This will sound vain. Same feeling of despair and panic is what made me brake out crying last night and have a nervous 3 hour conversation with my sister and collapse in still, hopeless thoughts at 5 am only to wake up at 9 and faint while smoking my morning cigarette. But this is not about me. Friends grow fewer and further with time and realization of a difference and you know exactly what I'm talking about - An endless search for an "outside home" family, perhaps, unjustified guilt for not being more open , for not wanting to go out yet wanting to do something for giving up too soon for not remembering and what seemed like a convinient logic choice may be interpeted by selfishness, a variation of self punishment, an attempt for guilt-filled self-pity soon demolished by the fear to appear weak and unstable, "whining"? It is not.
[fully realizing that by saying so I can't make you feel it isn't, I do not posess such powers.]
And soon as you see how many friends you lost touch with you remember things you wanted to say or share -as oppertunities close- all I can say is that it's a chance for self-exploration, things disappear and people change and nothing posesses the same innocent charm of being a teenager. When was the last time you were exited about something? you fail yourself ahead. As your designs seem not of best quality to you to others they appear as something insanly good, a source of appretiation, wonder, jealousy; think about it. It is not just another webpage or a pretty picture, not for everyone. Think of your stepmom as a person of her own, with issues and problems and depressions. Think about your dad who must be so proud for you getting that job [not the most interesting occupation perhaps but it is the way of grown up life] and your mom who's daughter is perfectly capable of handling 3 kids and doesn't mind at all spendeing $150 on them. Think about the fact that I trust you more than any person here, think about all of this and don't feel guilty or bad for yourself, as it may seem you think that nobody cares it's not true. And if you want to say something just say it without giving a fuck about how will the other person [I, even] would react ar what would happen. Putting yourself first is not a crime. and making mistakes is not either. love yoursef for who you are and not by how many friends you have and how many times you've seen your mom. [you may say it's not my place and that I've never been there but you'd be surprised] And if there's anything you need [as "whiny" as it may be] you can call me. and if you can't, I'll force myself on you. love you.
