Yipes! I remember when I broke up with Eric - the long time live-in boyfriend - I vowed to stay single for one year. I think I was single for approximately 35 days before getting involved with Chris. [shrug] What can you do? When you want 'em, you want 'em. However, the Universe got me good after that. Chris & I were only together for about three months... and then I was single for THREE YEARS! So - just follow the road. Don't fight it. If it feels wrong, don't force it. But if it feels right, don't force it the other way. My friend Eileen says, "You plan, God laughs. Just wing it." Oh, and don't worry about the class. It will always be there for you to try again if you really, really want to.

Cuz, it was on, but I was [ahem] kinda flipping back and forth between that and Queer Eye (it was at the end when they review him - I couldn't miss that!) and I saw some other people trying the chopsticks, so when it looked like they were going to be on them for a few minutes, I flipped back to Queer, than back to the chopsticks. So maybe you were on for a split second and I missed you (very possible) or maybe they didn't show your attempt? Damnit!

Truth be told, no... I don't have long nails. I'm good at growing them (my Mom's genes I think, strong thick hair and strong thick nails), but I keep them trimmed short because if they're too long, it hurts when I draw (pressing into my palm) and also you would not believe the grunge I can collect under my nails within a half and hour. I mean, I can be sitting there watching Oprah and doing NOTHING ELSE AT ALL and I'll look at my nails and little mushrooms are sprouting in the dirt wedged beneath! It's surreal, i tell you!

Well, remember - the only reason I'm getting off BC is because the hub had "the cure."
