Hey, guderian - just checking in to see how you're doing. Long time, no talk. Hope you'll be posting again sometime soon. ~ ND
from alma-a :
Hey there, good to see you back here. I didn't think you would ever update again. Peace - SaintJava
from exhale86 :
hi, yeah i saw it, i think the director is also a porn director that's why it's so umm..extreme, but it does show everything that happened for a fact, that "journey" was told by survivors, german journalists, and everyone unfortunate to stumble into that abyss on earth. If the movie is sad, it doesn't come close to the documentaries of the survivors, most of them are weeping because they saw all they're family butchered. Anyways, thanks for writing back and being interested. I don't think our history is more important than other nations' but what's so sad is that the world refuses to aknowledge it.
from exhale86 :
wow, that's really beautiful, thank you for sharing it :)
from exhale86 :
hi, that's great ur interested in it, Armenia has a most interesting and tragic history (we're rife with it). some cool facts: we're the first nation to exsept Christianity, Mnt. Ararat is located ( used to be all of it) in armenia, we were invaded pretty badly through history but still survived as a nation because we are so patriotic, we were slaughtered and now there r 2.5 mil of us in armenia and 7.5 all over the world. :) this is an ear full, thanx for listening, i'm glad someone knows about us ;) bye
from exhale86 :
wow, r u from turkey? do u know of the history of the turkish and armenian people? i'm just always interested in people's nationalities. have a nice day :)
from exhale86 :
hi, i was just wondering what ur name meant or what made u pick it, u know, guderian? thanx for ur time
from nightdragon :
Well, I don't know about great friends and allies ... Tony Blair, the majority of his cabinet, and the odd pundit here and there certainly are; the rest would have nothing to do with us if they had the choice. Alas, I'm not getting into it. But good work as always, Marty, well done. Give Guderian a big hug from me ~ ND
from emz-secrets :
hey! im back! hows all been? hope you are well love emma
from saintjava :

from dolsch :
It was nice to get a note from you Marty, I haven't felt like making any entries lately. Just waiting for the sun to shine!
from hadassah :
Hi Marty thanks for the note you left me. We must do a chat soon. Hugs, Hadassah
from sroo :
Thank you so very much for your kind words, they lifted my spirits as usual:-) Take care!
from sunnflower :
Hi - just stopping by to say hi and to wish you - belatedly - a very happy new year! You always post such interesting things in your diary that I am bound to be uplifted or learn something.
from nightdragon :
I watched a program on British telly about the 1914 Christmas Truce on Xmas Eve and it was really touching. But the generals on both sides really frowned upon it, and in following years such a thing would amount to treason. Shame ... on a happier note, hope you had and continue to have a happy holiday season!
from hadassah :
Hope you have a great Christmas and new year, sweetie. Your friend, Hadassah
from hadassah :
Guess what marty? My song is being published. Woohoo! Hugs
from sunnflower :
Fascinating entry on the 1500s. Glad I am living in the 21st C!
from nightdragon :
Guderian looks so happy to be with you by that tree. I didn't know about the spy planes called "nightdragons," but it sure implies stealth.
from imaginated :
Thank you for your kind words Marty! I also enjoy my humor and wit... and I'm modest too. Keep reading and eventually I'll come up with something good. (I hope)
from parlance :
Thank you for the kind welcome.

from hadassah :

from marinedream :
Lol, kinda reminds me of my dog at times. Except it isn't playing when it comes to the Fedex guy. She hates him.
from nightdragon :
Thank you very much for adding me and for taking such an interest in my work. I like your work too, some of those poems are quite inventive ... and your puppy dog is adorable. I like how he's the mascot of your page!

