from fan4 :
You're leaving Diaryland? If you want to be e-pals with me, you can contact me at [email protected]
from manchmal :

from geek-betty :
hows things?
from herdarlinsin :
*hugs* You will make it. :)
from geek-betty :
email me!!! [email protected]
from manchmal :
Lauuurrreeen. No one is showering, nope. He just flushed a shower ring down the damn toilet. I HOPE no one is showering. I took the photo because he looked funny. I am impressed, too, that you have no desktop icons. I can NOT work this way, which is why I'm organizing. My table in my office looks like this, too. Hope you're doing well m'dear!
from shoot-down :
new-er, ie: coffee, you have my attention
from herdarlinsin :
No matter how small or large something is/was, its all still significant in you. You're always going to be the awe inspirator. We all are in our simple way. (p.s. I'm sorry I missed your birthday)
from fan4 :
Happy belated birthday!
from manchmal :
I hate signmyguestbook. Happy birthday Lauren!
from hotpinkviews :
hey! wer'e from hotpinkviews...and we're wondering if you still want that review you requested, i dunno, couple of years ago?! haha..we're thinking of bringing the site back up, and wanna keep track of requests. hope to hear from you soon! XO bender
from lightfallsup :
it's funny how something even as simple as dropping a line can seem like a dance. it's always about the right combination of stick and nimble, isn't it?
from lightfallsup :
copies tend to lose the lustre of the original.
from herdarlinsin :
I want to see how much you've changed. Show me a photo woman! :)
from herdarlinsin :
I remember you, from a long time ago. I wish you still weren't so hard on yourself. *hugs* Chrissy
from chazzyd :
You don't even need to turn heads if that's what you want. You need to make new friends that you can turn in lovers or whatever you want. Sometimes, I just go somewhere I don't know, walk up to someone and start a conversation about something. I met the love of my life (and current prick of a boyfriend) on the internet two years ago through a friend (total cliche, I know) and we've been going out on and off for these two years. Last Friday, he asked me to marry him, and we plan on moving in together next year. It sounds perfect, but it's not. We fight so much, and we don't get to see each other a lot, and he's always working, and there's a major trust issue, but sometimes you've just got to let everything go and throw yourself into it. You need to get a clear idea of what you want, then decide on what you need to do to get it, then just go for it. Just enjoy life. We're too young to care about guys anyway. Our friends are all we really need. It's just nice to have someone hold us sometimes though, isn't it.
from chazzyd :
Maybe. You're definately an attractive woman. I'm not sure what else to suggest to be honest. I'm a leo. It's fun. How old are you now? xxx
from lightfallsup :
yes, but what you don't know about me is that i have three arms and a tree growing out of my head.
from lightfallsup :
besides, they'll forget about him fast becuase what they like about him isn't what's good about him.
from lightfallsup :
i see what your saying but at the same time, i don't think we can barrage mtv with complaints about their music then disregard it when they do play something good. anyway, it mostly boils down to how much i miss brad.
from lightfallsup :
all of their good writers turned into cannibals, i mean, republicans like pj o'rourke.
from lightfallsup :
i dont' knwo how you can say that it's the worst movie ever. i mean, have you seen any of the movies national lampoon made in the last ten years or so?
from lightfallsup :
but let's be honest, the only reason you really picked him is because he let "baby" down and you know he wants to make up for it somethin' fierce. i'm not sure solving my murder would do it. but then, that's why they don't let me on juries.
from lightfallsup :
knowing about crime is totally different from being able to solve tough crimes. he wouldn't even make my top 20. unless it was as the little candlestick 'cus that's just bad as fuck...
from hamiltonian :
Hey Lauren
from rainforme :
haha... yah, i told my friend that about being scared of other people's little aliens, but not her cute newborn baby. he doesn't cry much, which is why i think he makes me want one more. soon enough. take care.
from idlehopes :
beautiful words. arresting sunset.
from lightfallsup :
16/21?
from manchmal :
I wish you wouldn't go. or come back if you do. i'm locked: user: dog; pass: fur
from nakedbarista :
It's ok, about the spelling. I get picky about it as well. Typically I only call my husband on it, but everyone needs a little correcting now and again. It keeps their heads from inflating. As for the make up tips, I thank you kindly. I love make up and all things girly. It's a pleasure to meet someone who knows their stuff.
from nakedbarista :
...and, apparently, I've completely forgotten my manners! Hello, I'm Nikki. It's very nice to meet you!
from nakedbarista :
Soo... In essence, you're telling me that not only am I a poor spellerer (heh) but the smoke-like eyes I have pictured are not working for me? I'm aware of how to effectively do the look, so I wasn't quite certain how to take your note.
from rainforme :
hey chica. i think our time apart has changed both of us and i'm so grateful for it. <3
from candidreview :
I was about to begin the review of your site, but I noticed that there is no link back on your review page. If you would still like to be reviewed, please put up the link and leave me a note telling me where I can find it.
from lv-rndrdwrds :
that last picture from today's entry was great! da sveedanya for now!
from lv-rndrdwrds :
my bad! email on msn and i'll get it to you!
from crazyiscool :
thanks. you rock for starting a rml ring!! oh my god, i thought i was the only person who remembered that show!
from candoor :
triangle sandwiches, conformity, giving up the dreams and creativity and freedoms to fit into a culture, to make it easier, to be less lonely... so why are we still so lonely?
from sanetwin :
I love fall as well. Also? Glad he has his claws out of you.
from lv-rndrdwrds :
you're welcome to message me now that i've got my contact info up. maybe you can help me with thia html, wish you were here, fading Java-like interface notion i've stuck in my head. Thank you for being kind to a complete stranger like me
from lv-rndrdwrds :
i just love "playing" with girls. They have a flirty playful aspect (in thought as well as verse) that makes life lighter. Are you not "you" ? ;-) been really busy but promise to get back to you soon!!
