from raven72d :
How is your October? I hope you'll be posting more.
from loveherwell :
it was an amazing trip :)
from dangerspouse :
Hey, thanks for the note! Y'know, that Chocovin wine really isn't bad, for all that. I'd say if you're curious, give it a swig yourself. It's actually pretty well made. Just a matter of taste, y'know? Be well!
from linguafranca :
Here it is: https://lareviewofbooks.org/article/chances-success-arts-21st-century/
from lust- :
Oh! Why, thank you. That's very kind of you.
from dangerspouse :
Proud...and wrong. They've done nothing BUT change, and rarely for the better.
from raven72d :
29 May 16--- come back and write!
from raven72d :
Yes! Do write! There are those of us who think your obscure website is worth reading.
from dangerspouse :
Don't close your account. You never know....
from raven72d :
come back and write more!
from ahopeinhell :
I'm practically drowning in hope and good feelings. :)
from papotheclown :
It was only vaguely connected to Earth day. I just like to bliss out to some nature documentaries every once in a while.
from se7enchance :
Once Upon a December... was gorgeous. <3
from dangerspouse :
Oh my god, I used to wear CK One years ago too! But that wasn't me, I swear. (Hey, thanks for adding me to your Fave List. Much obliged!) :)
from se7enchance :
Madam. I'm sorry for the delay in response. It seems I rarely check my notes. I wanted to thank you strongly and sincerely for the note. It was deeply moving, to me, and rather suffocatingly inspirational. I genuinely appreciate you time you have spent reading my words, and doubly so the time you took to write such an articulate and thoughtful response to it. Thank you. Very much. For validating months of.... me.
from jaysthoughts :
My attempts at a dland revival are not by accident..
from jaysthoughts :
Just checking to see how many diarylanders still actually check their notes and stay active.
from ahopeinhell :
Aye, there's the rub. It's infinitely easier to know what I should do and infinitely more difficult to make myself do it... I plan to. Just need to work up to it. Thanks. :)
from meffinmisfit :
THAT'S RIGHT. f*ck social media. all of it.
from ahopeinhell :
The world needs a few pirates. Maybe more than a few.
from papotheclown :
Oh, if I am going to see Harry Potter I am taking you with me. We will gorge ourselves on pumpkin pasties and practice our levitation spells until we drop.
from papotheclown :
Open eyes and shareable hearts aren't nothing. I'm glad that we are anonymous internet friends. Thank you for being you. Incidentally, there's only two things on my bucket list: 1. Visit the Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Orlando and 2. Add more things to my bucket list. So if I ever am able to cross off that first one, I'll be sure to bring some stolen wine with me for our bonfire.
from lifeortheatr :
arr
from papotheclown :
I would so be down for a beach bonfire. Where do you live anyway? I am up in the mountains of Denver, Colorado.

from papotheclown :
I am glad you are enjoying the book. I am almost finished with it myself. Holding ourselves with acceptance and compassion is difficult, but it becomes easier the more we practice. If I lived wherever it is that you live, I would steal a bottle of wine and we'd be pirates together for a night.
from meffinmisfit :
A pirate, huh? If it's any consolation, I think I'm still a pirate.
from raven72d :
Why, thank you!
from dangerspouse :
Awww, right back atcha, kiddo. I enjoy reading your stuff, too. And "thanks thanks thanks" for the well wishes!
from dangerspouse :
Hey, thanks so much for adding me to your list. I'm very flattered!!
from atwowaydream :
Eep! Thank you. And I know you're not a "creep", I've been reading you long enough to know that, silly. Hope all is well with your little one.
from papotheclown :
You made me smile. Thank you for that.
from meffinmisfit :
Serenity is a rarely a thing we feel. Lucky you!
from raven72d :
i just feel like i'm running out of time...
from vinternatt :
Hmmm, none of them are known for me - there are so many good artists and bands that it is actually impossible to know all of them! But thanx for the tips, at least now I know what to check on YouTube and Grooveshark. Thanx :}
from raven72d :
I hope a FL spring turns into a summer you'll enjoy.
from raven72d :
How is the spring beginning?
from vinternatt :
I'm glad you liked that song! (Yes, there are so many good bands that it is nearly impossible to know all of them that are worth knowing :}) You say your favourites tend to mellow and depressing - could you mention a few of them?
from vampyrically :
Aaaaaah, yes content, lol. Yes i am sorta. Thanks, youre a peach, lol.
from dangerspouse :
Very devious. "Some kind of" love, indeed.
from raven72d :
And a Happy John Frum Day to you, too!
from vampyrically :
Spending it with? You caught me, its true. A bottle of wine, a lovely steak, and a few blankets keeping me warm. I can't have the best of everything unfortunately.
from vampyrically :
Happy Valentines Day. I'm tickled because I find myself more excitable this holiday than my own birthday, lol.
from loveherwell :
thank you thank you!!
from vampyrically :
unlocking it, i don't know what I was thinking for DLand to be compliant.
from vampyrically :
~facepalm~ i guess the email didn't get sent to you, lol.
from vampyrically :
Amy: "Then I grew up." The Doctor: "Oh, you never want to do that."
from meffinmisfit :
02/10/14 entry - amazing! I feel the exact same way about religion.