Hope you had a nice Thanksgiving Day!

from wherwhenwhy :
I have just realised who it is you look like. Richard Hillman of Coronation Street. You don't have a habit of bumping of old ladies and driving your family into harbours do you? lots of love
from wherwhenwhy :
Bad news on the wardrobe front. His idea of finishing it is kind of taking it apart and not quite putting it back together again. And he is so proud of it to. Men are so strange. lots of love
from hadassah :
HI marty and guderian, Just wanted to drop in and say hi. Hope you're having a great weekend. Hugs
from starfishchik :

from sunnflower :
Hi Marty - I've been having a hard time the last week or two keeping up with my favorite diarists but hopefully I am going to get caught up soon. Thanks for the note. The picture of you and your niece is great. I can imagine her at 5 - darling - and I am glad to see a picture of you - it's always nice to put a face with the diary.
from marinedream :
You ain't no ugly mug! You're quite handsome, and you're right. You don't look forty!

I tried crawling through the screen to get to that supper on your site, but I couldn't- the screen was in the way! It's no fair!!!! :*( Jessie. Have a great night!
from starfishchik :
Thanks for telling me about the differences in Roman Catholic doctrine. Although I found Jorge's beliefs on Mary interesting, I still believe the protestant viewpoint, don't worry. :) I don't think I could put Mary up on high as ground as Christ, it would eat at my conscience too much! By the way, I loved your Christmas story; you're so cruel to your niece! hehe but I'm sure you realize that you're teaching her to trick you someday :P . God bless. ~Brandy
from dolsch :
great story about your present for your neice. Everyone should get a gift like that ..that is so auwful but ends up meaning more than all the rest. What memories she will have. Can't wait to hear what you made her this year!

from hadassah :
Hope you feel better marty. Muah!
from dolsch :
just what is your inspiration for your poems that you write?
from wherwhenwhy :
Knowing my luck if I went to America I'd get shot but I have a funny story about one of my Dad's workmates. He took his family to Disneyland and when they got of the plane at Kennedy airport he was asked about any criminal convictions, the bloke said yes and was immediatly marched back onto the next plane by two armed guards, he had to go home and his family had a nice holiday without him. And what was the offence that warranted such action I hear you ask? He got done for poaching twentyfive years ago. I hope you are laughing as much as we did. lots of love to you and your sidekick
from hadassah :
From lady hannah7 thank you for your note.I love it why do u do that?write me back....

You flatter me guderian! It's nice to know that people actually read my diary. I'll be reading yours too! Have a great day!
from wherwhenwhy :
My Dad got himself another week of work so he is a happy man, I think it was a bit of an extreme length to go to get a holiday, did you read about how managed to end up in hospital?. lots of love
from wherwhenwhy :
I am such a twonk. I was walking home last night when it suddenly dawned on me why you sent the two messages. I thought it was a mistake as in some dime bar moment I've actually managed to send the same message three times to someone and no idea how I did it. So after thinking oops I'm not the only idiot I deleted one and I am really sorry and you aren't an idiot. lots of love to you and your pooch
from sunnflower :
Hi Marty - I think you should spring for a supergold account so you can add a comments section below each of your entries like the splendid life lessons entry. I love those stories.

