Hey..not sure if you remember me or not. Was catching up on some of my favorite entries and saw your pic. I hope I'm right on this but have you lost some weight since I was reading you last?? You look great!
from wifemotherme :
Have a very Marry Christmas and a Blessed new year! I hope your feeling better soon
from maineland :
Oh no! Emergency gallbladder surgery??? I had mine removed as well (though scheduled) and it was terrible. My first surgery ever and it was... well.. terrible. Hugs and hugs (but not where it hurts) to you!!!!! (I've been wondering where you were!)
from sunstarr :
M I C H E L E..... and yes, I'm picky! (but i still love ya!) heh heh
from sunstarr :
ok... you're gettin' closer...you took out the "g" when you signed my guestbook, but ya put the "h" in the wrong spot hun! LOL... you wrote: exauhsted but it's EXHAUSTED. Try saying it like this in your head: X-HAW-STED. That might help you to put the "h" after the ex. It's ok. Your brain has been fried from all the illness. I don't hold it against ya! *hugs*
from sunstarr :
First, I have to tell ya that I love ya girlfriend.. you know that right? (In a fellow sisterly way) I am tryin' to help ya here... and I'm only sayin' this cuz I've seen this mistake over and over again in your diary. EXHAUSTED. There's no "g" in the word, Sweetie! Just thought I'd let you know! I do hope that you have a speedy recovery! Drink gallons and gallons of water and take lots of vitamins! *hugs*
from sunstarr :
hey, girlfriend! I like the new 'do! I love the photo of you that you have on the right hand side of your diary page. Your "webcam" photo. It looks really good; frames your face. The photo where you have the top of you hair pulled back looks nice but is not quite as flattering as your hair in the other photo! (Even my husband agrees if that means anything!) hope you have a great day! (i got to run from a hurricane this weekend!) *hugs*
from vampypoet22 :
Ok.. let's try this again... i sent a note before, but for some reason it didn't go through... LOL!! Hi!! Thanks for the note... i always enjoy reading your diary... love the new look, and i love that cute little blockquote thingie... it looks great!! Glad you liked my layout... Take care, ttyl, bye!!
from sunstarr :
I hope you're not getting sick of me leaving you messages! I just have to say.... I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE your new layout. The format is really the best part. It's not so much about the graphics (though these are great!) but the way your text boxes are laid out, etc. Kudos! Keep up the good work and I may have to employ you to do mine! ;-)
from sunstarr :
Two things that can help you the next time you workout in order to avoid that incredible soreness that you're experiencing: 1) S-T-R-E-T-C-H... I own the Firm series and for someone like you (who is just getting back into the exercise routine) they do not stretch long enough. You should do a solid 10 minutes of stretching until you are very used to the workouts. Once you're able to make it through the entire 58 minutes, then you can do a lighter stretch at the end. 2) Eat bananas and/or take potassium. This will help. Also, don't go too long without working out. I know you're so sore that you can't do much right now, but try to do some yoga or if you have a video that is stricting stretching, I'd at least do that for a day or two and then get right back in to it and workout. Don't beat yourself up... 31 minutes out of 58 is pretty good! You got through 50%! Stay steady and keep consistent. Before you know it, you'll be whizzin' through all the workouts and feelin' and lookin' great! Keep at it. Make it a habit like showering, brushing your teeth and sleeping. Make it part of your daily routine. (eventually; I exercise 5 days a week but for you I'd start with maintaining 3 to 4 days a week consistently before trying to tackle 5 days.) Oh, and keep drinking water. Stay hydrated! Here is a great website that has all kind of great info: www.tamileewebb.com Take care! I'm thinkin' of ya! *hugs*
from sunstarr :
"The Notebook" was stellar. Superb. Fantastic. Great. Wonderful. Excellent. Terrific. Etc, etc, etc. I just warn you though... bring your Kleenex or wear waterproof mascara!!! *hugs*
from rdhdprincess :
Hi Sweetie, love the new layout! Good luck with The Firm......I'm afraid of it! Ha!
from sunstarr :
Jennah... although the new layout is pretty cool, I really really really really really really really really (is that enough reallys?) liked the previous layout. I know I'm but one woman, but what I can I bribe you with to go back to the last layout??? Puh-leaaaaaase go back to the previous layout!! :-) Either way, I still love ya, girlfriend! heh heh

hello. i saw your link on the love-online ring and i was wondering if you would like to join my diary. it's a place for people who are involved in online relationships to write their feelings and support each other and give advice.

