BTW 29 is a lot! Some women do hyper stim. I think most of my online friends retrieved anywhere from 7-20. I can only think of one over 20.

Egg retrieval can depend on some many different factors - age, egg quality, reaction to drugs, etc. I am not sure if this is the info you're looking for but you can check out your clinic's success rates and average # of embryos transferred etc.

They are a few years behind but it would give you an idea. Most clinics get better with time.
BTW I retrieved 16 eggs, 10 fertilized, I transferred two blasts and froze 3. Dr. Le only freezes blasts.

alicia's on depo, some of the side effects i've heard of are increased sex drive and headaches (both seemingly confirmed but alicia's always kinda had headaches) but she hasn't had any real problems with it

oh one more thing. i used vitex before my miscarriage and it raised my progesterone enough to actually get pregnant. the thing is, though, that you have to wean yourself off it while you're pregnant (unlike yam) and that alone can cause a miscarriage. email me for more info.

Look at what is says about vitex. I had a friend who had very good results with it, but you would need to pay close attention to your cycle and start using it after ovulation, to help lengthen your luteal phase. Did you find that book? If not, I ordered a couple copies of it, and I want to send one to you, okie dokie? Gonna second what aishy said..you can use a digital one if you want, just make sure to always use the digital, and you will get the same results, kwim? I think you need to add slightly more b6 than what your prenatals have..which ones are you using, do you know? Then I can look up how much they have versus what you should be getting, if that makes any sense :0)

Well, I think you should find your termometer ;0) It definitely gives you a good idea of when you are starting to enter your more fertile phase...if you combine that with your free (yea!!) opk's, you should have a really good idea of when it is going to happen. Are you guys doing the every other day thing during your fertile phase? I know most suggest doing that in order to have a good sperm build up, but still give you more of a shot..sperm can live up to 5 days before ovulation...the egg only lasts 24 hours, so, you know :0)

Have yo read Fertility, Cycles and Nutrition, by Marilyn Shannon? She has lotsa insights about PCOS and such...if you are having low quality cervical mucous, I would suggest taking flax seed oil capsules, at least 3000 mg's per day (each capsule should be 1000 mg's)Also, if you are having short luteal phases, you might want to up your B6 intake as well...I have no idea if this helps any, just lurking and ended here. Please let me know if you need help finding her book.
