thanks for the advice! I've done the anonymous thing once and, generally, I don't feel like I'm having *too* much trouble with the others - but I get what you're saying about how that might go...lemme just say this is giving me new respect for teachers. It's cliche, but true!

Yep, the Long Winters, too. After the baseball game was called for rain and FOX put "Varsity Blues" on, it was easy to go early for PBR and an unknown opening band. It was marvelous. And packed. Kids loved 'em, too.

Not to worry about a Southern accent. I'm from New Orleans, but I've managed to avoid the accent altogether. As a girl, though, bear in mind: a Southern accent on a girl can be used as a major weapon. It tends to reduce Northeastern males to whimpering submission.
