Thanks for your kind words of a week or so ago; it was great to know I was being thought of from another section of the academe-o-sphere. Rumours continue to flurry and fly but I am focusing on toughing it out. Other parts of the university are being reorganised in far more gung-ho and scary ways, but it's a grim stick by which to measure oneself lucky all the same.
from wildrosie :
Isn't that the truth! I feel like doing the same, until I can get him to finally admit SOMETHING! ANYTHING! And in the end we just walk away...Hugs ~Rosie~
from missy-17 :
hey just wanted to say hi!!!
from wildrosie :
My friend Brian Connolly wrote this: You said you needed to be free, but you forgot to take the chains off me. And somehow I can never be, free of you. Hmm, I think I'll post the whole song to my diary for you darling.~Rosie~
from dinahsoar :
I find your writing delicate, intricate & inspiring. Thank you for the soul you so generously share.
from wildrosie :
Saw your note to mcearstix...so I dropped in. You were gone while I arrived in this place, I'm still here, and I'm glad you've returned.

Umm...I'm sure you've noticed that the picture in your layout doesn't show up. There's an image hosting site that isn't all stingy like angelfire and all those other places. http://www.imageshack.us I want to know what the pictures is!! :)
from o-twinkle-o :

rr. i wish i could help you. i looked at your html and tried to figure out what the problem was, why your text was so muzzy .. maybe a change of font size .. i'll have my resident HTMLgod friend take a look at it.

I definitely stumble in Spanish... but I do know you were asking for chicken, please. My French used to be pretty good. I did my master's at a French university in Montreal. But now that I am back in the English parts of Canada, I have to admit its starting to slip... oh well, such is life. Sparrow.
from straysparrow :
Hi there! Welcome to the bilingual diaryring! i speak French as well as English... how about you? Sparrow.
from o-twinkle-o :

from veterinarian :
I am extremely pleased to inspire you. That's why I have this diary online. It is completely honest and introspective and has helped me a lot. Soon I'll be thumbing through it to get stuff for my applications. Having lived in England for five months, I certainly do love it, but I wouldn't consider myself an Anglophile. I'm just as interested and curious about British culture as any others. Brits and Europeans in general seem to care more about their animals, so I could see vet work here as a pleasant job. Good luck to the both of us!
from fusco :
if only i could think of it as something amusing, but it was more fight club than monty python. *sigh*
from sunnflower :
I think you are right about disorder in our environment creating disorder in our minds. It's always happening to me.
from sunnflower :