from sunnflower :
Hi Marty and thanks for the birthday greetings. Your notes are always uplifting and leave me with a smile.
from wherwhenwhy :
Do you ever get that dejavu (speliing mistake in there somewhere, I just know it) feeling when you are talking to someone you know you have had that exact same conversation with them or been somewhere and seen the exact same thing, but knowing that you haven't because you either have never met them before or been there before, but at that exact moment you can remember yourself watching yourself doing it? And I have no idea if that made any sence to you at all and I apologise if it sounds like some sort of insane rambling, but it is very weird and happens alot to me, dreams don't really affect me as I don't tend to sleep alot. lots of love and your name gets weirder with every note
from catsmeow1224 :
OK, I'm all sorts of confused. Are you a Marine, or aspiring to be one? There's lots of Semper Fi flying around in here, but only Navy and Air Force rings... What gives : )
from marinedream :
Aw, that's really sweet!! Yeah, that pic was pretty cute!! Thanks for the compliment on my diary, I've been messing with it for the past few days, and I think I've found something... -Semper Fi, MarineDream
from marinedream :
Yeah, I guess you could say my mom was like that!! -Semper Fi, MarineDream
from marinedream :
Wow, that's powerful Marty!! Wish my mom were a little more like that... -Semper Fi, MarineDream
from wherwhenwhy :
My Dad is a bit like that, he "knows" things. If I'm upset or in trouble. Him and the dog, they both know if I am on the bus home and I haven't told him. He gets "feelings" He was in a house once and never went back because he said something really bad happend there, and we went down a mine and he cried fro two days afterwards for the same reason. It isn't just a mother thing and not all mothers have it. Your mother is a very beautiful women and tell her so. lots of love and take care
from starfishchik :
Your family's war story was very sweet; and a marvelous proof of God's love and sensitivity to His creation. :)
from mojo1915 :
Hello, I hope you had a fun and eventful Halloween. If not, I hope today will be a good day for you. God bless ya! -Jesse
from hadassah :
I'm really glad you like it.
from hadassah :
Hi I figured out how to get my song up on my diary. It's all there now if you want to go check it out. Just rember though that's not the finished product yet!
from dolsch :
your dad is very good looking!
from marinedream :
Yes, he is. Very handsome man.
from hadassah :
ah thank you, that is very kind of you. You made my heart smile. Muah!
from hadassah :
I've been reading more of your diary. Wow, you are very talented marty.I'm having a hard time prying myself away. Incredible.
from hadassah :
Thanks, hon. Your awfully sweet... Winks. Have a good night.
from sunnflower :
What a wonderful story about your father's close call and the love and faith your parents showed in their lives in adopting 3 sibling orphans.
from hadassah :
Thanks I would love for you to add her as a favorite. If you'd like to see what she looks like there are pics of her here and there in my diary. Right now she's at her dad's place but I'll be sure to let her read those two entries of yours. Thanks again.
from dolsch :
Hi agian!, I just read your poem "Distant Stranger". I LOVED it. I felt the raw emotion, of hardships and trials but knowing that you will end up in his warm embrace. You are so talented!!
from dolsch :
Hi Marty, You asked me, as a mom, how you could show your dad how much he means to you. I am sure he knows already. otherwise just be there for him. What more could you give a person than your presence and your company? I look forward so much to a call from my son at least once a week even if it is just to say Hi. that means a lot to me.,By the way please call me Dee.
from hadassah :
Just stopped in to say "Hi" hope your day is going great.
from marinedream :
I emailed you about my dad. Nice poem!! It's really cool!!
from dolsch :
What an insightful story of your dad's miraclous survival of WW II. You must feel so proud to have parents like that and special that they chose you for a son.
from pandionna :
Offend? Your note? Absolutely not. I appreciate the input.
from hadassah :
hi there, I noticed you added my diary to your favorites. Thank you, and I will add yours to mine too.Take care
from pandionna :
