That's why woman's pro leagues really won't take off in this country. It's still sport, but it's 2nd rate. I did think the woman's soccer league would do OK, but it didn't and that surprised me. The thing that bothers me is I was watching a woman's game once and I actually was into it. It was a wide open game with lots of crazy plays. One of the announcers was saying how exciting and wild this game was and it was as good as any mens game. No, it wasn't. The reason it was exciting was the skill level wasn't as high. Some of the players weren't even great skaters. Some couldn't handle the puck well. It was a crazy game, like 7-6, and while it was exciting, it wasn't nearly as good as mens hockey. It's hockey, but it's not hockey. Much of the way the last 10 years of the NHL was hockey, but not really hockey.

You can totally work it out. I had a bad experience with it, and I made a promise to myself not to get that way again. A lot of it has to deal with what you feel for the other person. The movie "born in East LA" has a great scene. Cheech Marin is doing Tatoo's, and this guy comes in who has his ex tatooed on his arm.