from for-you-only :
I know what it's like to be busy. I have school from 7am to noon, work from 1 to 5, house is still under contruction, so I have to work on plastering, sanding and painting, and then there is my boyfriend. The difference between me and most people is, I spend my friends time, and my me time, and my food time in front of the computer, and often my sleep time. lol. Thanks for saying you'll do it, I've been waiting for your review in particular because I've read your reviews, and you do really good ones.
from rainforme :
not so much in boston, but in nh. i think i just have a potty mouth and mind.
from rainforme :
abso-freakin-lutely.
from rainforme :
haha... i had a big tough guy with me, so all was peachy... umm, and orangey. <3
from normaltoilet :
once again, you've captured my thoughts to a T. NT
from sanetwin :
what drama? just because your life is "predictable" doesn't mean you can't have ups and downs as well!
from sanetwin :
Would you? I would really appreciate it. For some reason my paint shop program keeps spitting it out all blurry :(
from normaltoilet :
are they always bad? i usually go in and check them after i put them in but sometimes i forget. sorry! ;p NT
from ramblin-bill :
I always pay attention to people who quote Stewie. :-)
from ramblin-bill :
I ckicked on the Stewie banner too... Mind if I add you to my favorites list?
from bluelucy :
You are such an awesome person! I mean it! I totally get you, oh and I love your Stewie banner! ^_^
from geeked-out :
Silver foxes how can anyone dislike them?? I'd marry Alton Brown too. In a second. He could even cook me gross things and I'd eat them with a smile because he's so wonderful. yay for things in common.
from oceans-depth :
I think You and your writing is just Lovely. xoxo Deja
from candoor :
I sense I want to read more (and after noticing the previous note, I realize I haven't even seen your photography yet and I love images almost as much as words, sometimes more... must find more time :)
from zostrich :
your photography is amazing.
from studionique :
great stuff you got there, I could only look quickly but I will be back.
from candidreview :
Hi, I'm the new mod of Candid Reviews, and I wanted to know if you still wanted a review. Please let me know.
from sanetwin :
Sorry I disappeared last night. My computer freezes up from AIM sometimes. But, what I said still stands, I do respect what you have to say. Thank you.
from morticon :
Hi, I followed your Family Guy NO SPRINKLES banner. That's one of my favorite quotes in the world and I just had to click it ^^
from f-i-n :
hugs and kisses!
from lightfallsup :
which is a good thing as much as anything can be one way or the other like how "just one note can make me float can make me float away..."
from lightfallsup :
like anything else only moreso...
from lightfallsup :
thank you. i like it when people tell me specifically what they like. so...how's tricks?
from momma-at-17 :
**HUGS** ~♥~
from spoiltangel :
Just a quick note to say "Hi there, I added you and I love your writing!" Even though things may seem so stupid and tough at times... at least know that there are people (evident by the amount of notes you get) that care about you. Stay brave!
from momma-at-17 :
I don't know if I've ever left a note but I've been reading for awhile now. I just wanted to let ya know that you aren't the only one, and also if you ever want to talk to someone I'm here.
from normaltoilet :
well, i was going to IM, but I'd already logged out of that :) NT
from rainforme :
hmm... well... i'm still not a skinny chick and i never will be. but i don't think it makes you shallow to be attracted to a certain body type more than others. especially when you're in a bar-type situation, where you are there to attract based on superficial means. it's all perspective i suppose. i have to work to keep the weight off, but that's just how i was born. i don't blame the little people for having a wrong perception... they don't know. so yeah, you're right on that.
from normaltoilet :
LOVE the updated template!
from rainforme :
shhhhhh!!!!!!! don't jinx me!!
from rainforme :
i like big ass parties... i'm there dude.
from realthoughts :
to be honest, I haven't read a single one of your entries (although I probably will now :) ), but I saw the note you left for rainforme, and for some reason it made me do a lot of thinking about marriage - I'm engaged right now and I think that marriage is a good thing...I wrote an entry about it too...
from normaltoilet :
Isn't it just so much more fun to remember it the first way though? Stick with that and keep a smile on your face.
from buppie :
I LOOOOVE and MISS Oregon Trail. The only thing Apple Computers were good for back then
from itineration :
nefarious, score.
from normaltoilet :
thanks for adding me! i don't know about you finding MORE and you put in your comments on your profile, but maybe there will be something there for you :)
from normaltoilet :
yeah, welcome to my life, I just turned 31 and I'm still trying to figure out what's going on and when I will ever fit in somewhere. Welcome to ambiguity. :)
from dooki :
Yeah, when diaryland crashed about a month ago, I was unable to update anything. Then when my diary was available, it changed those pretty symbols you hand picked for me on my nav bar. I have no idea why. Thanks for checking up on me. I wonder WHO did my design? Hmmm...I think it was some bitch that was TOTALLY not helpful. kidding.
from rainforme :
sweet place chica!
from rainforme :
glad you're back... you got your own digs eh? congrats.
from sanetwin :
I was worried about you!! Glad you're back,. You moved??!!!
from brucegirl :
Love the pictures you've taken :-) You're a great photographer. If you'd like, go see my pictures at camera-girl@dland :-)
from rainforme :
eh heh. ;)
from banefulvenus :
Loved your Garden State banner.
from manchmal :
So, I must know: is the same shit in each silica package?? Thanks for the note about my layout. I'm not sure about the text, either. In fact, I might take it out. Or at least put the german in there. It's from RR Rilk@.
from outoftime :
A couple of kids were around, but they were to busy trying to catch bumblebees :-D
from normaltoilet :
once again, you hit the spot :)
from normaltoilet :
I have to say... I don't know if you have just recently started updating again, or if you deleted a bunch of older entries, but I for one look forward to each new entry. Keep it up! Love the quote today, I might have to steal that one. :) NT
from shoot-down :
