I just noticed that you had me listed as a favorite...have no idea for how long since my members area doesn't always feel the need to tell me these things. Anyway, after reading some of your entries, I had to add you to mine. You have a great writing style and your layout is fantastic. I'm such an HTMLtard, but old age will do that to you. Thanks for adding me so I could find this great diary. Can't wait to read more.

Ahh, but you see, the wild Mustangs are wily. They do indeed have an evolutionary advantage other than herd mentality. Swishiness. Human beings are intoxicated by swishiness. That's why, just as a human points a gun at a mustang who's getting in the way, they are overcome by the beauty of mustang swishiness and get a rope and some oatmeal instead. Never underestimate the power of swishiness.

Horses evolutionarily lacking? The wild Mustangs and the ponies of Sable Island would disagree with you. Domesticated horses, sure -- but domesticated anything - except perhaps goats and cats -- aren't particularly hot at living without human support. They've just grown so used to it. Wait, that sounds like me. That's right -- I'm a domesticated animal.

WOW! I totally agree with you on the issue about everything having to be a racial issue. that is something that really gets me steemed. Everytime you turn around you have Jesse Jackson on your back about something. =)

I'm so sorry to hear about your injuries. I really am. Physiotherapy sucks huge. Hang in there! You'll heal up faster than you think. =) Mind you, that's what everyone told me, and I wanted to slap them. But really, it turns out to be true!
