherwise. :)

It is okay to snack all day IF you are eating healthy snacks. It's actually better to eat small things several times a day than a few big meals, because that keeps your metabolism going. You burn off more of the calories that you ingest when you eat a lot of snacks rather than 2-3 big meals--especially if those snacks are carrot sticks and apple wedges! I've always had a fast metabolism, and that may be why. I've always been an "all-day snacker" than a "meal-eater," even before I knew it was healthier. I get full really fast, but I get hungry again quickly, too. So, keep snacking all day, just make sure your snacks are healthy, and have your doctor advise you on exercise. Oh, and... there are always those "miracle diet pills" out there that you can try after you finish breastfeeding. *winks* That's what I tell myself whenever I want an ice cream cone... hehehe

Breastfeeding will help you immensely. For one, it helps your uterus shrink. Secondly, the food that you eat will be used to make breast milk, not just to sustain you. That means less will be stored as fat! Besides, it saves so much money. :) Try to eat healthier. Eliminate junk food, and replace it with fruit and vegetables. Try cutting up fruits and vegetables to snack on instead of fatty foods, and try to drink more water than soft drinks. Even replacing one meal a day with a healthy meal and one or two sodas with water will help. Also, exercise is good, too, and it's perfectly safe during pregnancy (especially this early). My vet just told me my dog is overweight, so I'm going to start walking her around the block once a day now that it's warm. Seriously, make the commitment. Even the smallest change can help. :)

You shouldn't have to have her junk cluttering up your house just cuz she won't come get it. It's her responsibility, not yours. I'd donate it or just toss it out. She sounds like a bitch. You should give her a deadline to come get her stuff. Tell her if she doesn't have it by a certain date, you're either throwing it out by the trash or taking it to the Goodwill. You could try asking for her address, packing her crap up, and dumping it on her doorstep as well. If she doesn't pay you the $625 on her own, you could try taking her to small claims court. Don't pay attention to anything she says, though. She seems like a hypocritical back-stabbing moron.

Well it's not letting me add another message to your GB already. My birth mom didn't take good care of me, because she was on drugs, so my grandma took me from her at 6months and raised me as her own kid. Which caused me to think that my biological mom was just my older sister. Then at 4 my grandma/mom adopted me, making it all legal. If you still have the picture I showed you of my family, the little girl about 2-3 in the picture, standing up, I think beside my stepdad, is Kaylee, the little baby I've been talking about.

The link will go to the website of the girl who is trying to get dland members to raise 10k for the Tsunami victims in Asia. She's doing a wonderful thing trying to help the poor victims who've lost their homes. Robin, hey I noticed the notes between you and chic-reviews, and you do sound a little mad. Don't be, you did get a good score, and *you did* just start learning HTML. We do use a lot of the same techniques, but I do have to agree, that yours does look more like a beginner site than mine, and that's not a bad thing, you just started, what 3 weeks ago! You're a pro compared to most. I do get a little more extensive with my HTML and CSS because I have been doing this for years and I am fluent in it like a language. I love your layout and design, and I don't think it looks bad at all, so don't be upset, there is *nothing* wrong with it! Also, the review you got from chic-reviews *is* about design, which includes font colors and fonts! She was just stating her personal preference, however, I do not agree that Comic Sans is a beginner font, no font is, it's just a font! And think about it this way, you don't like justified text or the color scheme on my layout, you would say something about that if you reviewed my site. That's the risk we take when getting reviewed. Remeber the reaction to my "Zombee looking" picture, I didn't realize how bad it was until I got reviewed! I guess I should have listened to you, but see, *I* liked it, not knowing what others would think, boy did I find out!

I'm sorry if you were upset by your review, but it was just my opinion, you don't have to listen to it. But I really DID like your diary, I even added you to my favorites, and you got a good score! The reason I think it looked kind of beginner-ish is because of the patterned, repeating background image, which is common in beginner sites, and so is the comic sans font. But if you like it, that's what matters. I don't NOT like it, I just don't prefer it. I don't exactly know why I liked zombee's design better.. I just did. And as for giving you credit on designing it yourself, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to not acknowledge that you put all that effort into it (and I know how much time it takes to make your own design!) I guess I just wasn't thinking. Anyway, keep up the good work. =)
