i know you dont want someone to offer something but LADY! ill be out there for christmas! and p.s. my family loves you AND we have a buncha extra bedrooms... if you get my drift...!!! (i know what you mean about christmas though, when my parents werent around i didnt have anywhere to go for 2 years and it made the holiday so weird. the first xmas they forced me to go to my grandparents, which was WEIRD (they arent really even related to me) and the next year was with ricks family (i think wed just gotten married...) but it was still really weird.)

this is not really enlightening but at work i get called honey hun sweetie chiquita and lots of other things sometimes it makes me really angry like, 'who are you that you're allowed to call me that' but mostly times i laugh because it is just so ridiculous... if i dont like it though i usually give the customer a really weird look and be really unhelpful...but really, what can you do?

do you have a rice cooker? you can buy one for around $20 and you can make so many things just by buying rice/quinoa and vegetables and spices and throughing it all in the rice cooker for 15-20 min. my wife and i have good recipes, but they are meat-free.

Hels, it's ironic that you wrote a wish list today because I was just thinking how you're not a wisher, but a doer. I mean, usually when I see people wishing for things it can make me sad because I know they aren't doing anything to achieve those wishes and therefore pining over the untapped potential. When I think of you wishing though, I get happy because I feel pretty confident that you will pursue your wishes and attain a lot of them. It's so (you are so) impressive to be a doer in this world, ya know. love.

helen, how are you? we will probably talk on the phone soon. last night as i was drifting towards sleep i thought it was possible for me to move to newyork. maybe it is, but maybe not! hope all is well.

helen i think swearing is funny. all within context. but soemtimes without. i know its a stage, but i still think its really funny. also i love all the real girls so much for differing reasons. the director is one of my favorite. i think it really gets relationships you know. sucky relationships. i think if you would watch after you broke up with someone or have had a similiar relationship it would maybe affect you more. also, on the commentary, they say they would think of every sucky relationship that ever happened to all of them. all the bad things they remembered. they would write those down and try to capture that on screen. a lot of it is improv in the movie. and i think its so simple. those are some reasons i love it. and the music. its filmed really beautifully.