Hello, and thanks for popping by! I was against the war in the first place, for many, many different reasons--one of them being that we should have put our resources into getting Osama because the man and his posse actually killed 3,000 people on our soil, as opposed to just talking smack and beating his chest like Saddam. Another reason was that there was no clear exit plan. (Occupancy by Halliburton and Bechtel in perpetuity doesn't count.) I think the whole thing was a diversion orchestrated in a most opportunistic fashion, at a time when people were frightened and angry and just wanted to punish *someone* for 9-11. Not saying Saddam was a great guy. He wasn't--not that the U.S. really cared even the first time around until the rest of the world got on our cases about defending Kuwait. (Bush Sr. initially stated that the U.S. would not get involved in a "boarder dispute" between Iraq and Kuwait.) But the immediate threat was, and continues to be, Osama bin Laden. That was the point to my post. Thanks again for stopping by!
from marinedream :
Wow, that is really cool!! I've never heard about that tragedy. That's a little something like what keeps happening with my dad.
from wherwhenwhy :
I am going to go home, dye my hair and play E=mc2 by Big Audio Dynamite to death or till my flatmates kill me. lost of love
from wherwhenwhy :
Thank you for the birthday greeting and that was a lovely thing to write about your parents. take care and lots of love
from goth-chic13 :
The thankingness is muchly! I finally got around to adding you to my favourites (I'm so lazy.. It's so hard.. Clicking all those buttons.. Then.. Oh what the hell am I on about?) I love your diary! Keep up the good work!
from bushidogirl :
Yo Guderian, I only have been to French Court rooms in an effort to bail you out. You're so Kooky, Hiyaah! Karate Kick and Chop! Bushidogirl
from dolsch :
thanks for the notes and the encouragement. thank you also for recommending the "Lighted Path". I am exploring it a little each time. Your "Unanswer prayer" really says it all. Good thing God knows what is best for us because us mortals sure don't!
from marinedream :
Yeah, I'm a BIG football fan(quite unlady-like but I don't care). I beat him 8-6. Both mom and babies are fine. That'll be cool meeting all your friends! I hope you have fun!
from starfishchik :
Wow, you must have really liked bacon lol. Whoever the author of that prayer was, well they really knew what they were talking about, I guess we all feel the same way when we look back at all of our blessings....
from superlindsey :
Look at the prayer, I did, and I loved it. I have so many unspoken prayers that God has answered, and I am so grateful. I suppose I should tell Him more often.
from bushidogirl :
Love your latest entry unanswered prayers. Blessings
from superlindsey :
That is a beautiful picture. Beautiful.
from missleigh :
Thanks for stopping by the ol' guestbook, Marty. Hope you're having a nice weekend :)
from superlindsey :
Hey there. Thank you for your prayers. I read your story. Adorable. I live in the Tampa, FL area, quite a ways from Key West.
from anniebella :
Hi Marty =) Thanks for stopping by. Very adorable dogie you have.
from dolsch :
Hi Marty, Thank you for sending me my first note. How exciting it was to get someone to respond to me. i have read a few of your poems. How talented you are. I really enjoyed "Master's Plan" It really says so much. We are constantly thinking and doing what needs to be done to get along in this world. Striving to be the best, have the best and wanting it all. All this time wasted. it robbed us of the real meaaning of life which should be spent down on our knees before God. Doing what he wants and listening to him and obeying him. It is so easy to let it all slide until you find yourselve facing the end and wondering why didn't I do more for God, learn more from God and accept all that he has to offer. i say I will and the next thing I know I am enjoying one of earth's pleasures again. dolsch
from sunnflower :
Glad you were happy to see your diary on my list of new finds! As to the petfinder directory on my site, go here - http://www.petfinder.org/tools/featuredpet/ You will need to fill in some info and then paste it where you want it to show up in the change your template section. I really like having the petfinder on Suburban Island.
from marinedream :
That's such a bummer!! I couldn't imagine not serving America!! Hey, looking young ain't that bad, right? I know my mom would like to look younger...
from sunnflower :
You got a mention on Suburban Island today as one of my recent interesting new diary finds!

