I do understand where you are coming from.. I am not blaming you or amanda - I am not taking sides and I don't want to pick between friends. I just hate to see people fighting all the time.... there are no winners and everyone ends up getting hurt. I read your entry, and I'd just rather not be associated with people who are friends with her. Believe it or not, I'm not in it for the drama. That girl has caused me enough grief in the past 6 months, and I'm just tired of it. I don't want to be associated with her in any way. I don't know who you're talking about in your diary, but I certainly never harassed her. Ever. The flack she's gotten, she brought upon herself. I never asked her to visit my diary back in December and harass me because I'm a mother without a college degree. I didn't ask her to visit me every few days, and leave nasty messages in my guestbook. I asked her NOT to, and she continued. She only apologized the first time because she was caught - not because she was sorry. If she really had been sorry, then she wouldn't have posted all those things about me and my daughter in haters. Can you blame me for wanting to get all traces of her out of my life? For crying out loud - she called my child a crackbaby with down's syndrome. I never left harassing messages about her ANYWHERE. So, yeah. That's it. I'm just disassociating myself from all of queenpen's friends. I just feel more comfortable that way.

What she did was pretty simple. If you visit any webpage, you can go into the menu of internet explorer, choose view, and then source, and the html code for that layout will pop up in a text file. All the person has to do is copy that text, log into their diary, and paste the code into their template editor. That's what she did with me. She visited my diary, did a view source, and copied my code. The reason I was able to make hers look like that was because she was still linking the faerie images from my diaryland gold account. I simply logged into my diaryland account, and uploaded new images (the thief ones that you see) and renamed them to those original image names. That way, instead of seeing faeries, she and everyone else will now see the thief stuff. Then, so that wouldn't show up on my diary, I uploaded my faerie images again, only with different names, and changed my template to reflect that. There was no hacking or anything like that involved. I just changed my images on my account, and she was linking from them. I know you aren't familiar with stuff like this, so I probably confused you, but I don't know how to explain it any better.

It's SO yummy... And easy! Boil a box of rotini (like the kind they use in pasta salad) noodles (I think it's like a 16 oz. box). Then you drain and put in a baking dish. Pour 2 jars of spaghetti sauce in and throw in whatever else you want (I use Pepperoni, Sausage, and black olives) Mix it all up and cover completely with mozzerella cheese. If you don't, the noodles that aren't covered will get kinda crunchy. Cook for 30 minutes on 350. Very easy and my kids LOVE IT!!!

03/05: Also, I used to be a student tutor, and one thing that hasn't already been mentioned in your GB/Notes is using a ruler or those writing pads especially made for beginning writers. Hunter may feel silly using them at first, but a little work with them with go a long way. With the ruler, place the ruler under the line he's writing on and make a very light line where the sentence should end. Have him practice a simple sentence that should only take one line, and that should make his letters/sentences straight. With the tablets, some have example letters, some you might have to write letters on yourself. But practice with him. It makes a world of difference when a caring parent takes the initiative. Well, I probably won't hate the retreat. Who knows - I may love the speaker. But the thing is, there are no married couples our age going. The youngest is in their mid 30's. We're 23 and 24, and we just don't really have anything in common with these people. We've gone to other functions with them, and from experience, we just feel out of the loop because they are all so much older - you know? I'm sure it won't be bad. I just wish there wasn't such a huge age gap.

We were at the pharmacy recently and when I realized that Kari's medicine was only $10 instead of the suspected $50 I exclaimed "Praise the Lord! God is so good!" The pharmacist kind of smiled and I smiled back but then found myself asking Rick if I had embarrassed him by my proclamation, to which he said, no, of course not, but still I felt a bit silly, I guess. I hate that this is true, but chances are if you give up a black child for adoption he or she will spend the next 18 years in orphanages and foster homes being molested. But there's a waiting list to adopt white children, so maybe that's an option for some people. Plus, you can't expect rape victims to further traumatize themselves by having their rapist's child.

I know you will be able to improve your parenting skills because you want to. The best way to do that is to think about what you honestly wish you had gotten for a parent and incorporating that into your parenting style. Also keep in mind that a little yelling is not gonna perminately harm your kids as long as there isn't emotional abuse involved. Telling a kid quiet down is no big deal. Good luck.

I understand that so much. I was pregnant at 18 and opted not to have my child. I am 27, I have a very good job, I have a night job that was to pay for our wedding, my sweetie is almost 30, he is secure as well. It is just we just bought the land for out house 3 weeks ago, the land isn't paid for (obviously) and we hadnt even begun plans for a house we wanted to pay the land down first. I am glad I waited but I am still so very scared. I know the universe has a path and a plan for me and I will be ok.

I am doing the points system - not always successfully, mind you. I've done WW before - exchanges, fat and fiber, points - and I think I like points the best, although I did pretty good the time I did exchanges. Points are much freer, though (and therefore more forgiving;)

Yeah, I know. I thought about not getting his car out from the tow company at all until he is allowed to drive again, because if he doesn't have his car then he can't drive. But it would be way too expensive to do that, because they charge like $15/day to keep it there. Sooo.. I went ahead and got it out, and his mom took him to work today, and I'm picking him up. Hopefully, this realistic fear of going to jail will open his eyes. I give him rides anywhere he asks me to, so he has no excuse to drive. I just hope he doesn't get bored at home one night and decide to take a cruise around town or something.. Just keep your fingers crossed! (and LMAO at the tongue ring quiz!)

i find that playing in the rainis very relaxing ... it isn't raining here anymore. we got about 3 to 4 inches yesterday .. i can actually say i enjoyed the rain ... its a lot better then snow.