you are very welcome. i love the early november and i've just started (they have this magnetic attraction...) but i think i put that as my entry title because i was listening to them and because November was a very big turning point for me this year.
from rainforme :
wo-girls are always right, no matter how irrational. hmmph.
from lightfallsup :
ah, but this old ditchdigger, key-tapper is from the long green valleys of the western slope home to every good and lasting feeling
from lightfallsup :
that is what i'm saying. essentials of life include: long slow breezes, smiles from strangers, bottled water, and a great sprawling throne stretching the distance between your life and your dreams.
from rainforme :
i tried to say this in comments, but the shit-kicker is broken i think. you go wo-girl, you go.
from normaltoilet :
You are my hero.
from behrwithme :
Thank you for letting me know that your template is up, and also for the nice note in my diary. It's fabulous to know that there are still decent and interesting people running around Diaryland. Your review is ready, but unfortunately I'm still having to wait to add it until this diaryland nonsense blows over-- hopefully it won't be too much longer. I'll keep you updated. --Jess
from itineration :
i also laughed at you.
from fakeareview :
Your review is up. I don't know if you changed your laryout yet or not, though. <3 Charlotte
from fakeareview :
Oh don't worry about it at all. I'm not picky. I'll just wait to do your review until you're totally transitioned. I'm not picky about that. <3 Charlotte
from fan4 :
I can relate to the whole pickiness thing.
from rainforme :
thanks chica.
from to-my-heart :
beautiful layout. loved the banner had to click.
from sanetwin :
have I ever told you how much I love you for actually seeing me?
from sanetwin :
I don't think you're fat at all I think you're beautiful.
from labeled-girl :
blow a kiss and tip your hat. amazing that the most brilliant ones always find a way to escape. thanks a million.
from rainforme :
fuck all the ducks!! ahah. you're smarter than you give yourself credit for and make a very good point. but alas... even though i know it's an internal struggle, i'll still search externally and see a hell of a lot more countries in the process! ;) hope you're well, baby doll.
from meanpony :
Aw, no love for Amy Poehler? But Amy Poehler's cute...or something. Heh, I don't know why I love her (especially because I don't really like her on Weekend Update). Natalie Portman I do like, especially since seeing Garden State again.
from rainforme :
good grief! you're asking me? of all people? heh. to be honest, i think it's a pathetic throwback to our primal instincts. men spread seed, women reap.
from rainforme :
fuck a duck!!! it's not you?? i'll e-mail you.
from kimgo :
Your telling of your inability to sleep activates my compassion. I am a middle-aged woman who had a sleeping disorder develop in my late 20s. I can't tell you what to do, but there are a few universal things that apply to most who suffer. Coffee habit? Switch to decaf or herbal teas. (if you go to my diary you will laugh that I gave you such advise!) Anyway, the very thing that you are reaching out to to support you in the day is biting you in the bottom at night. When one gets older, one has more worries and concerns than the carefree days of high school and college. The world becomes less forgiving, you have to live with your decisions and mistakes in an increasing fashion. If one can do due diligence in the daytime with processing the concerns that face them, one will have more permission to shelve cares and worries for 8 hours at night. Bed is best kept a sacred space for resting and sleeping. TV is a problem for many as well as studying in bed- anything task-oriented in bed is not a good habit for those who can't sleep. Getting a ritual to wind down before bed is good too. I had a specific condition. but many of the good habits are for everyone. I hope that you take care of yourself.
from outoftime :
Hehehe, I still prefer 'lady friends' though, none of your suggestions implies that they are very close friends. I don't have any male friends who I trust with everything, they tend to not understand or worse, make fun of me. So yeah, gender is relevant in this case :-)
from outoftime :
Commenting on my words, but not suggesting any alternatives ... helpfull! ;-)
from gumphood :
I read a comment you left in Betty (sanetwin) diary. Are you from Boston or just around Newbery street on a trip? Just wondering. I love talking to fellow bostonites.
from outoftime :
???
from ululantroar :
Let the stalking begin indeed! ;D Thank you for the review SO much. Twas worth the wait. As I expected, it was wonderful. I guess I really just wanted a good review of my template... :P I also look at it as good for publicity. Some of my friends complain that I'm hiding too much from the general public. It was helpful too. I completely forgot about my banners page. I scoured through my entire diary when I put up that template, resizing, removing, extracting rings and quizzes, changing html around to make every image fit. And then I missed the banners page. >< I'm very obsessive compulsive so I am SO glad to know that. And I might go try the ampersand switch right now...yes.
from sanetwin :
I'm so proud of you. What a big step. Seriously. The whole Gabe thing must have been so hard, but you are so mature in how you handled it. And forgive me for benig a bit selfish (on your behalf) in saying that I'm glad he was upset about hurting you. He should have been!
from damefortune :
I did the SAME thing Friday night! Except instead of Barnes and Noble it was Borders. But, they're practically the same anyway.
from andreeb :
I read Sanetwin, too, and I was going to tell her how to steal the code!!! Good for you!
from outoftime :
No it's not. I'm awake now and it feels horrible! So ... Hah!
from sanetwin :
OH MY F'IN GOD!! If you could seriously make that LAW & Order shirt like that. I would friggin adore you. Well I already do. But I'd love you more. And I'd start a trend maybe. You and I would be trendy at least ha ha.
from candoor :
followed your banner (I think) here... if you love to write, keep writing (we could all do much worse than that which we love to do)... some years I've written with confidence, some years I've written out of desperation... sometimes with clarity, sometimes from confusion... in the end, it doesn't matter where I am coming from or going, as long as I an writing... maybe that makes sense, it does to me... happy new year :)
from damefortune :
Thanks for the note Lauren. It helped my aching stomach feel better. I know I shouldn't worry so much, but worrying is what I do best, I guess. Shitty for me, in some respects. ♥

