If THAT'S the case...then...the reason it won't work is because you need the code for the player in which to have the audio/video to PLAY in. Hey my computer had like 200 viruses on it, and on Sunday it got to the point of not working at all, so this week I have had no computer while it was being fixed, and even now it won't let my go into hotmail and check my email.
