I picked up the heel inserts, the whole foot ones were almost twenty bucks! I'm gonna check out the doc martens website and see if they have any accessories to help out, maybe they have something even better than gel, made specifically for my boot. I've had those boots for two years, there's barely a dent in the soles from wear and I still feel like my feet are being licked by a thousand underage asian hookers whenever I wear them. Good stuff.

No matter how bad it gets with this roommate of yours, just be thankful she doesn't sit at her computer naked and type or think she's a double major because she takes liberal arts and major classes. In my personal opinion, I'd much rather deal with some negativity than the last roommate I had playing dream phone and such. Community living stinks if you're living with the wrong person. But I guess it's easy for me to say since I'm completely happy with my roommate this year. *wink*

Thanks for replying. I was thinking the same thing. Her parents trust me a lot, and I feel like that could all turn around if they found out immediately. The girlfriend's not thinking about telling them very soon, but probably after the semester is over. She said wants me there as support, but I'm a little afraid. She's telling her mom first because she thinks she might be more understanding than her dad. I don't know if you remember me writing awhile back how her dad's dating policy is "no girls and no n****rs." That scares me a lot. She told me this before we got involved. I love her, and I want what's best for the both of us. I don't want us to make mistakes that kill our relationship because our parents will try to not let us see each other. It sucks being a legal adult and still living with your parents part of the year. I love the freedom that I have at school. I'd go nuts without it.

Punchline have been opening for a lot of bands lately. I think they're on tour constantly. They're very local, and most of the guys live like fifteen minutes away from me. The guitarist you're talking about is probably Steve. My one friend basically stalks him and wants to pounce on him. She even knows where he lives and stuff, but really has no personal connection with him other than random BS at the shows.

Hey, read your brunchclub entry...wow...I guess i was a band geek from way back when too, i played trombone didnt hack it moved to clarinet got kicked out for not listening to the directors (i love jazz and swing and goodman in my head and a clarinet in my hands wasnt a good combination in band where its all about following whats on the page) I learned piano on my own and then abandoned it...But since i was little ive always dreamed of playing classical cello (ever since i heard canon on strings actualy) and then when i realy got into the jaz and swing scene i wanted a standup bass...dreaming of musical geekiness is grand...well great post at BC

I guess it depends upon the content of your diary whether or not its a good idea to have it online. I went through major hell recently, could get into serious trouble because of the things I write about. Me & a girl I met in Diaryland became friends, did some partying... I emailed her a messege full of crackheads and mischief, which somehow her grandfather read and he emailed me threats. I dont know if he found her diaryland site, he could have read through my diary, he could have the FBI coming for me right now.... good thing I got an alias!

Thanks for liking my note so much. It's funny, what you said in your diary, because my best friend and I were discussing today how we like simple little pleasures. Like the lines in a Courtney Love song; "The sky was made of amethyst. And all the stars are just like little fish." She said she loves me because I appreciate lyrics like that. It's just nice to relate to stuff like that and then be able to relax in mere innocence and contentness.