Cute story, reminds me of the time my older sister and I threatened to run away because our babysitter wouldn't le tus have peanut butter sandwiches. You are a very talented writer guderian...keep it up!!! Much love, athenamia :)
from marinedream :
Lol, just had to have your bacon, huh? Brett is a little shy, but I still don't think he should totally ignore me! *sigh* guys. Everyone's fine. They're getting bigger, and my mom can't wait to give them away. If you don't mind me asking, how long were you in the navy, and long has it been since you've left?

from sunnflower :
I am enjoying reading your latest entries and I am wondering why you don't add a comments section below your entries - it's part of your supergold membership - so folks like me can leave you a comment related to a specific entry. Just a thought but with all your cool lyrics it might be nice for you and your gentle readers.
from veryraven :
Don't sweat it, hon :) I'm just happy someone enjoys my poetry at all!! You're a sweetie, thank you!
from athenamia :
More stories...more stories!! Sorry it took me so long, but I just got around to reading the Beach Blanket story - it was excellent.
from sroo :
Thank you for the note...you are so sweet:-)Hope you are doing well, take care.
from starfishchik :
Your poem was so warm feeling, I love it :) I'm not a big fan of poetry but I like yours anyways! Thanks for answering my q's on realityczech, it's helped alot :) And no I haven't seen Jesus of Nazareth; I'd like to out of curiousity but it's doubtful I'll be able to because my mum would find out about it and I'm not really up to dealing with her griping at me all the time... but who knows, maybe an opportunity will come up for it. Thank you Marty :) ~Brandy
from veryraven :
Thanks so much for adding me as well :) That was very nice of you! And thank you for the compliment on my poetry, I'm glad you liked some of it :)
from starfishchik :
Marty! Your poor pup *sigh* I guess it's not likely Guderian will ever eat dog food again.. But ya know, maybe that's not a bad thing? I have heard that it is good for dogs (and cats) to eat people food so long as it is healthy people food, you know, the kind that most of us humans don't eat anyways hehe. So who knows? Maybe this is good for him! :D ~Brandy
from monstrance :
Well, I haven't heard from you in a while. I just thought I would say hello.
from wherwhenwhy :
Well I defenitely throw tantrums like a child and I,m very good at throwing paint around, but that dosen't quite fit in with the "art sociaties" of this world. I'm thinking they've lost the fun factor and listened to far to many art lecturers, or as they like to call themselves "contextual studies". I can't remember going to a contextual studies college or maybe I did and no one told me. It's all a conspiracy. Well not to worry. lots of love
from wherwhenwhy :
professionals are bad enough but it's artist's that are the bain of my life at the moment. What possessed me to want to ever be one? Hope you are doing well. lots of love
from lightedpath :
Hi There! Thanks so much for linking Lighted Path! I'm gonna put you on the page now! Wee! We are now open!! If I have you in the wrong category please let me know! Thanks SO much for your support!! - Love in Christ! Christy
from starfishchik :
Those kids understand science better than I do. :) Hmmm sounds like you'll be living with that one day at the beach for the rest of your life hehe. Tread marks, sheesh! :D
from bflywishrevu :
Hi! We're a brand new review site and obviously we need diaries to review. So, please come check us out and maybe request a review. Thanks.
from shortstuffs :
I almost fell off my chair laughing! Shame of you to put such a funny thing on your page! LOL! Thanks for your compliment! I really appreciate it! I lost one of my favorite songs though... :( Jessie
from marinedream :
Thank you soo much!! That pic is awesome!! I'm gonna put it on my site, along with some others you gave me. Semper Fi!!
from marinedream :
I can do cold water! Lol, my dad owns a water store, so I have acces to more water than imaginable. That's cool about Guderian. German's are cool. I heard they even saluted one of our ships(I believe it was the Constitution, but I'm not sure) right after 9/11 when it passed by one of theirs. They flew our flag, and some of their sailors were crying!! I would have loved to be there. An understanding deeper than country borders, language barriors, and political standings. The world needs more of that.
from marinedream :
Whoa, you actually survived that? Talk about your tough Navy man! Nice comeback with the crabs!
from athenamia :
No need to apologize for the errors, I didn't even notice until you mentioned it. ;) athenamia
from shortstuffs :
It's okay if you call me your little sister, trust me- I'm a little sister to everyone. Pray for me and Keith, please. For I'm gonna need more strength to convince him that I've changed. Jessie
from starfishchik :
PS: I forgot to answer your other question: when I speak of "back home" before I moved, I mean up in Pennsylvania where I've lived since I was about 8 years old. :)
from starfishchik :
OH MY GOSH I'm so glad you're still alive! hehehe well that will teach ya, sleeping when you should be playing. :P About that thing you wanna start to help educate us on different issues/probs: sounds great to me, I love that kinda stuff. And do tell me what exactly IS the difference between sin and iniquity? I think when I was in AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) as a kid I learned that iniquity meant sin, so I'd love to know the difference; that sorta stuff is important, after all! :) And hey if you're still in pain from your recent manslaughter, hope ya start feeling better :) ~Truly, Brandy*
from athenamia :
I really enjoyed your diary!! There is so much to look at. Thanks for sharing!!
from marinedream :
Kickin huh? Cool!! I saw that pic of Hillary, and I fell in love with it. There was no way I wasn't going to put it up there. As for the tribute, ya'll deserve it! I could go on for hours about how awesome our military is.
from wherwhenwhy :
Thanks for the vote of confidence. That was really lovely stuff you said about me and I am extremely flattered if not slightly embarresed. I'm thinking you may have read far to much into the survey but I am glad you liked the answers. I'm still thinkng about the whole concrete poetry thing and you've got me thinking I might do some sort of project on that. so thanks again. lots of love
from sunnflower :
Yes, I like Pondering and In Your Shadow too. Actually they are all cool - I am so impressed. I am so glad you like Suburban Island by the way. I love writing it. Having an online journal is much more delightful than I would have ever been able to imagine before starting up one for myself (and much more work too). I am really glad you are here at Diaryland and writing with such a positive voice. I plan to keep on reading your diary regularly!
from sunnflower :
I just wrote you a nice long note in your guestbook and your guestbook ate it - you need to turn it on so we can all leave you notes and messages in your guestbook too! I just wanted to thank you for keeping your refrigerator at half-mast in honor of my fallen GE and for your delightful note. Am I correct in my understanding that the great lyrics in your diary that you have written across some nice graphics are your very own personally written lyrics? By the way - what lovely changes in your template!
from shortstuffs :
Wow, I loved your most recent poem! I'm about to post another one. And I'll keep Bushido in my prayers... poor girl. Jessie
from beagle47 :
thank you, g', very much. oh, and Stevie Ray...most excellent taste. write on! peace. (and i really mean that).
from marinedream :

