what sort of Tesco problem? Why blame your coat? :)Mine was too big anyway. I am pleased to have a size 20 coat that fits good too. My last one was 24, it was too big at the top but needed to be big to fit around my hips and bum. So I am really pleased with myself as it is such a straight design. No flaring so it looks really flattering.

You might find she'll go anyway once she's made her point. If the company thought there was 'pillow talk' going on you could get rid of her on a 'conflict of interest' rap but its quite hard to prove. More likely, she will end up feeling her position is untenable and somebody will have to pay her off. Bah! Just dont make her make YOU feel uncomfortable - You didnt do anything wrong. Just be however you normally are with her, its not your fault this has happened and she might appereciate someone being normal! s x

I always used to buy my undies at M&S but Tesco's bra's are a really good fit and comfortable and being a single parent now, fantastic value for money. 3 Tesco bras vs 1 M&S, I know what I would settle with. My new one has really good lift and is padded which I don't actually need but leaves a fantastic lift and shape. Go have a look. 20% off too so it's a real bargain.

ok, I am convinced that haloscan does not work after 9pm for me. Sorry to hear about the company. It sounds a hell of a mountain to climb and doesn't sound good. Another 6 months may sound a while but if I were you, I would look for something better in the new year. If they are struggling now, then it doesn't say how long things will stay safe if they do make thier targets. You aren't happy there and I have said it before but this could be the push you need to find something more you. :) Becca

I admit, I really struggle to find designs i like too. But these were all from pink-design.diaryland.com I looked there a while back but it's all changed and there are some nice ones about. Gotta sort my diet one out tho, the image and links arent showing up so DONT use the bumble bee template it don't work properly. Have a good week. :)

Having trouble getting into haloscan tonight but it sounds really good. Hair takes a good few days to settle when it's been coloured, I should know, I do it often enough and you are just not quite used to it as yet. You sound like you are making more positive changes though and I really admire you for that. You will get used to it AND find a way of styling it to suit you. :)

do you think x factor is crap this year? or is it just me? I like Nikitta and I like Eton Road and I don't mind Ray but he sings crap songs. I think the final 3 will be Ray (for the teens) Ben (for the mid people who think he's ok but the others are a bit weak/samey, like u and me) and The McDonald Bros (for the over 40's and bland who like Westlife all the MOR type people who are "Safe" with what they play.) hehehe, what you been dreaming about then????

Thanks for the comment you left. I don't ever take my hubby shopping, let alone Christmas shopping. He always gets in a mood when he's dragged around the shops and having to carry all my bags. I think shopping in general just isn't a man thing. Oh, I couldn't hold a full grown frog either, but the one I held was so small and not slimy at all.

Hehehehe, I did have a very naughty "tea" tonight. 2 kinder buenos. Hahaha. I got one out for Matthew and one for me but he didnt like it and I had eaten all mine. Wont hurt as a one off and only 100 more calories than a prepacked Tesco sandwich. Shocking huh???. I know what I'd rather eat and it aint bread based :) I am feeling better now. I was just really pissed off most of the day and it didnt seem to be getting better but now, I can chill a bit.

It came from Peacocks in the end, haven't been able to shop in there for years. Little bargain warehouse. :) It's a soft jersey top that flares out around the tummy so no chance of being clingy. Very nice. I will get a pic for you.I don't know why I am so pessimistic at the moment. It must be my health getting to me.

ello again, last time tonight then no more questions, I tried the push ups and crunches but nowhere near ready for crunches. Did 20 push ups, I like them, for the first 5 I felt the pressure on my shoulder blades then nothing then my elbows felt the pressure for the last 10. Does that sound like I am doing it ok? I'd be pointing a HUGE finger on your stress on your job my dear. You spend so much time there and it's probably effecting how you feel with how people treat you and how you don't have enough work to keep your mind active so you don't overthink. Not sure how to cure that. Maybe offer help elsewhere to not only get more experience but chew up the days and try and stay clear of ppl who bug you or better off, try and work on ignoring them.