from sanetwin :
Oh sweetie ((HUGS)) I'm so sorry Gabe still tears you up that much. I wish I could wrap you up and make you feel better with hugs and hot cocoa (spiced with rum of course) something wonderful and only-another-girl-can do like that. Stay strong sweetie.
from labeled-girl :
i will indeed give it a kiss for you as it smacks me upside the head.
from findingsami :
more power to you if you can tell a boy the truth like that. stay strong.
from labeled-girl :
forever is just a moment. time is the great storyteller.
from rainforme :
oh, i kept those. go get yourself a pair girly girl. i think they sell them on zappos.com for pretty cheap too!
from damefortune :
It's easy to find comfort in a familiar hand, or pair of lips, or... Yeah, that. I'm not sure what'll happen when my Gabe finally DOES leave. I'd like to think I'd consider myself lucky, but I know I won't. LoveLoveLove ♥♥♥
from sanetwin :
I wish that both of us didn't feel as if we couldn't write because of pain. I miss your entries and I hate the pain you feel.
from rainforme :
probably. but i'm lazy too.

I just wanted to let you know that I'm thankful for your friendship. You are so intelligent! I am constantly impressed by you. Happy Thanksgiving!
from damefortune :
Ohhhh, don't worry. I'm already planning on it.
from rainforme :
it was good to hear from you. where's that late 30's man though, are you going to hook me up?
from blackedeyez :
oh and..your shirt rocks my condom box... I think you were totally in tha right, fuck people that will judge you like that.and yes you ARE a 'biggirl' so technically you can wear what ever tha hell you wanna just like those old ugly farts do. :) FUCKED&&LOVE-ELLIS<3

sorry for the lack in information, but blunt-revues has been closed for the time being, if you'd still like a review by Nikki, then check out her newest review site. ItchingViews.diaryland.com thank you
from artofliving :
the page looks BEAUTIFUL! i'll work on that tomorrow and have you check it out.
from artofliving :
hey kitty-cat. I switched all my links to lowercase but the font on my archive page is SUPER-HUGE and I can't figure out how to change it. you rock socks, sister.
from almost-grown :
Thanks for the fish info, next time I get one I'll try to remember that. He made it through the last tank cleaning just fine, but I guess this time was just too much. He was a betta and had lived about 2 months already, so i dont really know how long their life span is but I dont think its very much. Thanks for the layout help, glad you liked it. And I appreciated the buff guy with the blue eyes comment too, but alas he was a one night stand where joe will lay on the couch for hours and cuddle. in the end you go for whats more comfortable i guess, i can handle a few dishes if I get to lay on a couch all night listening to the radio.
from karaokekatey :
Ever seen Office Space? Remember that scene where they are beating the shit out of the copier? Well, that was me with my computer. After a month of reformatting, rebuilding, I literally took a hammer to it. So for about a month there I was without a computer. I'm still kinda of coming around to my new Dell. *sigh* Good to be back. *hearts;
from karaokekatey :
I am still around...here and there. Life is hectic right now and creativity only comes in bits and pieces. I've started writing seriously on something I've been pondering for about 5 years. But don't worry, I'll still pop in from time to time. Take care ♥
from blackedeyez :
you have a wonderful eye for beauty--that is a gif & i am in love with your pictures. :) <3 --ELLIS XOXO
from rainforme :
superb style? girl... you're not still talking about my shoe are you?? ;)
from sanetwin :
Lauren - you have the most beautiful kind spirit. Thank you so much for the supportive comments. They have lifted me so much!
from blackedeyez :
i am so in love with your last entry.. i have never----ever, had someone speak tha thoughts that are always in my head.. like to KNO why i feel tha way i feel all tha time. No one ever seems to understand..and it pisses me off. Thank You for that entry. im guna add u if thats okay. :) ---------> <3<3<3<3<3 XOXO fucked&love-ELLIS
from damefortune :
Thanks for the info. Either way, I'm guessing it's not something that people are going to enjoy reading at a liberal college like UCSC, especially at the most liberal of the 10 colleges it's divided into...
from rainforme :
girl, you have NO IDEA how much I miss mexican food!! i'm so serious... you get a plane ticket, you have a place to stay. it might be a hovel, but my door is wide open. sounds like you need some getting away time... so easy to get a job teaching english here... just think about it.
from sanetwin :
Perhaps I'll have to think of a nickname for you then :).
from shoot-down :
♥delighted. oh & i will, of course.
from shoot-down :
oh yea i do. i LOVE my best friend to death, but i want sleepovers & doing eachother's nails, picking out outfits, shopping, giggling over boys, hating classes, & celebrating birthdays. i miss it. but i guess i have to make do. right?
from outoftime :
Thank you :)
from shoot-down :
thankyou.
from idoandidont :
yeah, the last - bothers me too. but "bangbang" and "bang-bang" were taken. some jerks beat me to it. oh, and do you happen to have a version of aim that allows file transfer? its handy and neat and I dont think there is a size limit....erm... Im "Imabrainparasite" on aim. etc. but right now my cat is pestering me for love and attention so I must attend to him, and get to sleep as well, for tis late ^____^
from idoandidont :
FUCK! that was a long message. (youre still awesome <3 <3 <3)
from idoandidont :
birthday is....March 12. a looong ways away :P. and yeah I do like the design of Bang bang better, but I also like the name...just cause I like that song. You know: Bang bang....you shot me down...Bang bang...I hit the ground...Bang bang...you used to shoot me down.... Its so sad and slow and I love it and etc. Anyway, listen to the song and youll like the name better. But yes, Tearmeout is cool too...cause It was on a tag on an article of clothing I bought. It was just a cotton tag, with nothing else on it but: tear me out. wtf? Why the fuck is the tag there if the manufacturers just want people to tear them out? what the fuck? anyway, yeah I like both of the concepts...but the design of bang bang is like...a bazillion times better. (But I still dont want to keep it. I want something spiffier. and also- ID LOOOOOOOVE dreamweaver if you wanna send me the file. LOVE it. seriously.) also, youre awesome. <3 <3 <3