Hello Jennah, I've been lurking for awhile now and wanted to say hello. I used to read your diary regularly through my old username until about a year ago, before you got pregnant and you had locked up for awhile. Just wanted to say hi and that I always look forward to your updates. :)
from sunstarr :
I was hoping that I still had your email address cuz what I want to write to you is gonna take up some space. So, I apologize upfront for that. Anyway, I want you to know that every sentence that I write is written with care & concern and not judgement or harassment. Having said that, I want to point out the biggest reason why you will not lose the weight that you want; You do not have a No-Fail Environment. Chapter 6 of Dr. Phil's book deals with Key #3: A No-Fail Environment. He writes: "You can't eat what's not there. When you reduce your exposure to food, you program yourself against out-of-control eating and make it practically impossible to fail at weight loss. This key unlocks the door to external control. External control means that your environment---places like your home or office, anywhere you see food, think about food, store food, prepare food, sneak food, and eat food---is safe from problematic foods and reminders to eat. With external control, food is out of sigh, out of reach and out of mind." And that's just the first two paragraphs. I'd write more but I'd prefer to do it in email. So the point of all this is NOT to make you feel badly, but instead to allow you to realize that so long as your husband is not on board with your eating and your food choices then you WILL NOT SUCCEED at losing weight. It's that simple. Really. Anyway, I'm here for SUPPORT and not to critize. I want nothing more for you than to see you reach your weight loss goals. And, if you can't afford the book, go to the library and check it out! That doesn't cost anything. In fact, some of the bigger, nicer libraries often carry popular books on cassettes or CD-roms. Ok...stepping down off my soap box! :-) Take care and good luck. And, feel free to email me! *hugs*

Look at you! You are absolutely beautiful!! I'm absolutely loving your diary, mostly because thoughts of babies and family are running through my head and this is such a wonderful diary! I hope you're keeping a paper version of this because once the baby's my age they'd love to see it!! Good luck and congradulations!
from harakiri :
Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!
from rdhdprincess :
Hi Sweets! Sorry to hear that the ultrasound didn't go as well as you wanted. At least you got to hear the strong heart beat, right? It will all be okay, sweetie. Big hug!
from harakiri :
How did the sonogram go?? Also, what's the difference between a sonogram and an ultrasound?
from raen :
I hope so! I've tried for four years to lose the weight, but I've actually gained. :( I can't stick to any diet or exercise routine. I always give up - sometimes before I begin. I'm totally hopeless. Someday...someday!
from raen :
You totally blow me away. I haven't caught up on every entry yet, but... I dunno. You were trying so hard to lose weight, then discovered you were pregnant and were very happy about it. Me? I would have been suicidal to the point that I couldn't have been left alone. I'm not making a joke either. Soon after my son was born I wanted an IUD because the pill was causing bad problems with my system. Between the time I stopped the pill and my planned date to get the IUD (which never happened due to the cost), I got pregnant. It was just one of those things, you know? Well, everyone thought I had mono when I was so tired I literally couldn't rise out of bed. They finally convinced me to go to a doctor and he told me I was pregnant! My first impulse was to strangle him, because he was congratulating me, but I held back. The hardest part was acting like nothing was wrong in front of family that were waiting to hear the results of my visit. All I could think of was jumping from a building or running out in front of an 18-wheeler on the interstate. I was just that scared that my husband wouldn't agree to an abortion - he's the breadwinner while I stay at home with our son so if he didn't pay for it, I was screwed and I knew his mother would have been overfuckingjoyed that I was pregnant again. I couldn't bear it. Luckily, thankfully, lifesavingly, he had no problems with me getting an abortion and it was all done quietly with only one family member involved because she had to drive me. -- Anyway, it's just so amazing that a wrench was thrown in your plans this way and you've happily accepted it. You're simply incredible! My life would be over while you've made it a much anticipated plus. Good luck in everything. I hope it's a big, healthy, happy girl for you. :) Take care of yourself - Raen
from harakiri :
I'm not gonna leave diaryland, I love this place and certain people too much :) I think my pregnancy hormones let this whole Andrew and the supergold features thing get to me a more than it usually would have.
from soon2bmomof2 :
don't you love it when that happens??? for me it's not very often, but i love it when it does.
from soon2bmomof2 :
thank you very much :) I had many opportunities today considering I spent the entire day with my mom, yikes. But yes I will tell them and don't worry I wasn't offended, I completely understand what you are saying. You're right, she's probally not going to take it as bad as I think, but I'm just afraid of the possibility of her not taking it well. Just wanted to say thank you :) Bye
from harakiri :
How was the app.?
from harakiri :
What would I do without you? :) Thank you for the note, it made me feel about a 100 times better.
from seventigers :
I so, so, so suck. I hadn't visited in a while since your diary was locked and because I'm lazy. And when I do I find out you are pregnant! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!
from fat-to-thin :
I've seen your diary linked by so many weightloss journalers, and I'd love the chance to read! Any chance I could get a password?
from sopraltodear :

from enchancea :

from shelly007 :
Thank you soooo much for the encouraging gbook entry. It really made my day. Especially since I had to make an emergency pit stop at K-mart on the way to work today. I don't know how I let my purse supply get so low! ;)

