| isn't an hour-long panic attack a long one? Or am I just lucky, and an hourlong is actually a short one for you? I wish I could observe memories detachedly, I'm working on that. My psychologist is teaching me about "mindedness" (I think that's the wrong term, but you get the idea.) It's knowing what you're doing and feeling, but not judging it, just stating it inside your head. It's for anxiety and other things--for example, "Bantenhut is feeling anxious because of BLAH," and then not passing judgement on it. Anyway. And I really like that phrase "like living inside a paperweight," very cool... |

| YES! Manischewitz is great for easy drunkenness. My friends and I call it "church wine," and I guess maybe we feel extra rebellious getting wasted on it. :) And that song, "Something About Us" -- I love that song! Only it makes me sad and reminds me of a jerk. Funny that a song can have so many different interpretations! And that's awesome that your someday wedding song isn't something cheesy or trite. |
