Honey, I'm sure you already know this, but...fasting and/or purging of course makes you lose weight, but since you're just not keeping food in you, it slows your metabolism waaaaaaaaay down, so when you start eating, your body is just like 'wtf?' and you just gain all the weight back. You have to diet in order to lose weight and keep it off. But it has to be HEALTHY...I'm sorry, I'm probably not helping at all. If you want to talk to me, you can. I'm going through the same thing.
