wow, poor girl. Thats just awful about your doctors. Don't feel bad, most of my doctors were muslims, and now I have a new Philipine GYN and she cancelled my appt. last Thurs. due to the hurricane we had. I have been really sick. I have to wait until Oct. 6th now and of course husbands don't help. You have to take care of yourself and I wouldn't advise you to work out. If you lost weight you must be blest cause someone is watching over you, so take it easy and put your trust in the Lord. Maybe you can call your pharmasist to give you something to calm you down or call your insurance carrier to help get you emergency advise. Good luck!

sounds like you are either under a lot of stress and also need to change your diet. I don't know for sure, but i wore a heart monitor when i was 36, right after my dad passed away. I had an irregular heartbeat. With proper medication and a little TLC I no longer had the problem. Your doctor will take an EKG and some xrays of your heart to rule out bad stuff. Take care of yourself and good luck to you.
