Eh, it wasn't a kick in the balls. Kyle had screwed up his foot some kind of way and was making nasty comments, so I kicked him in his injured foot. He was mildly surprised but was in a lot of pain, too. So I guess that's a bit of a stretch...

Your card certainly made the week even better so far. Im' not sure how you would define "anti-capitalist garage rock " so I'm not sure if Denmark is on the wagon with it. We do have something of a rock revolution with lots of talented names. Mew, Kashmir, Saybia, Carpark North, Tina Dickow, Outlandish (sort of hip&hop rock) and even more. Maybe it's too commercial to fit the garage thing? I put a link in this entry here: http://plume.diaryland.com/streamerz.html to Kashmir's site with videos. Danish delights. Sweden has always been further ahead than Denmark when it comes to music. From abba to cardigan to whatever is the latest greatest. We have a sort of "underdog" feeling when it comes to musical comparisons with sweden. But at least we had aqua!