Good to hear you are ok. I don't like storms either. Where I am in essex we've had NO storms or a drop of rain that was predicted but there's localised flooding in bits of Ipswich, less than 20 mins away up the A12. We had big storm last Thursday though and couldn't get out of Tesco's as the rain was so bad but nothing since then. It's our birthdays this month!!! Hooray. Becca

i cant get into your comments for some reason. My friends dad broke his neck in the fall and although that didn't kill him in itself, a swelling of the brain did. Get u self to a&e if you are in pain. Just get checked over. They will most likely say it's fine but you could get some pain killers to ease the pain and sleep well. You are very welcome to invade my comments as I do the same to you anyway. Sad to hear you were born when UB40 were no.1 They make me cringe. I hate them so much. Sorry, wrong button *see below* but as i was saying I never had no-one to encourage me and when people did I found it so hard to take compliments and was rather paranoid about what people really thought. Confidence comes with time, I'm 25 next month and i'm only now getting really comfortable with myself. when I walk for exercise, I sometimes wonder what people think when they see "that fat girl out walking". It's taking me this long to think, "Fuck them, they drive past on their arses in their cars, at least I am trying to do something about it" instead of "I can't go out no more cos people will think shit of me." It takes time darling and if you are like me, a bulb will just light up one day and you will think, hey i'm getting there. I just want yo to be happy. Becca

thank you for that note. I don't see myself as being brave for putting my weight in my diary. It's there for 2 things. 1. I need to be honest with myself and 2. It's more of an incentive. I have something visual that will make me work harder. I don't expect miracles but I would like to be a size 14. I don't care if that's at 11 stone or 13. You know I think if you found the right environment in an office job you probably wouldn't care what you were doing as long as you were kept busy. I just hope your job isn't stressing you out too much, not the work but the people themselves because you can't fit in, and if it is then I'd stick with it as long as you can and find something else in between. I used to love working at the newsagency until Wretched girl decided to use me as her personal punching bag (not that i took it but it sure made things difficult us arguing) and hate to see anyone else in the same position. Oh and i hope Mark proposes too :) Your such a cutie couple hee hee

hate to rub it in, but had the pool out all afternoon again but I chose to sit in the sun instead today. ended up getting a sunburnt cheek (just one) and nose. Serves me right. lol. nearly the weekend then you can escape the office.

thank you for your note. I actually lost 5lb this week. Makes me feel better for puttin one on last week.I can also just about fit into a pair of jeans that never fitted me. Icouldn't even get em over my thighs. Another couple of weeks and I should be able to do them up without lying down and be able to breathe after. Keep up your good work too. Becca

I agree with you some weeks take forever to happen, like the week before your birthday or December, when you know xmas is very close but 25 days til christmas day actually feels like 125. I also get those mornings when you wake up. Go into the living room for 2 hours then think "Isn't it time for bed yet?" I sympathise entirely. Becca

Thank you for your note. I appreciate it. I tend to have a short fuse but when I blow I blow big time and need to get it out of my system fast. Sometimes I do feel really low but in all fairness to him, it's not as often as it used to be. Things are so much better than they were before we temporarily separated. We're both under stress at the moment and I can be over sensitive, I know that. I know this sounds kind of odd but you should just be super-dooper nice to your sister for no reason but you simply can. Not only will it make you feel absolutely great but it might even throw her into such of a turn she might wake up and be nice back. If all else fails you can just keep being nicer and the nicer you are the more annoying it could be for her.

Your relationship sounds very much like mine was a while back. I wouldn't recommend seperating like me and my husband did to improve things but I learnt alot in the time we weer seperated. Mainly to trust him and give up on the issues I had. It made us stronger in the end and puts into perspective what you have to lose. You will get over this hurdle. Stay happy.