Here's to you discovering the amazing person you are inside. I love the whole "felt like it" attitude. You following your heart is the biggest and most important thing. I'm no psychic, but if you live to be 100, I bet you'll never regret adhering to the old ticker.
from kill-me-quik :
i would definitly like help with that stuff since i have no idea what it is.

i love copeland, not to metion ferris buelers day off...very nice.
from disport :
i like that you describe yourself as "motherly" because it's a quality i also consider myself to have. and your biography on your diary is so extensive... i wish i could reveal more about myself, and i do in some places... but i feel the need to be so secretive & protective right now. i'm still afraid, even with an anonymous name. how crazy is that?
from rainforme :
thanks girl... life is what you make it. you can make any life you wish. hope you are well. hugs.
from shoot-down :
aw man, yea! it's like a daytime soap opera with the annoying pseudo-dramatic/sad piano music. *shakes head* well dont worry, things in terrible territory of mine isnt so fun & exciting anyway...or as it may seem.
from shoot-down :
i'd never think twice about putting you on. You are an automatic, girly. I LOVE YOU.
from artofliving :
Dear More, I found you thru a banner. I must say that it is gorgeous.
from soft-parades :

from outoftime :
As long as you don't re-publish anything it's all good :-) And if you do some artwork based on a picture let me know (because I want to see it, obviously ;-)
from xsilvamoonx :
bonjour. i thought maybe you would be interested to know that a bunch of the popular guys at my school wear the livestrong bracelets. Iiwould too, but i don't know where the sell them near me. just thought you might want to know.
from damefortune :
Aha! Thanks! Lucky for me, I only have one shirt that needs to be ironed, and I never wash it. I'm a dirt bag or something I guess.
from damefortune :
Interesting thought, I did not know that! I'm hoping they are fine since it's been only about a month since I got them, and they hadn't been opened. I'll have to find people to inflict with disease pretty soon I guess!
from rainforme :
still here lady. still here. those yellow wrist thingies started showing up on my friends a few weeks ago. they said cancer, but i didn't know about the armstrong connection. coolio. hugs.
from outoftime :
You can't have that city, it's mine! Neener neener neener (yes I'm 23, what do you mean I'm immature?!? ;-)
from rainforme :

from outoftime :
Stealing? Hehe, let me know if you need a high-resolution version of a particulair picture, I'd be happy to send it to you :-)

Wow, dude, I thought I had a button and then I realized that I don't. Now I do! It's on my links page, I don't know if it's trendy or not, but it's pretty!
from shoot-down :
thankyou so much. like i said, i am thinking about it, but i don't know. all your love & everyone else's might keep me until christmas or so, but i dont know. thankyou so much though. <33 p.s.you are right about changing what entries look like & everything...i was on the phone with my friend, meg, & it took her an hour to get it the way she wanted.
from girl-razor :
Of course I'll keep you posted. I just think I need a change of scenery...Or something along those lines...It might just end up as a short break because I don't have too much to write about at the moment...Meh love you xxx
from shoot-down :
i do too, & september is a few steps away. which means ends to something i was so familiar with, & things will start again; ones i dont want to try. i know i sound childish, but i dont want change.