Hope you feel better soon!

from dough-boy :
Hey! Good to see you back! I was plotting ways to get you connected to the internet by whatever means neccessary *G*. I have seen where you have been to where your at now and I say screw S. Just some jealous busy body!
from sunstarr :
I'm probably the only other person that can honestly say that I know EXACTLY how you feel. At least you're in one place for an extended period of time... I'm in a new city every 2 months!! Anyway, hang in there and feel free to email me WHENEVER you need a "shoulder" to cry on!!! ;-)
from marn :
You're such a sweetie--not only do you notice the bonus duck, you take the time to say something nice. You know how hard it is to stick with a project like this--you're doing something very similar yourself. Just watch those jean sizes keep dropping :)
from omzhaara :
Oh Jennah - you know you're tired when you cannot even find the guestbook link on a diary you frequent! I'm in a rush this morning, couldn't find your link (hehe), so just wanted to leave you a note - congratulations on your special day! See - look at how special you are; the gift from SIL (hehe) and your mom's package - I'm so happy for you! And special congrats on the jeans (believe you me, I know just how wonderful a smaller size of jeans can feel - that sense of amazement and achievement [and then rechecking the tag to make sure you actually just fit into the size you think you did ;) ] - you have a great Monday!
from soleille :
Aww...thanks very much. It's nice to find a loyal reader. You have been reading it for a long time! :) Glad to know someone enjoy's my diary. Hope you had a great weekend! I did, my birthday was yesturday...I partied hard. :)
from sunstarr :
Just a thought... have you considered that your weightloss could be slowed down more by your unusual hours? I'm not saying what you're doing is wrong per se, but you could be fighting your body's natural biorhythms and thus slowing down your metabolism unintentionally. :-) (I'm full of amazing facts, aren't I???) And on a side note, I thought I'd help with the spelling thing again! hee hee.... the word is MISCELLANEOUS. Break it down like this and you won't forget: MIS CELL ANE OUS. :-) Big hugs to ya, Sweetie!
from marn :
Awwwww, thank you sweetie. Kudos on the weight loss. Every bit helps. It's great you and your mom get along so well--so many people don't like their parents at all, it really cheered me to see how you clearly love your mom :)
from marn :
It was a jolt, losing a friend suddenly, and thinking about how it would feel if Paul drove away one day and just never came back. I do take him for granted, which I guess is inevitable after knowing him more than 30 years. It was a good little wake-up.
from wifemotherme :
I thought I was the only one in the world that cried after -- its extremely hard to explain and I think still all these years later he does not understand why I cry. Thank God that is not an every time thing because I am hella ugly when I cry. I love when you post pics - I always look at everyone but every time I am kinda awe struck at how incredible beautiful you are. It's almost ironc that you have weight issues because your one of those girls I would see in the mall and think man if I was as pretty as her I would not have a care in the world.
from sunstarr :
i realllllllly like your new graphics. very pretty. although, i liked the format of the other page a little better. just my opinion. i say that because on the new page, it's harder to read because it scrolls over top of that gorgeous fairy. Anyway, congrats on your pics. You're looking great! WAY TO GO, Girl!!!
from treewillow :
Wow you look great, not that you didn't before. But congrats, I am so happy for you
from marn :
Yup, whatever works, for sure. I haven't forgotten about the workout CD list, by the way. I'm waiting for three final people to mail theirs and then I'll cull out what worked best :)
from streetfaerie :
LOVE the hair color and looking good too :D

Good Luck With The Move And Subsequent Unpack!
from angelmum :
Good Luck on your move!
from marn :
Oh, man, it will be so embarrassing to list the songs that really got me going. I really do have an Inner Garth, eh. Once all the CD's come in, I'll list what worked for me. But um, I'm 51. You guys are all zygotes so what turns my crank might leave you yawning or even worse, Sick With Horror! You have been warned ;-)
from lousrose :
welcome to the november diaryring. thanks for joining doll!

Yes, that's it exactly. Every pound is a victory.
