And yes, I've been pleasantly surprised by a boy that actually called when he said he would, but he turned out to be an asshole in other ways. Sounds like some well-deserved closure. I hear you on the acne... I didn't have it bad as a teenager, but in my 20s, it seems to have come out of nowhere. What helped was a cream with retinoic acid in it... I forget what it was called (man, how embarrassing, I'm a pharmacist for heaven's sake!) I'll have to look it up for you if you're interested.