from shoot-down :
i just love you. your words are floating.
from rainforme :
boys-suck... don't they have a girls-suck one? happy birthday.
from soror :
Thanks for your note. I really like your diary. Why is love so difficult? Some people have to suffer for love. As for me, I have loved (I still do) and been loved (or rather was, this is the worst combination) and suffer now.
from rainforme :
sob. i miss my cats!
from girl-razor :
Boo! Hello m'dear! Thanks for the note, you know how to make someone smile, that's for sure. I've recovered from my jetlag now so I'll probably have more updates tonight, I just don't have that much to say at 7am...Meh, anyway hope you're well and yada yada yada ♥ G-R ♥ xxxx
from shoot-down :
oh thankyou so much for adding me & the words. i wish i could entomb them in my heart for the footprints it will make in the times i feel it's winter snow. {♥}
from damefortune :
Sorry about that, my diary lock, I mean. I went out of town and had to leave my computer in my dad's hands to install some stuff so I figured it'd be safe if I locked my diaries in case he somehow stumbled across them.
from rainforme :
pshaw... i bought a laptop for the express purpose of keeping a diary in thailand! mmmm, with soy milk please. you know i love your drama, it's so cute. take care wo-girly.
from dudetterevue :
Your review is up! xox
from pippinsgirl :
Wow, I said "your welcome." I meant, "you're welcome." Sorry, I'm such a grammar freak.
from pippinsgirl :
Your welcome. I'm glad I got to review you. :)

from bobsreviews :
Hey there, you're review is up on Bob's Reviews. :) -Hannah
from rainforme :
heh, good.
from rainforme :
umm, excuse me. yeah, you... SHUT THE FUCK UP.. don't you dare stop writing, especially since you left me notes telling me not to stop or lock or roll. these diaries are for us, not for them, not for the readers... re-evaluate girl... this diary is for YOU and us readers are just lucky recipients. Now... step the fuck up and stop bullshitting around. You're not leaving.
from abc-reviews :
your review is up
from rainforme :
aye aye, captain! she's just one girl... that you will never see again... but i know. i just know.
from rainforme :
tsk tsk... never apologize for your emotions... and like i said in my entry, if she had the nosiness to snoop... she deserves all she read.
from icedmilk :
Hello, thanks for requesting. http://icedmilk.diaryland.com/81.html -Kelsey
from sillyreviews :
Sure thing, your review is on it's way!
from liquid-mojo :
I don't know how to say this without sounding all wrong, but I wish people would start using me for sex. But I guess it's all different between boys and girls and then there's the whole individual preference thing. Hopefully you will be able to work out your own situation though. But yeah, having my own diary I know much about bluberring, so by all means carry on as much as you need to. As for your photography sure I'm no expert, but I have to say with all honesty that I really enjoy your work. I guess there's a certain degree of subjectivity involved, but in a way you make some of my best photos look amateur. Then again I'm no professional so it kind of makes sense in that way. Anyhow, I should stop babbling now... =p
from rainforme :
girl, you are so dramatic. i love it!! heh. well, i think i will be around for ages... as i said in my writer entry, it's just a matter of me making the decision within myself. almost 500 entries later... i think i've got another 500 in me. thanks for all your support. and yah, moving sucks hairy donkey balls. especially since it's moving with the idea that i will never see this stuff again. sniffle.
from urbnchic :
I'm glad that you could enjoy my critiques. I do hope that you keep your diary how YOU want it.. don't just change it on account of what I said. I'm just one person's opinion! Keep writing. =D
from beagle47 :
thank you for reading and writing me. regarding templates? this is the best explanation i can give: http://beagle47.diaryland.com/030202_10.html. thanks for seeing past the 'plate to see the words. ;)
from blindessence :
Hey, thank you VERY much for the review. I expected it would be worth it and it was. I don't think it would be 'out of line' for me to say that you may have enjoyed doing my review as much as I did yours. I did agree with a lot of the things you said, the only real difference in opinion was for the layout. I really like it because it's black and if you knew me, you'd know that I like (almost) all things black (not in a gothic way, not that there's anything wrong with that though). I also like it because it's simple; I had to change the colours on it to suit me more (the background didn't have enough black in it before I made some changes). Besides this template action, I really enjoyed the things that you said about my writing, or at least, what's going on lately with me. It's tough, it sucks and other people seem to think I'm immature in the way I talk about it. It's not easy! You seemed to understand that and I thank you! Sorry for the titles being so long, but when it came to July, I took it upon myself to start a new explaining my feelings (in the titles) with song lyrics. Can't help it, I love music and it speaks a lot for you when you can't find your own words. Anywho---thanks again, A BUNCH! I think I just wrote you a novel, but I'm sure you'll love reading it!! --Jenn--
from rainforme :
thanks girly. i was just a complete git and accidentally e-mailed a very nosey friend from my e-mail acct i use for diaryland... all she has to do is google and i know she will. so, we'll wait just a few days.
from rainforme :
i feel ya.
from rainforme :
i like your landscapes, but you have a real touch for bodyscapes. they are just phenomenal. screw the boy... get back into it now! you are gifted. damn gifted, i say.
from rainforme :
sigh, good entry. sigh. fucking boys. fuck em! and oh, i do. :) do you know how beautiful your b&w pics are by the way? bee-uuu-ti-FUL.
from raven72d :
Thanks for the note. Your site is vur' intriguing...and I'll be dropping by to read. Come by and read mine when you can. And you're a Stoppard fan: always a good sign.
from rainforme :
hey girly, well... you know all the BS about promises. but, i am happy to know i made you smile and i hope to do it many times in the future. cheers. :)
from raven72d :
Great template, by the way. And an excellent 100 things list. How could I not like a girl who's been to San Marino? Anyway-- I do enjoy your entries, and I'll be reading along. Drop by my own site sometime.
from manchmal :
Tried to do this in the guestbook, but could NOT! Here we go: ARGH, dammit, I wrote a long thing and it is gone. I bet it's because I had code in it. What I was saying is that...well, first thank you for your guestbook entry. It means a lot to know that someone understands what the hell I'm saying. Re. your javascript issues, though. My friend Jon (yclept on here) is the code genius, so I asked him, and he says that getting the EXACT size to appear is a difficult endeavor, both because of browser compatibility issues (i.e. you'd have to write a different code block for each browser) AND because of the fact that Javascript is not able to extract the width and height of an image unless those values are already specified inside an image tag (meaning you'd have to specify every image's size within its img tag). You COULD make al the images the same dimensions, and then set the size of the window to be universal. What I would do is just have a window open that is big enough to hold your largest photo, and use that as the standard. The code for that is easy: check http://blogs.msdn.com/lisawoll/archive/2004/07/06/174509.aspx -- at the bottom, where he "gets to the point" or...something like <!><head> <SCRIPT LANGUAGE="JavaScript"> //Popup Window Script //By JavaScript Kit (http://javascriptkit.com) //JavaScript tutorials and over 400+ free scripts function openpopup(){ var popurl="thankyou.htm" winpops=window.open(popurl,"","width=400,height=338,") } </script> </!> (ignore my exlamation points...
from rainforme :
i wish i could help you chica, but i am a complete retard when it comes to html and all that crap, except when i steal from others. :) good luck.
from clarity25 :
I found your diary from a review site, WOW! I'm amazed, you really have a way with words and expressing yourself. I feel like I can relate to you and you have a great layout. I'll be back to read more, I have to head out..but I just thought I would say "hey!"
from tidal-review :
Your review is done. Thank you for requesting. ♥
from pinkfreak1 :
The one on the picture? It's called "Violation", and is a free font so you should be able to get it by googling (if not, email me and I'll send it to you). The one for the writing is "Trebuchet MS". I hope that's what you want, it's a bit late at night here and I'm not at my smartest lol. Keep asking if it's not, I'll probably get it eventually!
from pinkfreak1 :
Hello, Pink Design here; I was a little bit confused as to what you meant by the script for the scroll font, could you explain what you meant?
from girl-razor :
I will be back, don't worry :) xxx
from dtreview :
Your review is finally posted. ♥
from rainforme :
ok chica. wo-girl is up. now hurry and join so i'm not in there by my lonesome. i won't really advertise the thing, but it's fun to know we've got a little ring going all our own.
from rainforme :
why thank you, but if you were like me, i probably wouldn't like your diary as much. heh. i love those shoes too, can you believe they're doc martens? they may need retirement soon though, i kinda wore them out in euro. take care.
from karaokekatey :
yeah, I used to feel the same way about my dad. only he was an alcoholic, and no one was really for sure what he 'might' do.
from karaokekatey :
Thank you for the lovely comment. And don't ever for one moment think that you are not beautiful. take care ♥
from rainforme :
he's hot. and honestly, you're not crazy... it's more crazy for people to tell you shit like you're better off without him, because though you probably are... it doesn't matter one iota to what you will actually DO given half the chance. follow your heart and your crotch and enjoy the ride. i have. hurts, but it was worth every shredding, biting, bruising, bleeding, ecstatic moment. i better stop leaving long notes... non-stalker, i swear. peace out.
from rainforme :
amen to rings that don't require a link. i give you permission to start it and i will be the first member. or maybe i should start my first ring?? whaddya think? copyright thingy on wo-girl... i'm gonna make some big bucks selling shirts or something. ha! thanks for the compliments, self esteem aisle 2, with a special on YOU ROCK aisle 4. take care.