from lifeortheatr :
ask and ye shall receive :) (just being a bit lazy)
from vampyrically :
Well, yes and no. I am the family. Things changed when I left the training. I wasn't an equal anymore. It turned more cut throat. Instead of equals, the rank became the only thing that seemed to matter. I still try to share knowledge but, knowledge is treated as an equal of insults. Just a guardian.
from thruthecrowd :
Thanks for your note. I appreciate you sharing your thoughts and perspective. I've had such a crazy week, and it's hard to keep perspective when you are in the middle of it all. So thank you. :)
from vampyrically :
Thank you. I nearly forgot it myself. Yeah irony, weird. I appreciate the birthday wishes. You are right, it probably doesn't matter, but, in some way. I hope it does still. For some odd reason, some twisted something, here you are, and here I am. Have a good night dear.
from hangover :
Yeah, but you're the one declaring to breathe. The songs are telling me to breathe. I feel obliged to send them a note of "thank you, nearly forgot"
from vinternatt :
Thanx for your note and especially your opinion on my layouts :} I'm afraid there will be many other versions: very amateur, absolutely unprofessional, a serious beginner level and maybe a "bit advanced" one, too. And I don't mind having to read long comments. :}
from ahopeinhell :
Thank you for your kind words. Your latest entry was lovely, poignant, personal, and moving. You were so brave to share. Thanks for the (I'm not sure what adjective I want here - wonderful? Interesting? They fall flat.) read.
from meffinmisfit :
BTW, you are much braver than you realize.
from atwowaydream :
Break that bottle, darling. That's what we're here for.
from meffinmisfit :
Thank you very much for cheering me on :) Much needed. xo!
from raven72d :
Brilliant! I must find a way to actually play the game someday. I'd love to learn Go as well...and Shogi, which seems to be Japanese chess. There's a Chinese version called something like xianqi that I'd like to know more about. Andorra, by the way, is very much a place I want to visit--- just to get the passport stamp, if nothing else.
from raven72d :
Going to Andorra and learning Basque would be a delight. And I've always wanted to know Catalan.
from nessus :
It always seemed weird to me, like, if you're going to go on national radio and talk about space-related stuff, even if it's all UFOs n whatnot, would have thought you'd spend half an hour looking up the terms on Wikipedia and find out what they mean. Like, a single person could call in and tear your entire thing apart when you start talking about sending radioactive particles through fiber optic cables.
from raven72d :
More than happy to be of help! And...thank you for reading me!
from atwowaydream :
Yes, I agree we should add the infamous (he'd be okay with that title, believe me) Raven2d to the awards show, but please don't doubt your own qualities! You are witty, intelligent, and seem to be one hell of a mom. Also, you played Nintendo 64, so automatically we can make mario kart jokes concerning our frustrations with our siblings, and whoever doesn't get it can suck on a loose and bitter lemon. Or a banana peel, for relevancy.
from atwowaydream :
There must be a tag-team, a la Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, so I'm gonna need your help. I'll provide the sailor-mouth (and suddenly, ridiculously poetic) drunken antics, so at least that's taken care of.
from spiralish :
Thank you :)
from phaythles :
Hah! How your brother feels is probably how my one brother feels. Seventeen is always complaining how we somehow ruined him. His birth place makes him surrounded by strong bat shit crazy emotional women. Theres our crazy ass grandma, our crazy ass mother, me (crazy-lite), him, and then our crazy ass sister. In his mind even though he has 3 other brothers they are too young and he feels there are too many females for his liking.
from lifeortheatr :
yes :)
from lifeortheatr :
as an intangible, i will definitely be reading, and caring :)
from loveherwell :
:) :) :) aquarians are a good bunch!
from phaythles :
I swear brothers are a whole nother level of species! I work retail and so many people tell me boys are so much easier than girls and I'm always like pish posh come hang out with my siblings. I can never figure out which girls theyre hanging out with because all the ones I know are actually pretty cool. I actually have 4 brothers and 1 sister but since my sister came out as gay when she was 13 she sort of went super tomboy (short hair, boy clothes, even wears sports bras and boxers) so in my head I have 4 1/2 brothers. Hah! Being the oldest its gotten to the point where a lot of things no longer phase me or even my mom because we are out numbered by guys.
from spiralish :
Oh, sweet little Chester! And what a great photo! (And I agree about the diaries with history, although I'm reluctant to purge so I just start over, although it does get harder and harder to find available usernames.)
from happyone :
Haha, thanks for the advice! I definitely don't want to end up like your mom (no offense). I'm probably just overreacting and taking things too seriously, I don't know. I almost went off the deep end without this guy in my life (wow, that sounds pathetic), but now he's my first ever boyfriend AND he lives with me? It's just a lot to get used to.
from atwowaydream :
Yes! But we will be a peaceful and loving gang that just really likes using finger sings and bitching in our online journals. ;)
from misfitstray :
Thanks for the note. I'd go for the "sofavariation" as well, but I'll decide when I know how much money will be left after paying the bills.
from spiralish :
Allowed you are, of course :) Mainly I want to keep g00g1e etc out to reduce the chances of being found by the persons I mention. Human-readable clues are on my profile.
from spiralish :
Intrigued by the little I have read so far. Adding you. Will try to keep up :)
from timdangerous :
It is very nice to meet you, and I am very pleased to have you ride along with me on my journey! :)