i don't worry about her, she's somewhat of an idiot say the truth. but, sometimes you gotta fight the hillary clintons of the world to get a little peace of mind.

from starfishchik :
p.s. I just recently found out that there's an EVIL starfish! *gasps* The crown-of-thorns starfish is destroying the Great Barrier Reef. *sniff* what a depressing day for me *sigh*. Ah well, I'll get over it I suppose. But talk about a punch in the stomach!
from starfishchik :
Hey there! I have to admit, I am quite distraught and upset with my guestbook host: they deleted your pirate message; how dare they! :( So you can see why I am not too happy at the moment. But ANYways! thanks for suggesting Bushidogirl's diary, it's full of entertaining readings! I certainly hope she continues to write in it. Oh! and I absolutely LOVE that picture you have on your current entry, with the house in Autumn, it's soo beautiful! I'm a bit homesick now because of it (hehe), but it's still a fantastic picture :D
from emz-secrets :
YEAH LOL I READ IT ITS GOOD SHAME SHE ONLY HAS 2 ENTRYS!

Thank you so much for your last entry, it was so beautiful and it gave me peace. Thank you for all you have done for me. Take care.
from starfishchik :
Hey hey! :) I especially liked this one in your entry on what kids say: "I know one reason kissing was created. It makes you feel warm all over, and they didn't always have electric heat or fireplaces or even stoves in their houses." hehehe. Thanks for recommending your entry to me! Oh, and I do feel better now, thank you :) That conversation with the "intelligent liberal" was so horrible I almost don't believe it happened... lol It's just like Dan wasn't even listening to what you were saying, but that's probably true eh? Hope he doesn't get too bruised up. lata. :)

Oooh, I know about Poetry.com the hard way. lol, I never sent in the stuff for the poem they wanted to put in a book. It's a bunch of crap, I think. They want you to buy the book, and everything. Personally, I want to get paid for my work if it's going to be published. Thanks a bunch. Jessie

Hi, It's been a few days, and I thought I'd get back to you. Thank you for taking an interest in my diary, I took the time to look at yours and I think I'm adding you to my favorites (as soon as this newbie can figure out how it works ;-D ) I loved that story about the woman who was pulled over, LOL!
from sroo :
Thanks for the note you left me, it is always nice to have someone on your side:-)I stopped by your diary and loved it. Thanks again.
from shortstuffs :
Wow, I love you poetry!!! Thank you for the note you left me. I'm daily updated my poetic diary, so please check back for more. <br> Jessica
from cornixcaprae :
Thanks. I read in your profile that you also like Stevie Ray Vaughan and the Beatles. That's awsome! I love both of them, and Stevie Ray even saved my life with his anti-drug thing. I never did them, but I may have started if I had not heard him. Anyway, I haven't read much of your diary yet, I am a little busy right now, but I will do it. As for Zep, I never got to see them live, but I wish I could have. The closest I'll ever get is their DVD. :( Mona

