Yeah it is hard to find out that in reality that nobody really cares. But that's life, you get up, you get away from the people and things that are bothering you, and you move on. I found out that I have to be happy with myself and my works. When we look for love, what we're really looking for is someone that has the same interests as us. In the search of love in religion we look for unconditional love, something to act almost as a father figure. But all of those things that we look for in other people and in gods, are really inside of us. My suggestion to you is that before you can love and beloved by another person, you have to first learn to love yourself and to not put anyone else above you. That way if you do get dumped by lover or if a friend treats you like shit, you can just brush it off and know that no matter what, you still have yourself and no one can ever change that.

I never said weak or people without direction made up christianity, I don't believe that at all. I don't know why you assume things about me soo much. I said that even the wise believe the lie that is christianity. I'm sorry about your friend being molested. But don't you wonder that if God is so great, fair, and the god of love; then why did he allow such terrible tragedy fall upon your friend? I really can't see how you praying to god made the rapist confess, he is only human and all humans have a concience, no matter how evil they want to believe they are./Ooh and about how "god created the world"...I can't believe that people don't see to the contradiction and the mistake in the bible itself. It proves itself to be wrong right there in the bible, for example:In genesis 1:3-5 , the first thing God created was the sun and the moon. Then in genesis 1:14-19, the sun wasn't created until the fourth day. okay , in GE 1:11-12, 26-27, trees were created before man. then in GE 2:4-9 Man was created before trees were created. one more example: in GE 1:24-27 Animals were created before man was created; but then in GE 2:7, 19 Man was created before animals were created. it contradicts itself in the same book. Look it up in your bible and you'll see what I mean.

all of those theories are exactly that...theories waiting to be facts. The big bang sounds real dumb but the whole darwinism theories always sound off-the-wall to me. Of course all of theories do have some scientific base to them, they didn't just shit those ideas out. They are theories for a reason instead of being considered just fables. But to actually believe that just some mystical being that came out of nowhere all of the sudden decides to build planets and stars just for it's own amusement sounds pretty-off the wall as well. Evolution seems to be religions final hold on people...the biggest and tighest chain, and it's not only christianity. But really, why do should we care how the world began? nobody was around then to say it was made, and does the beginning of the world really effect our everyday lives? I think not. Why chain ourselves to theories that have nothing to do with what is important. Why do you need to know the beginning or even the end? why not live life now, that you have it, and enjoy the best you can?

As I get older I learn of the religious trend changes that occur. First it's the pre-teen confusion, then the teenage rebellion, and when people begin to be by themselves in the real world they all-of-the-sudden try to become rightious and spiritual. You're right, as teenagers christians tend to be very hypocritical or maybe they just don't know how to hide their sins as well as adults do, I don't know. Now on the Einstein coment you made: Some one once said that christianity is the lie that even the wise are fooled to believe. Einstein might-of been a "genious" but to me, his mind and life were not truely free and thus made him just like another sheep. I'll end this note by saying this : there is no right or wrong, only difference in opinion.

I never said perfect, I said self-denial. But you're right, the goal of a true christian is to reflect god through their works and to live for god. I've encountered many who say they are christian, believe they're going to heaven just because they believe in it, but they live life worst than atheists and even satanists that I know. If christianity makes you a better person ,than you were, I congratulate you, but just know that just because you believe it, doesn't make it true.

If you're wrong about "god", which you are, then you loose everything, or I should say, you are loosing everything. Abstinence to reach heaven, denial to your carnal desires, it's being everything that you are not. You're loosing everything, you're loosing life, you're loosing "true" freedom. To truely be a christian you must live a life of self denial to be "holy"; and if you say you don't live your life that way then you are a hypocrite and you'll go to "hell" wether you believe in a god or not...that is if you believe in a hell as well which I suppose you do.

I know it must be hard. I went through the same thing with Deleani when she started getting into a lot of bad stuff. But you need to try and talk to them again. Be calm about it because if you get angry then they'll get angry and it'll just lead to a confrontation. Just tell them what you feel in your heart. I know how you're feeling - it's absolutely wonderful when you feel Jesus in your heart after you couldn't for so long. Just talk to them again and again. If they're your true friends and really love you then they'll understand and support you. And if they don't....you need to look at your friendship with them. I'm not saying to just cut off ties with them or anything, but see if they really care about YOU or the stuff yall do together. It'll be hard. But I have faith in you. And Jesus is waiting for you at the other end of the road.

Hey, you left me a note recently and i would just like to respond, and explain why i had that on my diary so i dont sound like one of those anti-god people, because im not. OK, well i had just gotten out of the hospital when i wrote that entry and before then i had never believed in a god, mainly because i had never been to church. Then on sunday while in the hospital we had a minister come in and read from the bible and translate it to us. After that i decided that i wanted to go to church and i believe there is a god who is a higher power, i do not know if it is God or not or something or someone else but i will also never know. I think it is amazing how spiritual you seem and keep it up. Thanx for reading my diary, i haven't had good readers lately... keep in touch... -Jess
