yes, i am still doing transparent dream, and yes you can still use /kitti. you can use any ftp program, but as for the ftp password... i really can't get to that right now as it's saved on my computer and i can't get online on my computer, because my school is stupid. ahhh well hopefully i'll get it back up soon and then i can let you know.

Hi, wow, you like Dear Norah too!!! They are like my favorite band, or in the top 10 anyway. There 7" where she is jumping near the water is SOO good. I love it so much. My friend Antonio just joined, and he is playing drumbs now I think, so they should be amazing when they play there in september. I also love Mirah!!! I just saw her in sacramento with a band called the lyre bird, it was so great, me and my friends drove up from San Francisco.

no, the new weakerthans comes out tuesday, but i can't wait. even though i won't get it for a few days because it's impossible to get weakerthans cds around here and new york, and i'm going to order it online but i don't know my school address yet, as i move in tuesday. but i saw them a couple months ago and they were AMAZING so if the cd's anything like that... gah.

i agree with you that there should be a "fuck you" uno card. i love doing the reverse-reverse-skip-reverse-skip-skip-draw two type things. a fuck you card would make it that much cooler. i also think that there should be uno lingo- like if you're leaving you can be like "gotta skip" or if someone insults you, you can say "reverse!" or "draw two!"

Thrift Shop? Fuck yeah. "Black Market" you can get 3 fucking wicked RNR t-shirts for $25 bucks Canadian. It's on Queen StW. I got an old Dead Kennedy's, Clash and Stooges tee there. "Rotate This" is one of the better independent record stores. HMV is having a huge sale here, too. I think it runs til the end of August. I got an old AC/DC album for under 10 bucks--that is classic 80s RNR...but scout around Queen StW from University all the way up to Bathurst...it's bitch of a walk but the rewards are plentiful. Did you check that website out? It has the address of all these places.

Trusted venues are "Lee's Palace", "The Horseshoe Tavern" and for the darker Rock And Roll, "Kathedral", "Bovine Sex Club" [it ain't a sex club--or is it?]....anymore questions, lemme know. Thanks for your very non-cheesy message. I do love your diary for so many reasons. Firstly, of course is emo-cow. Then, you like Hefner; Breaking God's Heart is one of my favorite albums ever, except for the fact that it describes me too well (my mate's marrying a librarian on Saturday, incidentally, but no Sad Librarian antics I fear); and the Fidelity Wars; "I stole a bride"; Trojan war AND self-loathing. Ugh. Plus you know so many bands who seem cool but I've never heard of, and you link to a Kathleen Hanna quiz I've never seen. (She is so cool.) So you're spared from being embarrassing, and I'll embarrass myself instead, but, hey, that's what I'm here for. But I have the moral high ground, listening to Victoria Williams. I just read the message from supergrrl007, and she mention the Rocky Horror Picture Show, I saw it in the late 70's (yeah, I'm and old writhered person) and I couldn't help but remember that when the audience started acting out the movie and throwing stuff that I was just a tad bit freaked wondering what the hell they were doing......didn't know you were suppose to do that stuff. Do they still do the crazy stuff while watching the show?
