I had to get up in the middle of reading your entry because I started crying. When I read that he still sends you texts and what he said this rage filled me and I knew that if I could get my hands in the little scumbag I'd seriously hurt him. But I'm okay now and I know he's going to get his in the end and besides - you've won. When you overcome your fear of him then he has no power over you. do you still have any injuries from it? you can get examined by a doctor and confide in them... the police WILL listen to you as it is a very, very serious matter. a court case i was working in recently was a rape that happened to a young woman 14 years ago when she was a little girl. she only told the police a couple of years ago. the evidence was her word against his and he was found guilty and will be spending many, many years in prison. hope you think about it anyway...
