I have just graduated university and have moved home and in with Adam. I think on you too sometimes! Hahaha. Amy gave me a sleeping pill once, and I reportedly hallucinated and would answer any question she asked, so she asked probing questions and then got mad at my answers. Then Amy took one once, she got crazy like, asked me for water, so I got some for her. Held her up, helped her drink. Then I started to walk away, and she motioned for me to come back, so I did, and she spit the water back in my face. Then laughed and laughed. And when she woke up she swore she didn't do that and that I was just making everything up.

I know, the layout is a little confusing. There should be a small button towards the top that says "Submit". Make sure you're logged in. When you click on it, it should show all the categories you can submit to. If you still have problems, email me with more details and I'll step you through it. It's such a fantastic site once you get used to it, you'll love it ;)

dat's a beeeyoootiful photo :) (seriously) .. jas had the nausea thing from day one til day of birth. she was spewing as she was pushing. not nice. admittedly, she didn't look for a natural remedy - but there was not a thing the doctors gave her that made her feel any better. as for a present .. maybe a voucher to get the bub's feet done in plaster or something? there's someone in brisbane (or sydney!) who's 'thing' is taking photographs of the sunrise the day the baby is born (ie, he takes photos every morning and will sell you the one that you need). Jas had Mia's feet done in plaster & gave them to mum & i for christmas .. seriously, one of the best gifts EVER! She has one for herself too. *mwah*

We both know that those one in ten odds mean this isn't some obscure disease that will never touch our lives--it means that almost every woman will know or be related to someone who has breast cancer. I really do hope that they find both prevention and cure in our lifetimes. It would be sweet, indeed.

In my opinion, it's good to worry what the critics say. It's that little bit of edge that keeps an artist on her toes. It shows that you're willing to achieve your goal. I was terrified when I had to go in for my college portfolio review. I didn't want any harsh words about my babies. But it worked out fine. Just remember that these critics are the ones who want to help you learn, not the ones who want to knock you down. Best of luck!

thank you, lara. your words always mean so much. my friend took twice the lethal dose of tylenol, slowly over the course of a day. it was late at night before she started coughing up blood and another friend forced her to the emergency room. she's been in icu for three days and as far as i know, will be there for another one or two days. she's fully conscious, and fully alive.

Did the doctors have any idea what it was that happened to you? That is absolutely terrifying about the water, but that could very well be the case. I am glad you wrote about it. Other women might not know about things like that and should be aware. I saw something like that happen before and it was very scary and appalling. You and Gargy made my trip to Australia Zoo soooo much fun. I mean, not only did I go to The Holy Land a.k.a. Australia Zoo (thanks to Steve Irwin many Canadians are convinced that all Australians go around poking snakes in the butt and say crikey alot) ... hey, I got to meet two very cool people AND score MASSES of junk food! Hey, that happened to me. The getting locked out in a towel thing. Except I was locked out in the hallway of a college dormatory, and it was freezing. I had to send one of my neighbors down to the front desk so that a complete stranger could charge me two dollars to let me back in.