from idiot-milk :
As far as I've been able to determine, customers are MOSTLY just fucking stupid. I can't even tell you how many times they will ask me how much a sale item costs, when the sign CLEARLY STATES that the sale item is 50% off. HOW FUCKING DIFFICULT IS IT TO DIVIDE THE PRICE IN TWO?! HUH?! FUCKING MONGOLOID SHITHEADS. Customer service gives me cancer.
from rainforme :
dun dun dun. haha! what a fun note! well, i can just say, you are welcome back at any time and i most definitely look forward to reading more of you. cheers.
from rainforme :

from irishblueyes :
Oh goodness. Well I certainly didn't mean for this to lead to you questioning your site or your reviewing skills. I honestly think I was just having a rough day and took the review out of context and took it the wrong way. As for my comments, well I mentioned the review and how I initially felt about it in an entry last night and as you can see my very loving diary friends came to my emotinal rescue and were adamant about how much they loved my diary the way it is. Even though I in no way bashed you in my entry. I think I was just taken aback because it was a more honest review than I have recieved in the past. All my others have been either all glowingly positive, or 12 yr olds who didn't like it because they didn't understand it. I think you are a very intelligent and honest reviewer, and I don't think you should give it up because of this. All my readers are adults and were simply showing their appreciation for me not any dislike for you. Hope you'll keep all this in mind and I do still look forward to reading your diary! ~ Kristina

Hi, I just wanted to leave a note to say thank you for the review, I wasnt quite sure where to leave the note so here it is :). I did just want to ask one question, Where you said you would like to see more emotion, I was wondering what you meant, I hear that expretion being used quite a bit, how exactly do you expect a person to show you there emotions through this sort of diary? sorry this seems like a bit of an odd question but it does confuse me, you dont have to reply if you dont want to but thanks again, byebyex
from answermesoon :
i've been out of commission for awhile so forgive me for referencing an entry of yours from awhile ago but here goes: sometimes its soooo much better to keep the gems to yourself. i wholeheartedly agree :) p.s. thanks for everything you've said to/about me. i really love your diary, so it means a lot i suppose. katie

thanks for the love on your page. glad someone understands me a little. also, your page set-up makes mine look like a 5-year-old created it.

