1st of all, thank you for writing. I am reading. I understand what you mean about the magic of some people's love. When my grandpa was dieing, my grandma visitted him every day. she woke up, showered, dressed, and went to the hospital. She spent her days by his bed, reading, adjusting his pillow, stroking his hair... caring for him and loving him. I, too, was amazed, awed, and touched by this true love which had lasted 60 years. She is still in love with him and always will be... but true love is not the exclusive property of heteros. In fact, I believe that very few are willing to work hard enough to enjoy that kind of love. Here are the ingredients: patience, love, hope, and faith. We are all capable of feeling these but few have the courage to BE them.

That was a very touching entry. I need that wonderfulness fullness of being, too. I have nothing now, and the wind is a different canvas. I am enjoying flight. But this is new for me, after being the beloved, and no longer ... now, I feel reborn. Lost, free, curious and left to my own devices. ps. Yes, you do have readers--update!

Hardly incredible. I have never had such a thing as an orgasm, and so have done very much the same, ever so often. Is it wrong to confess it a few minutes later?
By the way, my dear, I think you should know that I should like to marry you, should the opportunity arise. I can see myself falling asleep on your shoulder. It's a compliment, really.

HA! You're wrong! I watched "The Philadelphia Story" several times, I own it now. At no time does Katherine Hepburn say "the calla lillies are in bloom", she does however say in drunken denial, "my aren't the flowers pretty". Gawd, am I this bored? Yes. I even watched "Bringing Up Baby" again, love that movie, just in case you thought she said it there. Nope. She says the line several times in the movie "Stage Door", but as far as I know, never used it again in any of her other movies. Don't mess with us movie-whores :P

Oh, most definitely. Just let me know if and when you're coming through! (And in semi-reply to your previous note, I love both Fred and Connor. I don't know why it is, but the characters in Angel seem so much more real than the ones in Buffy. But Fred in particular is rather familiar...)
|
| from

a Fred fan, eh? on ANGEL. Myself..a big Vincent Kartheiser fan. He's like the next anti-hero and as Connor he seems to add a new edge to Angel. Although, I wasn't that smitten with the Cordilla & Connor storyline. Especially, the sex scene (however, Charisma Carpenter was pregnant during that scene..so that might have been the problem) Usually, anything Kartheiser is in he can deliver. However, it doesn't mean he can save the movie..like LUCKYTOWN.
The writing of the show to has really savored. Lots of twist & turns this season.

you do NOT like politicians. They remind me of Miss Pryce, and she gives me nightmares. Can Joey Jordison join the takeover of the world? He is a fine example of proof that being small does not automatically make you a Hobbit, or indeed lesens one's gorgeousity. What a fabbo word. Unlike fabbo, I do apologise profusely. It's a lesbian jungle out there, my friend. I have to hunt through the wilderness to find a man that I like. And, lo and behold, there is STILL no - one. Bugger. I hate Alan Smith. He is a whinging little shite. By the way, as I know that you have no bloody clue who he is, I will tell you. Happy 100th entry! :) -- I know what you mean about Good Omens. It's all perfect in my head and to see the movie would surely contradict the hilarious scenes in my mind. I'd still watch it though..I'd have to. ;D

Wow. I noticed I was on your list of favorite diaries and wandered over to read yours. And I am quite impressed. Beautiful imagery and writing. (And being a fellow Pagan just makes it all that much cooler.)

That's a barrage of imagery, darling. Can't wait to see where it goes. Am at 25k and huffing like a pregnant rhinoceros. Think I should post the first chapter in rank imitation? All my love springs on Slinky (tm) feet across the Atlantic to your bonnie freckled nose. Kisses

Aah Lady Vivienne, there are times in every woman's life when she must buy herself some frillies. Lady Marmalade was your muse for such an occasion? Nice~ I am sure you look exquisite and inticing. Whom ever delights in this endeavor is indeed extremely lucky!

Why Lady vivien it is so nice to make your acquaintence! Thank you for adding me as a favorite... we share a power song! Which I too discovered yesterday, downloaded and loved! I actually downloaded about 16 songs from Imogen Heap... If you would like, I have all of Tori's cd (pending the release of the latest) and can burn you copies of little earthquakes or any other one... just let me know... Have a beautiful weekend!