Hello, thanks for leaving me a note. I read a bit of your diary. You seem like a pretty enjoyable human being =). I'm glad that you liked the quote. I think that it's inspirational to everybody no matter what. thanks again for leaving me a note. =D hope thigns are going well for you.

Hi - I finally got a few minutes and access again to my DSL. Hurray! I really do like what you are doing with your diary. I like the jokes, quotes, and the positive focus of your you have. I would probably try to find a nice template that you like at http://beautify.diaryland.com/. Nicola at Raging Pistachio does a lot of wonderful free templates and using one of them will make your diary look super-slick fast. This is something I did - I had a bright yellow diaryland template originally. Nicola did a custom template for me and I really am happy with it. I would also add a guestbook. You can get them for free at signmyguestbook. I also think that the help/faq and miscellaneous stuff sections of Diaryland actually do give some good info and ideas about what things you can easily add to your diary like a comments system for example. These are just a few thoughts and I hope they are useful. Glad you are here in Diaryland!

Hi. Thanks so much for leaving me a note. Your survey was a lot of fun and I actually learned something! Imagine that.... Anyway. My baby BOY is due on October 19th, but I will be considered full term September 23rd. We'll see when he gets here, I guess. We are going to name him Riley. (I don't think you're too nosey...if I was worried about nosiness, I wouldn't post a diary on the internet!) :) It was nice to hear from you, thanks again!
from starfishchik :
p.s.: I'm glad you made it through the downfall that accompanied your *ponderings*.
from starfishchik :
Guderian, thanks for signing my guestbook, I found the pirate lingo entertaining :) Sorry it caused so much trouble, I don't like that limited space either lol. Your post (Before) with the Mars background was a little difficult to read but I it was still legable (I just read it since you asked about it), and i have to hand it to you--you are deeply talented. :)
from starfishchik :
Hey Guderian. I was reading some of your posts and I enjoyed them so thought I should tell you so! I love your *ponderings* that you listed. Take care :)
from emz-secrets :
yeah lol thanx you and i will add you!

I am getting on a plane this afternoon and will certainly check in on your diary when I have some continuous web access here. I did visit it recently though and really enjoyed what I read. I like graphics and pictures - I usually add a visual to most of my entries too - so your diary caught my eye right away.
from emz-secrets :

Hi from Suburban Island and thanks so much for adding my diary to your Diaryland Favorites!
from minstrelite :
Hi Guderian. My mother's condition is somewhat uncertain, and we are all in a kind of a limbo. She spent one day in the hospital a few weeks ago, then was returned home pending the results of certain tests which were administered to her on that day. My oldest sister Barbara (who has Power of Attorney) is awaiting the results of the tests, to see if and when my mother will be returning to the hospital, and for how long. I visited her last Monday, and read all of 1 John to her and Parts of 1 Timothy. She seemed to grasp everything clearly, thinking it beautiful, despite a minor degree of mental disorientation. We prayed together and had a generally restful time. Certainly, your prayers are most welcome, and thank you for asking about her.
from minstrelite :
Thanks for your note of encouragement. I pray that the Lord will use you with the songs that you are writing. I try to respond to every note, but sometimes get behind because of a heavy work schedule and a couple trials that are going on, as you may have read in my jounal, those being my mother's possibly terminal illness and my continuing efforts to deal with a recent identity theft. I sometimes don't get to my notes till late at night, but I always pray that they will be an encouragement to the sender. Thank you for your positive comments concerning my DiaryLand ministry, and may God bless you in your ministry of music.
from minstrelite :
Those are very well-written lyrics, and I hope that the Lord will use you in some form of music ministry. Thank you for your note.