I randomly found you on the members page under "m" -- you'll probably see that in your stats ;) I saw your photos...nicely done. And dress-up/glamour shots is definitely a fun moment!

I clicked your banner and read the entry for Jan. 9th. That one entry says more than some peoples entire journals. Hang in there...things get better.

Clicked in on a banner..your template is one of the coolest I have ever seen. And I see you're in the Boston area- me too! Good times. Rock on!
from afiandthrice :
Oh my. Oh my goodness. That layout is the most incredibly awesome thing that I have ever seen in my life. Brings back some memories. I had a suicidal goldfish that did the same thing a few years ago. You are going on the favorites.
from jamiebear :
Hey lauren. .It may be just my computer, but i can only see the fishie if i scroll down . .:( and i dont see an ocean . .

I clicked your NEWT banner. I SO WISH I had thought of that first!!!!!!!!! That was my catch phrase growing up. It was one of my favorite moments in that movie. Please visit my site and choose your fortune... I am going to be a fortune teller at a haunted house and I wrote these horrible fortunes. Your site looks veyr interesting and I am about to check it out proper. :-)

A fantastic suggestion that I will definitely investigate for the next round of trail mix-y goodness!
from sorcha56 :
Sometimes I wonder what it really means to be an adult.... like when you clean and organize your room knowing that it is your room and you are doing it for yourself - not your parents, not your roommate, just you. Or like when you write a check for the most boring thing, like toothpaste or butter, and know that you are getting it because you need to and there isn't any other reason in the world. Those actions, those moments.... are those little things what make you an adult? Or is it something bigger? Some step? Some feeling you grow out of instead of a different one you grow into? It's not an age. It's not a level of maturity or responsibility. I think it's a lifestyle. Gosh, sometimes I do wonder what it really is, though.... ~~ Jessa (from FC)
from laura-diane :
thank you for your comment in your profile.

Ok, I think I'm going to cry. Sea Monkeys don't live that long? In the spirit of adulthood I've been studying all day. Haven't looked into the tank thing but...how long do they live? I think I'm going to cry...
from onewetleg :
congrats on the grown-up stuff. since you are so grown-up, i feel like i can tell you that you don't have to worry about the sea-monkeys water because they don't live that long. they are cute, though. sorry, jj
from banshee-rose :
good luck with that. :) Glad your day was a good one. sometimes creepy guys turn out to be psychos and sometimes they turn into prince charmings....ok well most likely the first but hey you never know. :p
from ipsedixitism :
Wow- you have an opposite dilemma than mine. Being a Christian, it's supposed to work out that I only go for the other Christians, as someway of keeping my faith strong through relationships. Unfortunately, I can count the number of times I've been attracted to another Christian on two fingers. Oh, well. (Is this Connie Chen you're talking about?)
from onewetleg :
i like the way your page turned out. the title is very descriptive. like you're airing your dirty laundry for all the 'land to see. good work. love, jj
from moretoknow :

from terreshami :
Whoa... it's weird when I get notes from random people that know me. And since you're Lauren it means that you're either Hafford or Fry, but I know that Hafford is going to Boston for college so I'm supposing that this is Hafford. Anywho, thank you for your random note that you left me... it's entertaining reading notes. :D Adieu!
from moretoknow :
Chances are, I can put a face to that name, at least I think I can, but hey, I'm the crazy one, eh? Anyway, I'm headed off to Boston, so I figure that I'll be back to a searchin' when I get there in about two weeks. Other than that, careful with how you say Jekka, because it's actually Je''ica, and I came up with the name mi amigo :D
from ipsedixitism :
Hey- I was just looking at other people from FC, and stumbled upon your diary. I'm Devon Gan- I'm reasonably sure I know you from Poudre, but it's hard to connect your name with a face...Anyway, you know and love Anne B., Jessica R., and Connie....and that's enough for me. So, consider yourself "buddied".
from librtine :
See if I ran for governor, when I died my obituary could say: "...candidate for governor of California in 2003." Shoot, with all the freaks and wannabees running, I might even win, which would probably REALLY suck!
from moretoknow :
ahhh darling, I think someone needs to do a bit more reading past my profile. This college you speak of, what is it? Am I in it? You figure that one out cutie...
from librtine :
Hobbes, Dostoevsky, and Nietzsche? A bit haughty in your own way, eh. Ah, isn't college fun, then you can read that stuff and find truth. After that, truth becomes both harder to find, and more obvious.
from moretoknow :
The more I think about it, haughty was the word of choice, writing style, and I read even more (pure interest) and I stick with the word. Though, if you feel like proving me wrong, um, go for it? Thanks for writing though ;) love your stuff...
from librtine :
haughty? Moi?
from moretoknow :
Uh, leaving a note to myself, now that's where I draw the line at crazy, I just thought I'd say thanks for makin' a little comment, and read on, it's getting steamy!
