maybe you all ready went to NYC? I am sorry I didn't check my notes earlier. I would recommend iridium on like 51st and broadway or Smoke on 106th and broadway. It depends what kind of music, though... I like to go downtown to threeofcups for some metal, or some random karaoke like amateur night guitar action. That isn't something your musician husband might be interested in, though.
from raven72d :
Do update. I like your entries.
from raven72d :
Well... I suppose laughter is a good thing.
from raven72d :
I hope you're well... I enjoy reading you.
from almostsweet :
Thank you for the note, and most of all for the kind words! I have been neglecting the interweb, for the most part. However, sometimes I try a bit too hard at www.winglike.com. Other times I am just not funny, but disgustingly angsty and drippy at ivich.diaryland.com. You can teach me a thing or two (or more) about being haunting, but smart.
from raven72d :
I hope the summer has gone well.
from childofgaea :
hey! sorry you came upon a dead end. I changed diaries that's why... drop me a visit: http://childofgaea.blogspot.com
from raven72d :

from raven72d :
What kinds of choices are you facing?
from raven72d :

from happyrainy :
Hey sis. your thanks link to lex works takes peeps to MS.DICKS.com. While amusing, I suspect you don't know. Love.
from karmicenigma :
Just like our education system....the minute you start thinking outside of the box, they start teaching you to go back in....
from childofgaea :
hey knock-first, you were a courageous child. you did well to submit your masterpiece un-altered. That was the moment that saved your artist soul! Kudos to your strength! I applaud you for that! your teacher, i pity her. i wonder how many other souls she killed who were not brave enough to submit their masterpieces un-altered... Shing www.shing.tk
from lillyriver9 :

from beagle47 :
knock, knock. "Thanks from all of us who weren't left out in the cold..." hoping it's all fun and sun from this note forward. ;)
from a-iphigenia :
I really wish I could say what I said in my last entry to that person in my daily life. Unfortunately, its not my fight to pick, which leaves me spoiling. But ooh, I must say it felt good to blast it out a little here. :) Diaryland has been so erratic lately, sorry to have taken so long to answer back. I live most of my life over at Livejournal but diaryland is my secret spot where I really let it out.
from karmicenigma :
Amen to your latest entry.
from a-iphigenia :
Back, was just distracted by a flu that turned out to be a pregnancy. :) I suppose I could think of a more elegant way of putting it but we are happy nonetheless. The link worked. Locationwise, I find the air over at Livejournal very good for my health. :)
from a-iphigenia :
Maybe the girl who would set the world on fire needs to be stirred up from the embers a little. Perhaps she is now a woman, a little harder, a little firmer, but all that comes feathers of gold....
from real-lies :
I really like your diary. You are a great writer. H x
from childofgaea :
I enjoyed reading "for amanda". I was just browsing around and found your journal. I hope to read more when I have the time. Shing
from karmicenigma :
Thanks for the nice note. It's always nice to know i'm not the only one who feels the way I do about things. We really should meet up one of these days. Let me know when the guys play and maybe now that we are more settled we will be able to come out....
from karmicenigma :
Your last entry really hit a nerve. I experienced the same thing, and was lucky enough to find someone who loved me unshowered without makeup. Your writing is always so truthful and well said...it's moving. Thanks for that.
from sicknick :
the entry "for amanda" was just what i needed today. it gave me goose bumps. thank you.
from raven72d :
I will have a set of neatly bound journal entries and notebooks. My letters to the future. And if ever I publish-- a book or an article is like a child: a message to keep one's memory alive.
from luciangrey :
The whole world needs a lesson in common courtesy. You.have.not.been.forgotten.
from iwaswalking :
merci! glad you enjoyed it!
from raven72d :
And I'll be reading along now that you're not merely serendipitous, but a site to be sought...
from raven72d :
You're a serendipitous find...and brilliant writing and images...
from karmicenigma :
She won't give up custody because she wants the child support. It seems kids are worth money these days, as sickening as that is. Hopefully the courts will give her temp. custody and then they can spend the next 2 years fighting it out....sad, sad, sad...
from luciangrey :
In Germany - I was in Frankfurt & Neubruke, uncertain entirely of the years. ... I do not know who did the picture on my template but the digital art was easy enough - the collaging. I have made a thousand like it. I have a portrait - drawn by a dear friend, always been something of the sheepish about showing it around however. It may amuse you. Not many really have a good perception as if to what I look like.
from karmicenigma :
Thank you for your kind words. I do not ask this often, but my heart is hurting, so I must. Please say a silent prayer for a scared little girl in Mississippi. And thanks a million times for your support...
from luciangrey :
I moved to Germany when I was four, lived there for four and a half years. ... An artist eh? ... I can send you the digital art template, should you like to alter it. I am always shopping for new ones... I do not quite look like the man in the picture, just his MOOD is identical to mine. The way he broods. - And I would never wear black jeans.
