Heehee, I tried making out in a movie theatre and made a goal to try it, but unforch we picked Shrek 2 and it was FILLED with children. They just kept coming in until every seat in the theatre was FILLED! We tried kissing for 10 minutes (weird with a grandma and her kiddos next to you!) until I figured that I had an apartment and there were no grandmas there, so we should jsut head there. I'll never be that cool;)

Re: the loud neighbors - I had this RA that was up at all hours partying all the time, so on Saturday mornings I'd blast classical music with my door open at like 7 am. This is such a great idea! :) Gonna be awesome. The t-shirt blanket idea is really just common sense - find your biggest "icon" that you want to include and base your square size off that. To make a bigger blanket you can use the front and back of the t-shirt. We will have to figure out a way to meet and do karaoke. :) I will definitely need the moral support. I wish you better luck than I had when my car got hit. When I had my beloved Red Subaru Legacy, some dick smashed into it while it was parked and totalled it. That car was awesome and in excellent shape for being old and the insurance company gave me about $1,000 for it. Not NEAR what it was worth. I'm still bitter about it, and it happened about 10 years ago. Don't let this happen to you!! ;)

Speaking as a fellow goddess, I would have to strongly recommend yoga. Not only is it the BEST way to be more flexible and fall in love with your body on a daily basis, but its common enough to be offered anywhere (health clubs, junior colleges, dance studios, etc). All else fails, I also recommend crochet or web design, but I am a giant nerd like that. I know the feeling about being one-track with your writing: I feel a lot of the time like I am whining about my friend's actions or doing superficial political analysis. More power to you on the temperance thing - good luck being alcohol free. :)

Oh - and I INSIST you visit the Belgo Noord restaurant. You don't have to book, just drop in. It's at 72 Chalk Farm Road, the nearest tube is Chalk Farm. The food is excellent, the atmosphere's great and the medieval insults carved into the walls always make me chuckle!

Hiya Krissy! While you're in London, do try and see a show at a West End theatre. Get hold of a magazine called Time Out when you arrive - that'll have a full guide. If there's a show you really fancy, but they're sold out when you phone, you should be able to get a ticket from an agency - there are ones based in Piccadilly Circus tube, and in the exit hall of Covent Garden tube - but they'll be more expensive. For food, I can recommend the various eateries in Leicester Square - they range from cheap and cheerful to posh! Sorry I can't be more help with pubs, as most of my favourite old haunts were out in the suburbs where you probably won't be going - I never drank much in Central London, but most of the pubs there are OK to sit down and have a drink. Just thought I would add some thoughts to the whole marriage thing. It does not mean that you are settling down and get a house. It just means that you have found the person that you want to spend the rest of your life with, whether that be raising a family or exploring the jungles of Africa.
