Tae-Bo had minimal jumping around, I think...Yoga is always a good choice..I know what you mean, about feeling like a cow jumping around, I hate it..I just ordered this new gazelle machine...no floor impact, really quiet...I can't wait. I'm from Indiana too. teehee.

A pacer is one of the two types of harness racing horses, the other is a trotter. Pacers run with both legs on the same side in synch. Indiana is the Pacing capital of the world.
Maybe I was meant to be from Indiana.
